Description

Levo carvone aerosol
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural bactericide research and development, and particularly relates to a levo-carvone aerosol.
Background
At present, indoor plants in China are planted very commonly, and the indoor plants not only have the function of beautifying the space in a form, but also can adjust the indoor small environment and absorb harmful gas; meets the mental requirements of people and plays a role in cultivating sexual conditions. However, the indoor plants lack suitable pesticide dosage forms in pest control, the used pesticides are mostly registered on the field and garden art plants, and bad smell exists in indoor use; in addition, the preparation has large weight, high content of effective components, troublesome weighing during use, difficult mastering of preparation concentration, incomplete use of one bag of preparation frequently, inconvenient storage and difficulty in maintaining indoor plants.
L-carvone is the main component of volatile oil extracted from Mentha spicata Linn (Mentha spicata Linn) of Mentha of Labiatae. Tests prove that the spearmint volatile oil and the main component thereof, namely the levo-carvone, have bacteriostatic activity on various plant pathogenic fungi and have the value of being developed into bactericides.
Researches show that various plant volatile oils have an inhibiting effect on plant pathogenic fungi, but most of the researches stay in an indoor in-vitro determination stage and cannot be processed into a preparation for use in production. The aerosol has the advantages of convenient carrying, convenient use and storage and the like, and is generally used for preventing and treating indoor sanitary pests. However, such a formulation has not been developed for the control of plant diseases.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention selects the levo-carvone as a research object, develops a bactericide formulation suitable for indoor plants, and ensures that the prevention and the treatment of the indoor plant diseases are simple, convenient and easy to operate.
The information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.

Preferably, the emulsifier is tween 80.
Preferably, the solvent is at least one of water, ethanol, n-butanol, tert-butanol and n-propanol.
Preferably, the solvent is a mixture of water and ethanol with the mass percentage of 2: 3, and (b).
Preferably, the penetrating agent is at least one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and organosilicon series auxiliary agents.
Preferably, the penetrating agent is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the levocarvone aerosol, which comprises the following steps: adding the levocarvone, the emulsifier, the penetrant and the solvent into a reaction device, uniformly stirring until complete emulsification is achieved, adding sufficient solvent to dilute until 100%, and continuing emulsification to obtain the levocarvone aerosol.
The liquid medicine of the levo carvone aerosol is hermetically packaged, manual compressed air is used as a propellant, and propellants such as freon, propane, butane and the like commonly used in the existing aerosol are replaced, so that the pollution to the environment is reduced.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the effective component of the levocarvone aerosol provided by the invention is levocarvone derived from plants, has little influence on indoor environment, and can increase indoor fragrance.
(2) The levo-carvone aerosol is convenient to use, can be directly sprayed after a plant is diseased, is low in dosage, and does not need operations such as water adding and weighing.
(3) The packaging of the levo-carvone aerosol can avoid the direct contact of the liquid medicine with the outside, is safe for users and is convenient to store.
(4) The preparation method of the levo carvone aerosol is simple and is suitable for industrial production.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the word "comprise", or variations such as "comprises" or "comprising", will be understood to imply the inclusion of a stated element or component but not the exclusion of any other element or component.
Example 1
0.5g of levo carvone, 800.8 g of tween, 0.5g of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 38.2g of water are weighed and added into a reaction device, stirred until complete emulsification is achieved, and then 60g of ethanol is added and stirred uniformly. Filling the medicinal liquid into an aerosol can to obtain 0.5% L-carvone aerosol.
Example 2
0.1g of levocarvone, 0.6g of lauric acid monoglyceride, 38.9g of organosilicon penetrant SE-900.4 g and water are weighed and added into a reaction device, stirred until complete emulsification is achieved, and then 60g of ethanol is added and stirred uniformly. Filling the medicinal liquid into an aerosol can to obtain 0.1% L-carvone aerosol.
Example 3: in-vitro bacteriostatic action of levo carvone
Reagent to be tested: l-carvone
Test strains: orchid Colletotrichum orbidicola (Colletotrichum orchidium), Botrytis cinerea (Botrytis cinerea).
The determination method comprises the following steps: growth rate method for culture medium containing poison
Diluting levo-carvone with 6% Tween 80 solution under aseptic condition to obtain a series of concentration gradients, adding into a certain amount of PDA culture medium at about 50 deg.C, shaking thoroughly, mixing, pouring into a culture dish with diameter of 9cm, repeating for 3 times per concentration, and adding 6% Tween 80 into control culture medium PDA. Inoculating and culturing, taking a proper amount of bacterial cakes by a puncher with the diameter of 5mm, inoculating the bacterial cakes onto a toxic culture medium and a control culture medium, inoculating 1 bacterial cake on each dish, culturing in an incubator, measuring the colony diameters of a treatment group and the control group by a cross method after the mycelia in the culture dish of the control group fully grow, and calculating the inhibition percentage of each treatment concentration on the growth rate of the mycelia.
Bacteriostatic ratio (control colony growth diameter-treated colony growth diameter)/control colony growth diameter
×100%。

Example 4: l-carvone aerosol potting test
Reagent to be tested: 0.1% of levocarvone aerosol, 0.5% of levocarvone aerosol and 50% of carbendazim wettable powder.
The determination method comprises the following steps: both germs are inoculated by spraying spore suspension (1 × 10)6) Spraying the mixture on the leaf surface of a plant to inoculate bacteria, wherein the leaf surface is preferably full of foggy spots without water drop loss. Protection: inoculating bacteria 24h after L-carvone aerosol treatment, and inoculating bacteria 24h before aerosol treatment. Clear water is used as a blank control, and carbendazim treatment at 700mg/L is used as a standard medicament control. Each treatment was repeated 4 times. After inoculation, the seeds are subjected to moisture preservation culture in a greenhouse, and investigation is carried out after the control is fully developed.
Control effect (%) - (control disease-treatment disease)/control disease x 100.
TABLE 2 prevention of orchid anthracnose and peony gray mold by l-carvone
