The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 7, a cup holder for an automobile seat armrest has a structure including an armrest housing 1 having an opening 1a on one side, the armrest housing 1 being formed by a first housing 1B and a second housing 1c which are fastened together, a mounting base 2 being mounted in the armrest housing 1, a support housing 3 being rotatably mounted on the mounting base 2 by a rotation pin 11, and a tilting mechanism a for driving the support housing 3 to rotate and expose from the opening 1a, a cup holder 7 being slidably mounted in the support housing 3, and a lifting mechanism B for driving the cup holder 7 to slide. When a user uses the cup holder 7, the supporting shell 3 is turned outwards and exposed by the turning mechanism A, and then the cup holder 7 is lifted upwards by the lifting mechanism B, so that the cup holder is in a use state.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the turnover mechanism a includes a first screw rod 4 and a first motor 5 for driving the first screw rod 4 to rotate, the first motor 5 is fixed on the mounting base 2, a pushing block 6 is connected to the first screw rod 4 in a threaded manner, two ends of the pushing block 6 are symmetrically provided with guide posts 6a which are cylindrical, the bottom end of the support housing 3 is provided with a sliding groove 3a which is adapted to the guide posts 6a, and based on the structure, under the driving of the first motor 5, the sliding of the guide posts 6a in the sliding groove 3a can realize the turnover motion of the drive support housing 3.
As shown in fig. 3, 7 and 8, the lifting mechanism B includes a second screw rod 8 and a second motor 9 for driving the second screw rod 8 to rotate, the second screw rod 8 is in threaded connection with a lifting block 10 fixedly installed on the cup stand 7, based on this structure, the second motor 9 drives the second screw rod 8 to rotate, and the rotation of the second screw rod 8 drives the lifting block 10 to move upwards, so that the cup stand 7 moves upwards along with the lifting block 10, thereby forming a use state required by a user.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rotation pins 11 on the support housing 3 are rotatably mounted on both end side walls of the mounting base 2 through the mounting holes 2 b.
As shown in fig. 6, the two ends of the pushing block 6 are symmetrically provided with protruding parts 6b extending to one side, and the guide posts 6a are arranged on the opposite sides of the two protruding parts 6 b.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the side walls at two ends of the supporting housing 3 are provided with outwardly protruding cylinders 3b, the inner walls at two ends of the mounting base 2 are provided with arc-shaped grooves 2a in sliding fit with the cylinders 3b, and when the supporting housing 3 rotates, the cylinders 3b slide in the arc-shaped grooves 2a, so that the rotating range of the supporting housing 3 can be controlled through the length of the arc-shaped grooves 2a, and a positioning effect is achieved.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, to ensure the smoothness of the sliding of the cup holder 7 in the support housing 3, the outer walls of the two sides of the cup holder 7 are slidably connected with the inside of the support housing 3 through linear slide rails 12.
As shown in fig. 8, for easy installation of the lifting block 10, one side of the cup holder 7 is provided with a bar-shaped groove 7a, two side inner walls of the bar-shaped groove 7a are provided with positioning grooves 7b, the lifting block 10 is fixed in the bar-shaped groove 7a in a screw fastening manner, and two sides of the lifting block 10 are provided with positioning blocks 10a which are matched with the positioning grooves 7 b.
As shown in fig. 7, the cup holder 7 is partitioned into 3 cup grooves 7d by a partition plate 7 c.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cover plate 13, i.e., a decorative outer plate, is provided on one side surface of the support housing 3, which can improve the appearance quality.
