Abstract
本发明实施例提供一种传输信息的方法和设备,该方法包括:第一设备向第二设备发送随机接入消息,该随机接入消息携带该第一设备的第一专用信息和/或用于指示该第一设备的第二专用信息的指示信息,该第一专用信息和该第二专用信息用于建立该第一设备与该第二设备之间的连接。本发明实施例提供的方法和设备,能够进一步提高第一设备接入控制性能,使得第一设备能够更快地或者更灵活地接入到第二设备。
