本发明公开了一种表面硬度9H保护膜，包括保护膜本体，保护膜本体设有底层、透气层、缓冲层和顶层，底层设于透气层下方，底层和透气层通过第一粘结层粘结设置，透气层内设有若干透气通道，且若干透气通道相互交叉连通设置，透气通道下方连接有第一连接管道，第一连接管道穿过第一粘结层和底层与保护膜本体外部相连通，透气层上方设有缓冲层，透气层通过第二粘结层与缓冲层粘结设置，缓冲层由若干个硬模块和软基材构成，软基材与硬模块一体化设置，且硬模块和软基材形成梯形结构，本发明通过在保护膜本体内部设置透气层和缓冲层，使得保护膜本体具备很好的抗挤压能力，同时具备优良的排气功能，避免了保护膜本体内部出现气泡。

本发明涉及一种保护膜，特别涉及一种表面硬度9H保护膜，属于保护膜生产技术领域。
背景技术
随着手机等数码产品在中国的普及，保护膜已经慢慢的成为屏幕保护膜的一种统称，现有的保护膜各式各样，具备各类功能，但在保护膜表面硬度上却是不够，在使用时容易导致保护膜表面被刮花，而且现有的保护膜耐冲击能力差，往往会损坏保护膜内部保护屏幕。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种表面硬度9H保护膜，以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
本发明一种表面硬度9H保护膜，包括保护膜本体，所述保护膜本体设有底层、透气层、缓冲层和顶层，所述底层设于透气层下方，所述底层和透气层通过第一粘结层粘结设置，所述透气层内设有若干透气通道，且若干所述透气通道相互交叉连通设置，所述透气通道下方连接有第一连接管道，所述第一连接管道穿过第一粘结层和底层与保护膜本体外部相连通，所述透气层上方设有缓冲层，所述透气层通过第二粘结层与缓冲层粘结设置，所述缓冲层由若干个硬模块和软基材构成，所述软基材与硬模块一体化设置，且所述硬模块和软基材形成梯形结构，若干个所述梯形结构相互交错贴合设置，所述透气通道上方连接有第二连接管道，所述第二连接管道穿过第二粘结层与缓冲层相连通设置，所述缓冲层上方通过第三粘结层粘结顶层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述顶层两边侧各设有一个粘结区，所述粘结区粘结有撕扯膜带。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述保护膜本体的顶层材料采用丙烯酸树脂材料制成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述第一粘结层、第二粘结层和第三粘结层三者设为相同厚度。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述透气层的厚度与缓冲层的厚度相同。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种表面硬度9H保护膜，顶层采用丙烯酸树脂材料制成，具有很好的硬度，避免了保护膜本体表面被刮花损坏，在缓冲层内设置硬模块和软基材形成的梯形结构，并使其交错贴合设置，使得缓冲层具备很好的抗冲击能力，避免了保护膜本体保护的屏幕被冲击损坏，同时在透气层设置交叉的透气通道，并且利用第一连接管道和第二连接管道分别连通底层和缓冲层，使其能够把保护膜本体内部的其他挤压出去，避免铺贴时存在气泡，本发明结构紧凑，设计合理，实用性更好。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明，应当理解，此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
实施例
如图1-3所示，本发明一种表面硬度9H保护膜，包括保护膜本体1，保护膜本体1设有底层2、透气层3、缓冲层4和顶层5，底层2设于透气层3下方，底层2和透气层3通过第一粘结层6粘结设置，透气层3内设有若干透气通道7，且若干透气通道7相互交叉连通设置，透气通道7下方连接有第一连接管道8，第一连接管道8穿过第一粘结层6和底层2与保护膜本体1外部相连通，透气层3上方设有缓冲层4，透气层3通过第二粘结层9与缓冲层4粘结设置，缓冲层4由若干个硬模块10和软基材11构成，软基材11与硬模块10一体化设置，且硬模块10和软基材11形成梯形结构12，若干个梯形结构12相互交错贴合设置，透气通道7上方连接有第二连接管道13，第二连接管道13穿过第二粘结层9与缓冲层4相连通设置，缓冲层4上方通过第三粘结层14粘结顶层5。
顶层5两边侧各设有一个粘结区15，粘结区15粘结有撕扯膜带16，便于对整个保护膜本体1进行铺贴，同时避免在铺贴时造成保护膜本体1的损坏。保护膜本体1的顶层5采用丙烯酸树脂材料制成，具有很好的硬度，避免了保护膜本体1表面被刮花损坏。第一粘结层6、第二粘结层9和第三粘结层14三者设为相同厚度。透气层3的厚度与缓冲层4的厚度相同。
具体的，本发明使用时，本发明一种表面硬度9H保护膜，顶层5采用丙烯酸树脂材料制成，具有很好的硬度，避免了保护膜本体1表面被刮花损坏，在缓冲层4内设置硬模块10和软基材11形成的梯形结构12，并使其交错贴合设置，使得缓冲层4具备很好的抗冲击能力，避免了保护膜本体1保护的屏幕被冲击损坏，同时在透气层3设置交叉的透气通道7，并且利用第一连接管道8和第二连接管道13分别连通底层2和缓冲层4，使其能够把保护膜本体1内部的其他挤压出去，避免铺贴时存在气泡，本发明结构紧凑，设计合理，实用性更好。

1.一种表面硬度9H保护膜，包括保护膜本体(1)，其特征在于，所述保护膜本体(1)设有底层(2)、透气层(3)、缓冲层(4)和顶层(5)，所述底层(2)设于透气层(3)下方，所述底层(2)和透气层(3)通过第一粘结层(6)粘结设置，所述透气层(3)内设有若干透气通道(7)，且若干所述透气通道(7)相互交叉连通设置，所述透气通道(7)下方连接有第一连接管道(8)，所述第一连接管道(8)穿过第一粘结层(6)和底层(2)与保护膜本体(1)外部相连通，所述透气层(3)上方设有缓冲层(4)，所述透气层(3)通过第二粘结层(9)与缓冲层(4)粘结设置，所述缓冲层(4)由若干个硬模块(10)和软基材(11)构成，所述软基材(11)与硬模块(10)一体化设置，且所述硬模块(10)和软基材(11)形成梯形结构(12)，若干个所述梯形结构(12)相互交错贴合设置，所述透气通道(7)上方连接有第二连接管道(13)，所述第二连接管道(13)穿过第二粘结层(9)与缓冲层(4)相连通设置，所述缓冲层(4)上方通过第三粘结层(14)粘结顶层(5)。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面硬度9H保护膜，其特征在于，所述第一粘结层(6)、第二粘结层(9)和第三粘结层(14)三者设为相同厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面硬度9H保护膜，其特征在于，所述透气层(3)的厚度与缓冲层(4)的厚度相同。
