Most of the current sugarcane harvesters are provided with leaf peeling devices, but the impurity rate of the sugarcane is very high, and the sugar yield is reduced due to unclean peeling of the sugarcane leaves. Therefore, the sugarcane leaves cannot be peeled cleanly, and the sugarcane impurity content is high, which is a problem to be solved in the field.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the leaf peeling device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a speed-regulating gear box 1, a leaf peeling gear side plate seam 2, two leaf peeling roller assemblies 3 arranged in layers up and down, a leaf peeling motor side plate seam 4, a support plate seam 5, a connecting shaft seam 6, and a corner gear box 7. The two debarking roller assemblies 3 arranged one above the other in layers according to one embodiment are identical in structure. The leaf peeling roller welding joint 32 has the functions of supporting and connecting, the leaf peeling device 33, the rubber pad 34 and the adjusting pad 35 penetrate through the rod 31, the rod 31 is inserted into a disc seat in the leaf peeling roller welding joint 32, and the two ends of the rod 31 are provided with threads and are connected and fixed by nuts.
The rubber mat 34 functions as a mat, the distance between the mat strippers 33 being measured across a sugar cane diameter (in one example, ≧ φ 30); secondly, the sugarcane is prevented from being scratched when passing through, and the weight of the leaf stripping roller component 3 is reduced, so that the weight of the whole sugarcane harvester is reduced.
The adjusting mats 35 are used as cushions, and the distance between the mat leaf strippers 33 is determined by the diameter (more than or equal to phi 30) of one sugarcane.
According to one embodiment, six rods 31 (only one is shown in fig. 4) are mounted on the peeling roller seam 32, and holes are formed in the semicircular peeling unit 33, the rubber pad 34 and the adjusting pad 35, and the rods 31 are directly inserted into the holes of the peeling unit 33, the rubber pad 34 and the adjusting pad 35. A leaf stripper 33, an adjusting pad 35, and a rubber pad 34 between the leaf stripper 33 and the adjusting pad 35 constitute a set. The relative notch positions of the two semicircles of each part in one group can be on the same horizontal line and assembled with the next group in a staggered way (namely, the notch positions relative to the two semicircles of the next group are staggered). By analogy, the assembly is firm, and the service life of the leaf stripper 33 and the rubber pad 34 is prolonged.

The disks 323 are longitudinally spaced apart from the leaf peeling roller 322, i.e., the distance from the left disk seat 321 to the two adjacent surfaces of the first disk 323, the distance from the two adjacent surfaces of the two disks 323, and the distance from the second disk 323 to the two adjacent surfaces of the right disk seat 321 are equal.
According to one embodiment, each of the leaf stripper 33, the rubber pad 34 and the adjustment pad 35 is formed by two semi-circular parts, each having a hole therein. As described above, the distance between the two leaf strippers 33 is larger than the diameter of the sugarcane, and the two leaf strippers are assembled in sequence, so that the sugarcane can pass through smoothly. The distance between the two leaf strippers 33 is ensured by adjusting through adding a rubber pad 34 and an adjusting pad 35.
According to one embodiment, the leaf stripper 33 is made of wear-resistant material, so that the service life is long and the replacement frequency can be reduced. According to one embodiment, the leaf stripper 33 and the rubber pad 34 are both made of rubber materials, so that the sugarcane is not damaged in high-speed operation, and the sugarcane leaf stripper is suitable for high-intensity labor operation. According to one embodiment, the leaf stripper 33 and rubber pad 34 can be evenly spaced 360 degrees.
