Description

Switch lock for locking club protecting cover on golf bag
Technical Field

Background
In the prior art, a golf bag adopting a club protecting cover is characterized in that a club protecting cover which can move up and down and is in a hollow barrel shape is arranged in a barrel of the golf bag, and all clubs are inserted into the barrel from an upper port of the club protecting cover. When a player needs to take a club, a sealing cover arranged on the top cover of the club protecting cover (the sealing cover is connected to the top of the club protecting cover through a zipper) is pulled open, and then the club protecting cover is pressed downwards by hands to be folded in a club barrel, so that the club with the exposed club head can be taken out; when the golf club is required to be retracted and leaves the golf course, the golf club is placed in the golf barrel, the club protecting cover is lifted upwards to shield all club heads, and then the zipper of the sealing cover is closed, so that all the golf clubs can be sealed in the golf bag, and the golf club protecting cover is very convenient.
In order to facilitate lifting or pressing and to enhance the strength of the top end opening of the cue stick boot, a boot band made of hard material is usually provided at the top end of the cue stick boot.
However, the above structure still has the following disadvantages:
After the sports is finished, the golf club is received in the golf bag, the club protecting cover is lifted up to pull the zipper, and then the golf bag is transversely received in the back box of the carriage or carried. Because the club protecting cover can move towards the barrel of the golf bag under the action of external force, when the automobile runs or the aircraft consigns, if the club protecting cover collides with other articles and is subjected to pressure towards the barrel, the club protecting cover can move towards the barrel, and when the moving distance is larger, the club head of a longer club can be contacted with the sealing cover and is impacted by the other articles, so that the club protecting cover can not play a role in protecting the club.

The locking and unlocking handle 600 is an operation handle for locking or unlocking the club cover 3 by a user of the golf bag 1, and is usually installed on the outer shell of the golf bag 1 at a position convenient for the user to operate, and is selectively installed on the side of the cover hoop 4 arranged at the top end of the club cover 3; the lock cylinder 100 is a structure for locking the club cover 3, and is mounted on a reinforcing collar 5 provided at the bottom end of the club cover 3 (as shown in fig. 3).
The locking and unlocking handle 600 is connected to the lock cylinder mechanism 100 through a pulling rope or a control lever 158 and controls the lock cylinder mechanism 100 to be locked or unlocked.
1. Lock mechanism 100
As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the lock cylinder mechanism 100 is composed of a base plate 110, a lock 150 and a locking lever 157, wherein the base plate 110 is fixedly connected to the reinforcing collar 5, the lock 150 is assembled in the base plate 110, the locking lever 157 is vertically fixed in the barrel 2 of the golf bag 1, and the lock 150 is fastened to the locking lever 157 to be unable to move downward when locked, thereby fixing the base plate 110 to the locking lever 157, i.e., fixing the club protecting cover 3 to the locking lever 157.
The locking rod 157 is a vertically arranged smooth rod, and in the unlocking state, the base frame plate 110 can move up and down along the locking rod 157, the locking rod 157 can be an independently arranged smooth rod, and the guiding slide rod 6 which is specially arranged for the club protecting cover 3 and guides the club protecting cover 3 to move up and down can be used (the guiding slide rod 6 is used as the locking rod 157, so that the material is saved, the setting is simplified, and the space utilization rate in the ball barrel 2 is improved).
The locking rod 157 may be a structure with its upper and lower ends fixed on the inner wall of the barrel 2, or may be a structure with its lower end fixed on the base or the inner wall of the barrel 2, when the locking rod 157 is used with the guide slide bar 6 of the club protecting cover 3, the locking rod 157 is disposed on the inner side of the club protecting cover 3, its lower end is fixed on the base or the inner wall of the barrel 2, and its upper end is fixedly connected with the head frame (not shown in the drawing) of the golf bag 1 (disposed in the cover of the club protecting cover 3) for separating the clubs placed in the barrel 2 to prevent the club heads of the clubs from collision with each other), and the club protecting cover 3 is sleeved on the guide slide bar 6 through a collar fixedly connected on the inner wall of the club protecting cover 3.
The lock cylinder mechanism 100 is installed outside the reinforcing collar 5 when the locking lever 157 is disposed outside the club cover 3, and the lock cylinder mechanism 100 is installed inside the reinforcing collar 5 when the locking lever 157 is disposed inside the club cover 3.
The locking and unlocking between the lock 150 and the locking rod 157 adopts a climbers connection structure used when an electrician climbs the electric pole.
The climbers used when electricians climb the electric pole are ideal tools for electricians to climb cement poles or wooden poles with different specifications, the shape of the climbers is a semicircular buckling part and an ear part connected with the buckling part, the buckling part is sleeved on the cement pole or the wooden pole, and the ear part is sleeved on the electricians' feet. The climbers are generally made of high-strength seamless tubes, and have light weight, high strength and good toughness after heat treatment; the adjustability is good, and the device is light and flexible; safe and reliable, and convenient to carry.
The principle is as follows: the buckling part is fastened on the telegraph pole by the self weight of the human body under the leverage effect, so that larger friction force is generated, and people can climb easily; when the foot is lifted, the weight born by the foot is reduced, the buckling part is automatically loosened, and the self-locking phenomenon in mechanics is utilized. I.e. if the line of action of the resultant force Q of the primary forces acting on the object is within the friction angle, there will always be a full counter force R in balance with it, the object remaining stationary, no matter how large this force is; conversely, if the line of action of the resultant force Q of the primary forces is outside the friction angle, it is not possible for the object to remain balanced no matter how small this force is. This equilibrium condition, which is independent of the force magnitude and dependent on the friction angle, is called the self-locking condition, and the phenomenon is called the self-locking phenomenon.
The present invention will be further described with reference to a lock cylinder mechanism 100 mounted inside the reinforcing collar 5.
1. Base plate 110
Made by injection molding, which is composed of a back plate 120, an upper substrate 130, and a lower substrate 140.
The back plate 120 is an arc plate, the curvature of which is consistent with the inner side surface of the reinforcing collar 5, and the back plate 120 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the reinforcing collar 5 by screws in a manner that the outer side of the back plate is connected with the reinforcing collar 5.
Inside the back plate 120 are provided with vertical or transverse girders, girders for mounting the lock 150.
The upper and lower substrates 130 and 140 are disposed at the upper and lower edges of the back plate 120, respectively, and the upper and lower substrates 130 and 140 are disposed opposite to each other, preferably perpendicular to the back plate 120, i.e., the upper and lower substrates 130 and 140 are flat plates extending toward the center of the reinforcing collar 5. The upper and lower substrates 130 and 140 are respectively provided with a through hole 141, the two through holes 141 have the same aperture and are coaxially arranged, the locking rod 157 passes through the two through holes 141, and the aperture of the through hole 141 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the locking rod 157, and the difference value is 0.1mm-2.0mm.
2. Lockset 150
The lock 150 is composed of a movable pin 151, a positioning pin 153, a lock catch piece 156, a return spring 152, and a pressing spring 154.
The movable pins 151 and the positioning pins 153 are respectively assembled in the mounting positions on the left and right sides of the inner side of the back plate 120 (i.e. on the left and right sides of the axes of the two through holes 141 on the upper substrate 130 and the lower substrate 140), and the top ends of the movable pins 151 extend out from the pin holes 131 arranged on the upper substrate 130 to be connected with the traction ropes or control rods 158.
The return spring 152 is sleeved on the movable pin 151, and the pressing spring 154 is sleeved on the positioning pin 153.
The locking piece 156 is composed of a clasp 1561 (corresponding to the clasp on the foot clasp used by electrician to climb the pole) in the middle part and long arms on both sides of the clasp 1561, the end of the left long arm is called a master control end 1562, the end of the right long arm is called a controlled end 1563, and the master control end 1562 and the controlled end 1563 are long flat plates (corresponding to the ears of the foot clasp used by electrician to climb the pole) extending to both sides from the clasp 1561.
The retaining ring 1561 is sleeved on the retaining rod 157, the retaining ring 1561 can be an open semicircular ring, the retaining ring 1561 adopts a more stable closed circular ring, the retaining rod 157 of the invention is a metal pipe, a plastic pipe or a carbon fiber pipe with the diameter of 8.0mm, and the diameter of the annular hole of the retaining ring 1561 is 8.3-9.0mm.
The main control end 1562 and the controlled end 1563 are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the movable pin 151 and the positioning pin 153, and the main control end 1562 and the movable pin 151, the controlled end 1563 and the positioning pin 153 can be connected through a short column movable fastening structure or a contact touch connection structure.
As shown in fig. 1,2, 4a, and 4b, when the pulling rope or lever 158 is pulled upward by the locking/unlocking handle 600, the movable pin 151 moves upward to release the pressure above the main control end 1562 of the locking piece 156, and the controlled end 1563 moves downward under the action of the pressing spring 154 to tilt the main control end 1562, thereby changing the locking piece 156 from a horizontal state (perpendicular to the locking lever 157) to a tilted state (the included angle between the locking piece 156 and the locking lever 157 is not 90 degrees), and at this time, the locking ring 1561 is fastened on the locking lever 157 in a tilted manner (i.e., the upper edge and the lower edge of the hole of the locking ring 1561 are respectively connected with the locking lever 157).
The locking principle is as follows: when the club cover 3 is pressed downward, the pressing force is transmitted downward from the club cover 3 to the reinforcing collar 5, the back plate 120 of the base plate 110, the upper base plate 130, the positioning pins 153, and the controlled end 1563 of the locking piece 156 in this order, and the controlled end 1563 is not moved downward again because the hole lower edge of the locking ring 1561 is fastened to the locking lever 157, thereby locking the club cover 3 pressed downward.
After locking, the upward pulling ball rod protecting cover 3 does not influence the upward movement, and the principle is that: the ball bar protecting cover 3 is lifted upwards, the lifting force is transmitted downwards to the reinforcing hoop 5, the backboard 120 of the base plate 110, the lower base plate 140 and the controlled end 1563 of the locking piece 156 by the ball bar protecting cover 3, and the controlled end 1563 is shifted upwards to reduce the inclination degree of the locking piece 156, so that the lower edge of the hole of the locking ring 1561 is loosened, and therefore, the ball bar protecting cover 3 is moved upwards.
The following preferred structure is adopted for the mounting position of the locking piece 156 in the invention:
A positioning truss 121 and a positioning truss block 122 for receiving the locking piece 156 are disposed on the inner side surface of the back plate 120 between the upper substrate 130 and the lower substrate 140 and near the positioning pins 153, the positioning truss 121 is on the upper side, the positioning truss block 122 is on the lower side, a gap is left between the lower end of the positioning truss 121 and the upper end of the positioning truss block 122, and the width of the gap is slightly larger than the thickness of the locking piece 156. The gap is not only the installation position of the clamping locking piece 156, but also a tiny tilting space reserved for the locking piece 156 to change between the horizontal state and the inclined state.
The invention is further improved in that a fixed rod truss 123 is arranged between the through holes 141 of the upper substrate 130 and the inner side of the back plate 120, and a guide hole 124 is arranged on the fixed rod truss 123, and the guide hole 124 is arranged coaxially with the through hole 141 of the upper substrate 130 and slightly larger than the through hole 141, which is convenient for the locking rod 157 to be inserted into the annular hole of the locking piece 156 after penetrating downwards from the through hole 141 of the upper substrate 130 when the locking rod 157 is installed.
The fixed bar truss 123 is inclined, and the purpose of the inclination is to reserve an avoidance space for the main control end 1562 of the locking piece 156 during locking.
In another improvement of the present invention, the connection structure between the main control end 1562 and the controlled end 1563 and the corresponding movable pins 151 or the positioning pins 153 is improved, so that the locking piece 156 can act smoothly, sensitively, stably and reliably when locking or unlocking.
The improvement points are as follows: the lower ends of the movable pins 151 and the positioning pins 153 are square blocks, guide grooves 155 are formed in the bottom end faces of the square blocks, and the main control ends 1562 and the controlled ends 1563 on the locking pieces 156 are respectively arranged in the corresponding guide grooves 155 in a movable inserting mode.
A further improvement of the present invention is to ensure that the displacement is performed in a straight line in the vertical direction without deviation when the movable pin 151 and the positioning pin 153 are displaced by the corresponding springs.
The concrete improvement points are as follows: a strip-shaped guide through groove 1511 is vertically arranged on the backboard 120 corresponding to the position where the movable pin 151 is arranged, and a slide block 1512 capable of being embedded into the guide through groove 1511 to move up and down is correspondingly arranged on the back of the square block of the movable pin 151; on the back plate 120 corresponding to the position of the positioning pin 153, a strip-shaped guiding clamping groove 1531 is vertically arranged, and correspondingly, a clamping block 1532 capable of being inserted into the guiding clamping groove 1531 to move up and down is arranged at the back of the square block of the positioning pin 153.
