Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings.
The beauty treatment apparatus 100 shown in fig. 1 and 2 includes a case 10 having an accommodating space and a vibration member 20 mounted on the case 10. The vibration member 20 is intended to be in contact with the skin and may be any flat or curved member having a smooth surface. The vibrating member 20 may be made of a material having skin-friendly properties, such as metal or ceramic. The beauty device 100 may be various devices having a beauty function, for example, a mask introducing instrument, an eye mask introducing instrument, a cleaning instrument, and the like. Specifically, the vibrating member 20 may be clamped in the casing 10, or a separate component may be extended out of the casing 10 and fixedly connected to the casing 10.
The cosmetic device 100 further includes an ultrasonic transducer 30 for driving the vibrator 20 to vibrate, a controller 40 housed in the housing space, a vibration motor 50, and a pressure sensor 60. The ultrasonic transducer 30, the vibration motor 50, and the pressure sensor 60 are electrically connected to the controller 40.
The pressure sensor 60 may be an FSR sensor, or other sensor capable of detecting a pressure value. The pressure sensor 60 is used for detecting an external pressure value, converting the pressure value into an electric signal, and sending the electric signal to the controller 40. In the present invention, the pressure sensor 60 may be provided at the junction of the vibrator 20 and the case 10 for detecting the magnitude of the pressing force when the vibrator 20 is in contact with the skin. The pressure sensor 60 may be provided on the housing 10 to detect the magnitude of pressure when pressed by the user's finger.
The controller 40 may be a single chip, a chip with an integrated circuit, or the like. The controller 40 may control the output power of the ultrasonic vibrator 30 and the vibration intensity of the vibration motor 50 according to the magnitude of the received pressure value of the pressure sensor 60. When the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 60 becomes large, the controller 40 controls the output power of the ultrasonic vibrator 30 to become large, and at the same time, the vibration intensity of the vibration motor 50 becomes large. The intensity of the vibration motor 50 provides an indication to the user that the user experiences a change in the ultrasonic power in real time, thereby preventing physical damage due to excessive ultrasonic power. When the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 60 becomes smaller, the controller 40 controls the output power of the ultrasonic transducer 30 to become smaller, and at the same time, the vibration intensity of the vibration motor 50 becomes smaller. The vibration intensity of the vibration motor 50 and the output power of the ultrasonic vibrator 30 are all positively correlated with the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 60.
In this embodiment, the vibration motor 50 may be fixed on the inner wall of the housing 10 to drive the housing to vibrate.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the ultrasonic transducer 30 is attached to one side of the vibrator 20. The ultrasonic vibrator 30 drives the vibration member 20 to vibrate at a set frequency not lower than 20 KHz. It is understood that the ultrasonic vibrator and the vibrating member may be connected in other manners, such as by screwing, or indirectly connected, such as by providing other components for transmitting vibration therebetween. In other embodiments, the ultrasonic vibrator 30 and the vibrating member 20 may be integrally formed.
In the present embodiment, the vibrating member 20 includes a vibrating body 21 having a substantially flat plate shape and a vibrating recess 22 provided on the vibrating body 21. The ultrasonic vibrator 30 is attached to one side of the vibration main body 21, and the vibration concave portion 22 is located on the side of the vibration main body 21 away from the ultrasonic vibrator 30. Preferably, the vibration recess 22 is a recess formed by removing material from the side of the vibration body 21 away from the ultrasonic vibrator 30. The vibration recess 22 includes a concave bottom wall 221 close to the ultrasonic vibrator 30 and a concave side wall 222 surrounding the concave bottom wall 221. The concave side walls 222 together with the concave bottom wall 221 form a semi-enclosed cavity with an opening 220, also referred to as a vacuole cell, which may be used to enhance and assist the generation of vacuoles. The concave bottom wall 221 may be a plane or a cambered surface, and the concave side wall 222 may be a plane, a cylindrical surface or a conical surface.
When the ultrasonic vibrator 30 operates, the ultrasonic vibrator 30 drives the vibration member 20 to vibrate at a set frequency, which is not less than 20 KHz. In the vibrating body of the vibrating member 20, the vibrating recess 22 and the vibrating body 21 vibrate at different amplitudes due to the difference in mass between the vibrating recess 22 and the vibrating body 21. The vibrator 20 generates an ultrasonic fundamental wave by driving the ultrasonic vibrator 30, the vibration main body 21 vibrates to generate a first harmonic 211 having a first frequency and a first phase, and the vibration concave portion 22 vibrates to generate a second harmonic 223 having a second frequency and a second phase. Wherein the wavelength of the second harmonic 223 can be designed to be an integral multiple of the depth of the vibration recess 122 to improve the cavitation efficiency of the second harmonic 223.
In the present embodiment, as understood from the definition of cavitation, the existence of cavitation nuclei (microbubbles) is a prerequisite for the cavitation of the liquid; the effect of the pressure field is an external cause of liquid cavitation, and the pressure amplitude and application time determine the liquid cavitation state. The liquid medium is a mixture of cleaning liquid and water or a mixture of skin care nutrient liquid and water, and has cavitation nuclei (micro bubbles) which cause the liquid medium to cavitate when ultrasonic waves act on the liquid medium (form a pressure field).
When the ultrasonic vibrator 30 vibrates the vibrator 20 at a predetermined frequency and injects the liquid medium into the vibration recess 22, the concave bottom wall 221 of the vibration recess 22 vibrates to cavitate the liquid medium, and due to the rigid constraint of the concave side wall 222 of the vibration recess 22, energy generated by the vibration is converged and concentrated on the axis of the vibration recess 22 only in the direction of the opening 220, and finally is emitted toward the opening 220 and acts on the liquid medium, so that the liquid medium generates cavitation bubbles and emits a fluid containing the cavitation bubbles toward the opening 220. Meanwhile, the first harmonic 211 and the second harmonic 223 act on the fluid, so that the molecular weights of the main components in the fluid can resonate to generate cavitation bubbles, thereby achieving cavitation effect, and the fluid containing a large number of micro-bubbles (cavitation bubbles) continuously impacts the surface of the skin. In the process of impacting the skin, the micro bubbles are broken and generate instantaneous high pressure to act on stains on the surface of the skin, so that the stains fall off from the skin, oily stains can be effectively emulsified and are easily dissolved in water, and the aim of quickly and deeply cleaning the skin is fulfilled; the bubbles are broken and generate instantaneous high pressure, which is also beneficial to the skin to permeate the skin care nutrient solution in the fluid, improves the permeability of the skin care nutrient solution and is beneficial to the skin to absorb the skin care nutrient solution.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing examples, those skilled in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention. While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
