Example 3
A preparation method of a conveniently-recycled water-beating floating game weight comprises the following steps:
step 1: heating beeswax to melt at 62 deg.C to obtain liquid beeswax;
step 2: mixing zein and an ethanol solution with volume concentration of 80% according to a mass ratio of 1: 10, and heating at constant temperature of 40 ℃ until the zein is completely dissolved in the ethanol solution to obtain a mixed solution;
and step 3: mixing 38g of the liquid beeswax in the step 1, 22.5g of the mixed solution in the step 2, 2g of edible pigment, 8g of sodium alginate and 24g of glycerol in a heating state to form a compound, pouring the compound into a segment-shaped die cavity, pressing and forming when the compound in the die cavity is cooled to 40 ℃, pressing the compound left in the die cavity downwards by adopting a segment shape smaller than the segment-shaped die cavity to control the thickness of the compound left in the die cavity to be 5-10 mm, scraping the compound higher than the die cavity to obtain a hollow segment-shaped floating weight main body, and covering a circular magnetic stainless steel sheet (martensitic stainless steel sheet) with the thickness of 7mm and the diameter of 60mm on the bottom surface of the floating weight main body by utilizing a silicic acid composite inorganic adhesive;
wherein the included angle between the inner cambered surface of the die cavity and the bottom surface of the die cavity is 20 degrees, the diameter of the bottom surface of the die cavity is 60mm, the height of the die cavity is 5.4mm, the die cavity is smooth,
the hollow water-fetching floating game block is shown in figure 3, the water-fetching floating game block in figure 3 comprises a magnetic stainless steel sheet 1 and a floating block main body 2, and an included angle alpha between the cambered surface of the floating block main body and the bottom surface of the floating block main body is 20 degrees.
Comparative example 1
The other steps are the same as those in embodiment 1, except that the included angle between the inner arc surface of the adopted mold cavity and the bottom surface of the mold cavity is 25 °, that is, the included angle α between the arc surface of the obtained floating weight main body and the bottom surface of the floating weight main body is 25 °.

The procedure of example 1 was repeated except that sodium alginate in step 3 was omitted.

The other example is the same as example 3 except that the composite was replaced with a molten aluminum alloy.

As can be seen from the table 1, the number of times that the water-beating float game floating weight prepared by the method bounces in water is the largest, the drifting distance is the farthest, and the water-beating float effect is the best.
The invention provides a convenient-to-recycle water-fetching floating game lump and a preparation method thereof, the water-fetching floating game lump prepared by the invention takes beewax, zein, an ethanol solution, an edible pigment, sodium alginate and glycerol as raw materials of a lump main body, so that the overall density of the final game lump is smaller than that of water, the game lump can float on the water surface, and a layer of magnetic stainless steel sheet covers the bottom surface of the game lump, so that a worker can easily recycle the water-fetching floating game lump by using a magnetic absorption device (for example, an improved fishing rod, namely a magnet is arranged at the position of a fishhook of a common fishing rod, and the water-fetching floating game lump can be recycled by using a similar mode) by using a magnetic principle under the condition of not needing to discharge water, thereby saving manpower and material resources and realizing recycling; the main body of the game floating weight takes the beeswax, the zein, the ethanol solution, the edible pigment, the sodium alginate and the glycerol as the raw materials of the main body of the game floating weight, so that the main body of the game floating weight is lighter, easier to float on the water surface and convenient to recover and has better hydrophobic property compared with a metal floating weight, and the effect of the game floating weight on water floating is better; compared with plastic and other materials, the material is nontoxic and harmless, is easy to degrade, and cannot influence the environment; the game floating weight prepared by the invention is in a segment shape, has a reasonable structure (the included angle alpha between the cambered surface of the main body of the game floating weight and the bottom surface is 18-22 degrees, the diameter of the bottom surface is 58-62 mm, and the height is 4-6 mm), and is improved by adding the main body material of the game floating weight, so that the game floating weight can bounce in water more times and float farther, and the water-floating effect is better.
The present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments and the accompanying drawings, however, the above embodiments are only examples for carrying out the present invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. Rather, modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the claims are included within the scope of the invention.
Claims (7)
1. A preparation method of a conveniently-recycled water-beating floating game weight is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: heating the beeswax to be molten at the temperature of 60-64 ℃ to obtain liquid beeswax;
step 2: mixing zein and an ethanol solution according to a mass ratio of 1: 10, and heating at a constant temperature of 38-42 ℃ until the zein is completely dissolved in the ethanol solution to obtain a mixed solution;
and step 3: mixing 30-45 parts by weight of the liquid beeswax in the step 1, 20-25 parts by weight of the mixed solution in the step 2, 1.5-2.5 parts by weight of edible pigment, 7-9 parts by weight of sodium alginate and 23-25 parts by weight of glycerol in a heating state to form a compound, pouring the compound into a segment-shaped mold cavity, performing compression molding when the compound in the mold cavity is cooled to 38-42 ℃ to obtain a segment-shaped floating weight main body, and then covering a magnetic stainless steel sheet with the thickness of 5-10 mm on the bottom surface of the floating weight main body by using an adhesive;
the included angle between the inner arc surface of the mold cavity and the bottom surface of the mold cavity is 18-22 degrees, the diameter of the bottom surface of the mold cavity is 58-62 mm, the height of the mold cavity is 4-6 mm, and the mold cavity is smooth;
the magnetic stainless steel sheet is circular, and the diameter of the magnetic stainless steel sheet is 30-62 mm.
2. The preparation method of the conveniently-recycled water-beating floating game lump as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive is a silicic acid composite inorganic adhesive.
3. The preparation method of the conveniently-recycled water-beating floating game weight according to claim 1, wherein the volume concentration of the ethanol solution is 80%.
4. The method for preparing the conveniently recycled water-beating floating game weight according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic stainless steel sheet is a martensitic stainless steel sheet or a ferritic stainless steel sheet.
5. The preparation method of the conveniently-recycled water-beating floating game weight according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic stainless steel sheet is circular, and the diameter of the magnetic stainless steel sheet is 60 mm.
6. The conveniently-recycled water-beating floating game lump prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The convenient-to-recycle water-beating floating game float of claim 6, wherein an included angle α between the cambered surface of the float body and the bottom surface of the float body is 20 °, the diameter of the bottom surface of the float body is 60mm, and the height of the float body is 5.4 mm.
