In the embodiment of the invention, more than two single-police law enforcement video and audio recorders acquire first data and send the first data to the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder; the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder collects second data and sends the second data and the received first data to the monitoring server; the monitoring server receives and records the first data and the second data; when starting data acquisition, any one of the more than two single-police law enforcement video and audio recorders sends a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder so as to enable the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder to start data acquisition; when the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder starts data acquisition, a starting instruction is sent to the more than two single-police law enforcement video and audio recorders, so that the more than two single-police law enforcement video and audio recorders start data acquisition. The process establishes a communication relation between the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder and the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder, the data acquired by the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder and the data acquired by the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder are stored in the same monitoring server, and the data acquired by different devices are associated by utilizing the identification information. After attendance, law enforcement personnel can directly call the correlated data collected by a plurality of different devices on one monitoring server for playback, thereby avoiding searching the related data from the system servers of different devices one by one, and greatly improving the convenience of operation. And when one of the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder and the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder starts data acquisition, the device can inform other devices of starting data acquisition in time, thus realizing the recording of all-round information of an event site and avoiding the omission of important information.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
The above mainly describes a data recording method, and a data recording system will be described below.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of a data recording system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder 301 is used for collecting first data and sending the first data to the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder;
the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder 302 is used for acquiring second data and sending the second data and the received first data to the monitoring server;
the monitoring server 303 is configured to receive and record the first data and the second data;
the first data and the second data are related through identification information contained in data fields, the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is in wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder, and the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder is in wireless connection with the monitoring server.
Further, the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is connected with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder through a 2.4G/5G dual-band designed WIFI, and the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder can also be used for:
acquiring on-site environment information and signal interference strength, wherein the environment information comprises the volume of an obstacle obstructing WIFI signal transmission;
when the volume of the obstacle obstructing the WIFI signal transmission is larger than a first threshold value or the signal interference intensity is smaller than a second threshold value, connecting the WIFI signal of a 2.4G frequency band with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder;
when the size of the obstacle obstructing the WIFI signal transmission is smaller than a first threshold value or the signal interference intensity is larger than a second threshold value, the WIFI signal passing through a 5G frequency band is connected with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder.
Further, the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder may be further configured to, after receiving the first data, obtain identification information of the first data, and associate second data that meets a certain condition between the identification information of the first data and the identification information of the second data that has been collected with the first data;
the monitoring server can be further used for displaying the associated first data and the associated second data in the same display interface after the data playback instruction is obtained.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of a single-police law enforcement video-audio recorder according to the present invention includes:
a first data acquisition module 401, configured to acquire first data;
a first data sending module 402, configured to send the first data to a vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder, so that the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder sends second data acquired by the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder and the first data to a monitoring server;
the first data and the second data are related through identification information contained in a data field, and the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is in wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of a vehicle-mounted hard disk recorder according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a second data acquisition module 501, configured to acquire second data;
the first data receiving module 502 is used for receiving first data collected by the video and audio recorder of the single-police law enforcement;
a field data sending module 503, configured to send the first data and the second data to a monitoring server, so that the monitoring server receives and records the first data and the second data;
the first data and the second data are related through identification information contained in data fields, the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is in wireless connection with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder, and the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder is in wireless connection with the monitoring server.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present application.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or illustrated in a certain embodiment.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described system embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules or units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention may also be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the method embodiments may be implemented. Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, recording medium, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution medium, and the like. It should be noted that the computer readable medium may contain other components which may be suitably increased or decreased as required by legislation and patent practice in jurisdictions, for example, in some jurisdictions, computer readable media which may not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunications signals in accordance with legislation and patent practice.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not substantially depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention, and are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A data recording method is characterized by being applied to a system comprising a single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder, a vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder and a monitoring server, wherein the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is connected with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder through WIFI designed in a 2.4G/5G dual-band mode, the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder is wirelessly connected with the monitoring server, and the data recording method comprises the following steps:
the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder collects first data and sends the first data to the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder;
the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder acquires on-site environmental information and signal interference intensity, wherein the environmental information comprises the volume of a barrier hindering WIFI signal transmission;
when the volume of the obstacle obstructing the WIFI signal transmission is larger than a first threshold value or the signal interference intensity is smaller than a second threshold value, the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is connected with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder through a WIFI signal of a 2.4G frequency band;
when the volume of the obstacle obstructing the WIFI signal transmission is smaller than a first threshold value or the signal interference intensity is larger than a second threshold value, the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is connected with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder through a WIFI signal of a 5G frequency band;
the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder collects second data and sends the second data and the received first data to the monitoring server;
the monitoring server receives and records the first data and the second data;
wherein the first data and the second data are associated by identification information contained in a data field.
2. The data recording method of claim 1, wherein the first data and the second data are associated by:
after receiving the first data, the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder acquires identification information of the first data, and associates second data meeting a certain condition between the identification information in the acquired second data and the identification information of the first data with the first data;
after the monitoring server receives and records the first data and the second data, the data recording method further comprises:
and after the monitoring server obtains a data playback instruction, displaying the associated first data and second data in the same display interface.
3. The data recording method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the system comprises more than two single-police law enforcement audio and video recorders, the data recording method further comprising:
when starting data acquisition, any one of the more than two single-police law enforcement video and audio recorders sends a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder so as to enable the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder to start data acquisition;
when the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder starts data acquisition, a starting instruction is sent to the more than two single-police law enforcement video and audio recorders, so that the more than two single-police law enforcement video and audio recorders start data acquisition.
4. The data recording method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder and the vehicle hard disk recorder each have a function of prerecording data for a certain period of time, the data recording method further comprising:
if the communication between any one single-alarm law enforcement video and audio recorder and the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder at the time point of starting data acquisition is interrupted, so that the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder cannot receive the starting instruction, when the communication is recovered, the any one single-alarm law enforcement video and audio recorder sends the time point to the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder, so that the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder stores pre-recorded data after the time point and starts data acquisition;
if the communication of the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder at the time point of starting data acquisition and more than one single-alarm law enforcement video and audio recorder in the more than two single-alarm law enforcement video and audio recorders is interrupted, so that the more than one single-alarm law enforcement video and audio recorder cannot receive the starting instruction, when the communication is recovered, the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder sends the time point to the more than one single-alarm law enforcement video and audio recorder, so that the more than one single-alarm law enforcement video and audio recorder stores the prerecorded data after the time point and starts data acquisition.
5. A data recording system, comprising:
the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is used for acquiring first data and sending the first data to the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder; acquiring on-site environment information and signal interference strength, wherein the environment information comprises the volume of an obstacle obstructing WIFI signal transmission; when the volume of the obstacle obstructing the WIFI signal transmission is larger than a first threshold value or the signal interference intensity is smaller than a second threshold value, connecting the WIFI signal of a 2.4G frequency band with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder; when the volume of the obstacle obstructing the WIFI signal transmission is smaller than a first threshold value or the signal interference intensity is larger than a second threshold value, connecting the WIFI signal with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder through a 5G frequency band;
the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder is used for acquiring second data and sending the second data and the received first data to the monitoring server;
the monitoring server is used for receiving and recording the first data and the second data;
the first data and the second data are related through identification information contained in a data field, the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is connected with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder through WIFI designed in a 2.4G/5G dual-band mode, and the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder is wirelessly connected with the monitoring server.
6. The data recording system of claim 5, wherein:
the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder is further used for acquiring identification information of the first data after receiving the first data, and associating second data which meet certain conditions between the identification information in the acquired second data and the identification information of the first data with the first data;
the monitoring server is further used for displaying the associated first data and the associated second data in the same display interface after the data playback instruction is obtained.
7. A single-police law enforcement audio-visual recorder, comprising:
the first data acquisition module is used for acquiring first data;
the first data sending module is used for sending the first data to the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder so that the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder sends the second data and the first data acquired by the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder to the monitoring server;
the system comprises a field environment information acquisition module, a signal interference intensity acquisition module and a WIFI signal transmission module, wherein the field environment information acquisition module is used for acquiring field environment information and signal interference intensity, and the environment information comprises the volume of an obstacle which obstructs WIFI signal transmission;
the first connection module is used for connecting the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder through a WIFI signal of a 2.4G frequency band when the volume of the obstacle obstructing the WIFI signal transmission is larger than a first threshold value or the signal interference intensity is smaller than a second threshold value;
the second connection module is used for connecting the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder through a WIFI signal of a 5G frequency band when the volume of the obstacle obstructing the WIFI signal transmission is smaller than a first threshold value or the signal interference intensity is larger than a second threshold value;
the first data and the second data are related through identification information contained in a data field, and the single-police law enforcement video and audio recorder is connected with the vehicle-mounted hard disk video recorder through WIFI designed in a 2.4G/5G dual-band mode.
