技术领域:
本发明涉及一种卡车油箱防盗系统的工作方法。
背景技术:
油耗子可以堪称是卡车界的毒瘤,卡车司机最痛恨的人就是“油耗子”。他们日出而息,日落而作,专对卡车司机的油箱下手,给卡车司机造成重大财产损失,影响十分恶劣。目前市场上常见的一些震动、红外、微波等防盗器效果一般,容易误报,难以很好保护卡车司机的财产安全。本系统在原防盗装置基础上,进一步升级,能够自动关闭油箱隔板,减小损失。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种卡车油箱防盗系统的工作方法,可以起到报警防盗作用,减小卡车驾驶员的损失,保障驾驶员财产安全。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种卡车油箱防盗系统的工作方法,包括如下步骤:
1.当卡车司机离开时,开启该卡车油箱防盗系统,油箱盖及放油塞处机械锁锁止,同时油表传感器将此时位置信号转化为电信号存储于控制器中;
2.当卡车的油箱盖或者放油塞被非法撬动时,安装在这两处的压力传感器将压力信号转化为电信号输入至控制器,控制器输出信号,此时蜂鸣器报警,提示司机及路过行人;
3.当卡车油箱防盗系统未接收到司机反馈,不法分子开始盗油,油量减少,油表传感器将降低的位置信号转化为电信号输入至控制器,对比最初位置信号后控制器输出反馈信号,执行器机械马达工作,将隔板中间孔洞封闭。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明卡车油箱防盗系统除油箱盖和放油塞处的机械锁外,还设有蜂鸣器根据输出信号进行报警,提示卡车司机。油箱隔板的孔洞可进行关闭,可以保证被盗情况下油箱内还能保留大部分柴油,尽最大可能减小损失。但这种隔板需设计的与油箱内壁接触,正常行驶过程中在油液过低的情况下,油液内部循环较差。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
请参照图1所示,本发明卡车油箱防盗系统的工作方法,包括如下步骤:
在卡车司机停车后,油箱防盗系统启动;
针对较为普遍的油箱口和放油塞盗油这两种情况,该系统在这两处设有机械锁,系统启动后自动锁死;
当不法分子撬动油箱盖或者放油塞时,控制器接收到传感器采集的信号,反馈至执行装置,蜂鸣器报警提示司机及路过行人;
当控制器接收到油箱液面传感器信号,机械马达装置驱动油箱隔板关闭,保证大部分柴油不被偷走,减小卡车司机损失。
本发明卡车油箱防盗系统的工作原理及过程
1.当卡车司机离开时,开启该防盗系统,油箱盖及放油塞处机械锁锁止,同时油表传感器将此时位置信号转化为电信号存储于控制器中;
2.当卡车的油箱盖或者放油塞被非法撬动时,安装在这两处的压力传感器将压力信号转化为电信号输入至控制器,控制器输出信号,此时蜂鸣器报警,提示司机及路过行人。
3.当系统未接收到司机反馈,不法分子开始盗油,油量减少,油表传感器将降低的位置信号转化为电信号输入至控制器,对比最初位置信号后控制器输出反馈信号,执行器机械马达工作,将隔板中间孔洞封闭。
该系统的油箱内至少布置三块油箱隔板,隔板孔洞采用百叶窗式设计,一般状态下打开,油液通过隔板进行内部循环,柴油被盗时在机械马达作用下孔洞处百叶窗关闭,将油箱隔断成三部分,阻隔内部油液循环流动。另外隔板需要紧贴油箱内壁。因油箱盖及放油塞处于第一块隔板和油箱壁之间,隔板关闭密封后,被盗时也能保证大约2/3的剩油量,尽可能减小卡车司机的损失。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种卡车油箱防盗系统的工作方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
( 1)当卡车司机离开时,开启该卡车油箱防盗系统,油箱盖及放油塞处机械锁锁止,同时油表传感器将此时位置信号转化为电信号存储于控制器中;
( 2)当卡车的油箱盖或者放油塞被非法撬动时,安装在这两处的压力传感器将压力信号转化为电信号输入至控制器,控制器输出信号,此时蜂鸣器报警,提示司机及路过行人;
( 3)当卡车油箱防盗系统未接收到司机反馈,不法分子开始盗油,油量减少,油表传感器将降低的位置信号转化为电信号输入至控制器,对比最初位置信号后控制器输出反馈信号,执行器机械马达工作,将隔板中间孔洞封闭;
