Description

Weighing and packaging machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weighing and packaging machine.
Background
Conventionally, in the distribution of food products and the like, the identification of the product variety has been performed by making the pattern and size of a packaging material different for each of the types, varieties, production areas, and the like of the food products to be packaged. Here, it is a matter of course that the display of the package of the packaging material matches the content (content, for example, granular bodies such as rice grains, and flakes such as potato chips), but for example, if an operator of the weighing and packaging machine mistakenly confirms the pattern and size of the packaging material attached to the machine, or forgets to change the packaging material when changing the product, an overlooked product is produced.
In addition, if the defective products are erroneously delivered to the consumer's hand, laws such as false or fake identification of the goods are violated, and thus a serious accident may be developed. In order to eliminate human errors, a method is known in which a machine side of a weighing and packaging machine is subjected to data matching so that a packaging material and contents are not erroneously packaged, or a television camera is used to capture a pattern of the packaging material and match the image (see, for example, patent document 1).
Patent document 1 describes a bag making and packaging machine including: a storage unit that stores data relating to the packaging material determined for each item; a data input/output unit that outputs and outputs data relating to a specified type, a packaging material stored in the storage unit, or a packaging material attached to the packaging machine; and a selection unit that compares the data input/output unit with the respective data stored in the storage unit, selects a packaging material when the item is specified by the data input/output unit, and selects a matching item when the packaging material is specified based on the currently mounted packaging material.
In this way, the data of the type specified by the data input/output means and the data of the packaging material attached to the packaging machine are collated with the data of the type and the packaging material stored in the storage means, and the packaging material corresponding to the specified type or the type corresponding to the specified packaging material is selected, and the display means can display the storage location data and the like.
Further, the mounting work of the packaging material can be easily and quickly performed without producing defective products due to errors in the packaging material at all, and the production efficiency can be greatly improved by changing the production grade of the packaging material mounted on the packaging machine.
However, the above patent document 1 has the following problems.
1. The manufacturing cost of the packing machine becomes high by photographing the pattern of the packing material through a tv camera installed at a proper position of the packing machine.
2. The pattern of the packaging material is photographed by a television camera and image processing is performed, so the pattern of the packaging material becomes unclear and thus it is difficult to distinguish.
3. The call number of the object to be packed and the type data of the packing material need to be input by data input/output means such as a touch panel, and a large amount of time is required for the operator to perform the input operation.
4. When changing the pattern of the packaging material, it is necessary to photograph the pattern of the packaging material to be newly attached by a tv camera fixed to the packaging machine.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a weighing and packaging machine that reduces the workload of an operator and does not produce any defective products due to mounting errors of packaging materials.
In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the weighing and packaging machine according to the present invention adopts a technical means including:
a first storage unit that stores a plurality of product item data and packaging material data corresponding to the data, which are input in advance;
an input/output unit that specifies specific data from the commodity item data and the packaging material data stored in the first storage unit;
a second storage unit that temporarily stores barcode information and image information such as a photograph transmitted from an external mobile terminal;
a Web server that stores a packaging material registration Web application so that the external mobile terminal can connect to the dedicated packaging material registration Web application; and
and a control unit which, when the packaging material registration Web application is downloaded from the external mobile terminal and the barcode information and the image information of the packaging material located at the separated place are acquired and transmitted using the packaging material registration Web application, compares the transmitted barcode information and the transmitted image information with the specified specific commodity item data and the packaging material data, and determines whether or not the packaging material is a normal packaging material corresponding to the specified commodity item.
According to the present embodiment, the weighing and packaging machine includes:
a first storage unit that stores a plurality of product item data and packaging material data corresponding to the data, which are input in advance;
an input/output unit that specifies specific data from the commodity data and the packaging material data stored in the first storage unit;
a second storage unit that temporarily stores barcode information and image information such as a photograph transmitted from an external mobile terminal;
a Web server that stores a packaging material registration Web application so that the external mobile terminal can connect to the dedicated packaging material registration Web application; and
a control unit that, when the packaging material registration Web application is downloaded from the external mobile terminal and the barcode information and the image information of the packaging material at separate places are acquired and transmitted using the packaging material registration Web application, comparing the transmitted bar code information and image information with the specified specific commodity type data and packaging material data to determine whether the packaging material is a normal packaging material corresponding to the specified commodity type, for a plurality of packing materials accumulated and kept at a place slightly separated from the weighing and packing machine, the mobile terminal collects the bar code information of the packaging material and the image information such as the photo of the packaging material, sends the information to the weighing and packaging machine side, therefore, the barcode information and the image information such as the photograph of the predetermined packaging material attached to the weighing and packaging machine can be collected with good flexibility and accuracy. Further, information on the packaging material in the separated place, which cannot be photographed by the camera attached to the weighing and packaging machine, can be collected, and as a result, the amount of work performed by the operator around the weighing and packaging machine is reduced and whether the packaging material is a regular packaging material or not can be discriminated, and thus, defective products caused by mounting errors of the packaging material can not be produced at all.
In an embodiment of the weighing and packaging machine, the control unit stores the transmitted image information in association with the product item data in the first storage unit when the transmitted barcode information and the transmitted image information are compared with each other and the transmitted image information is identified as a normal packaging material.
According to the present embodiment, when the transmitted barcode information and the transmitted image information are compared with each other and it is determined that the transmitted barcode information and the transmitted image information are valid packing materials, the control means stores the transmitted image information and the product item data in association with each other in the first storage unit, and therefore stores the actual image of the packing material in association with each other in addition to the product item data and the packing material data corresponding to the data, and text information and image information are associated with each other, thereby improving the accuracy of the data.
In the embodiment of the weighing and packaging machine, the weighing and packaging machine further includes a display unit that displays the result according to the determination by the control unit, and the display unit displays the operation permission of the machine when the comparison result of the transmitted barcode information and the image information is judged to be a normal packaging material.
According to the present embodiment, since the weighing and packaging machine further includes a display unit that displays the comparison result based on the determination by the control unit and displays the operation permission of the machine on the display unit when the comparison result of the transmitted barcode information and the image information is judged to be a regular packaging material, the operator can start the operation of the weighing and packaging machine by looking at the display unit without determining whether the packaging material is a genuine product.
In an embodiment of the display unit including the weighing and packaging machine, the display unit is a liquid crystal touch panel that also serves as the input/output unit.
According to the present embodiment, since the display means is a liquid crystal touch panel that also serves as the input/output means, it is possible to select a product name displayed in a menu format and input a designated product type, and further, there is a function of confirming and displaying an image of an operator and a function of displaying an image of a packaging material currently in use, so that operability can be greatly improved.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a weighing and packaging machine that reduces the workload of an operator and that does not produce any defective products due to mounting errors of packaging materials.

In fig. 1 to 3, the weighing and packaging machine 1 mainly includes a weighing and filling section 2, a package bag supply section 3, a printing section 4, a packaging section 5, and a control section 6.
The weighing and filling section 2 includes: a feed hopper 7 provided at an upper portion of the casing 34; a weighing tank 8 that weighs the raw material discharged from the feed hopper 7; a cutting gate 9 which stops the supply of the raw material to the weighing tank 8 when a weight set in the weighing tank 8 is reached; and a discharge hopper 10 that collects and bags the granular raw material weighed by the weighing tank 8. A gate-type opening/closing plate 11 is provided between the discharge hopper 10 and the weighing chute 8, and a fixed amount of the raw material weighed by the weighing chute 8 can be supplied to the discharge hopper 10.
The packaging bag supply unit 3 includes: a lifting mechanism 13 for lifting the packaging roll 12 as a weight; and a guide roller 14 that guides the packaging material 12a drawn out from the packaging roll 12 to the weighing and packaging machine 1, the printing unit 4 including: a bottom seal portion 15 for sealing the bottom edge of the introduced packaging material 12a to form a bag bottom; a printer 16 that prints polished rice year and month date (manufacturing year and month date), polished rice factory (manufacturing factory), shelf life (optimum term), and the like of the weighed packaged objects in a frame 12b printed in advance on the packaging material 12 a; an indicia reading sensor 17 that reads indicia printed on the packaging roll 12; a brake roller 18 for pulling the wrapping material 12a fixed amount; and a cutter 19 that cuts the packaging material 12 a. Further, in japan, X drawn on the packaging material 12a and a symbol constituted by four dots are one of symbols representing rice.
The packing unit 5 includes: a conveying mechanism 20 that conveys the packaging material 12a from the printing section 4 to the packaging section 5; a clamp portion 21 for grasping the left and right sides of the packaging material 12a and opening the opening; and a sealing portion 22 for sealing the opening of the packaging material 12a above the clamping portion 21. The lower door of the hopper 10 faces the upper side of the sealing part 22. A lifting mechanism 24 for supporting the bottom of the bag and moving the packaging roll 12 to the product discharge chute 23 is disposed below the packaging unit 5.
The control unit 6 may be a computer 25 that specifies a product to be produced, compares whether or not the packaging material matches the product, and controls the operation of each part of the weighing and packaging machine 1, and the computer 25 is disposed at an upper portion in the housing 34 and electrically connected to the liquid crystal touch panels 28 and 29 provided in the front side operation unit 26 in fig. 2 and the back side operation unit 27 in fig. 3. Thus, the liquid crystal touch panels 28 and 29 are operated to input various necessary data to the computer 25, and the names of products displayed in the form of menus are selected on the liquid crystal touch panels 28 and 29 to input a specified item to the computer 25. The liquid crystal touch panels 28 and 29 also have a display function as an output device, and can perform a function of checking and displaying an image of an operator, a function of displaying an image of a packaging material currently in use, a function of displaying an image of a packaging material scheduled to be used next, and a function of displaying data on the current packaging capacity of the weighing and packaging machine 1, the total amount of raw materials after weighing, and other operation conditions.
In addition, the operation units 26 and 27 are provided with speakers 30 and 31 having a sound output function, and the operator can be alerted by sound. On the other hand, the weighing and packaging machine 1 is not provided with a dedicated television camera for imaging the pattern of the packaging material 12a (see, for example, patent document 1). As an alternative means, for example, a USB (Universal Serial Bus, registered trademark) terminal 32 for connecting various peripheral devices to the operation unit 26 side and a communication unit 33 may be provided. Thus, a peripheral device such as a simple camera or a scanner for reading a barcode selected according to the application is selected and inserted into the USB terminal 32 so as to be connectable to the weighing and packaging machine 1.
The communication unit 33 is provided on the operation unit 26 side, performs short-range communication, and can be connected to an external device (personal computer, tablet computer, smartphone). For example, a device that performs Wireless communication based on Wi-Fi (registered trademark) or the like as a communication standard, or Bluetooth (registered trademark) that performs Wireless communication using a 2.4GHz band as a communication standard can be used. The communication unit 33 may be a device that performs wireless communication through a mobile phone communication network, or may be a device that performs wireless communication through a data communication network.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a system configuration of the weighing and packaging machine 1 side and the mobile terminal 100 side. As described above, the weighing and packaging machine 1 and an external device (for example, the mobile terminal 100 such as a smartphone) are configured to perform short-range wireless communication via the communication unit 33.
As shown in fig. 4, the weighing and packaging machine 1 includes a storage unit 35, a control unit 36, and a Web server 39 in the computer 25.
The storage section 35 includes: a first storage unit 37 that stores the product type of the packaged item (also referred to as "product item"), data relating to the product type (for example, product name, net weight, and product quality indication), and the type of packaging material corresponding to these data on a one-to-one basis; and a second storage unit 38 that temporarily stores image information such as barcode information and photographs transmitted from an external device such as a personal computer, a tablet pc, or a smartphone 100 in the weighing and packaging machine 1.
The Web server 39 is a server for storing a packaging material registration Web application because it is connected to the packaging material registration Web application via a network, for example, a personal computer, a tablet pc, or a smartphone 100 sold in the external market.
Further, the control unit 36 includes: a matching check unit 40 that checks whether or not the product item specified by the data input/output means, the barcode information and the image information of the packaging material transmitted from the external device and stored in the second storage unit 38, and the product item and the packaging material information stored in advance in the first storage unit 37 match each other; and an operation control unit 41 for each unit for controlling the operation of each unit of the weighing and packaging machine 1.
On the other hand, the mobile terminal 100 side, which is an external device, includes a communication unit 42 as an input/output device, a storage unit 43 for starting an application, and a control unit 44. The communication unit 42 is configured by a communication device that performs Wireless communication with the communication unit 33 on the weighing and packaging machine 1 side, and for example, as described above, a device that performs Wireless communication based on Wi-Fi (registered trademark) or the like as a communication standard, or Bluetooth (registered trademark) that performs Wireless communication using a 2.4GHz band as a communication standard can be used.
Therefore, if the communication unit 33 on the weighing and packaging machine 1 side is connected to the communication unit 42 on the portable terminal 100 side, the weighing and packaging machine 1 side can be caused to acquire the data acquired by the portable terminal 100.
The storage unit 43 includes: a barcode acquisition application 45 that stores a barcode acquired by the camera 47 of the mobile terminal 100; and a photographing acquisition application 46 that stores image information of the photograph acquired by the mobile terminal 100. That is, in recent years, a camera attached to the mobile terminal 100 has 500 ten thousand or more pixels, can take a high-level photograph equivalent to a micro camera, and has sufficient practicality and functionality for data collection.
The control section 44 stores a Web browser 48, and the Web browser 48 reads the barcode printed on the packaging material using the portable camera 47 of the mobile terminal 100, and captures the pattern printed on the packaging material and transmits it to the weighing and packaging machine 1 side.
Next, a case where the mobile terminal 100 transmits the information of the packing material to the weighing and packing machine 1 will be described in detail. Fig. 5 is a flowchart when the mobile terminal acquires a packaging material registration application to acquire information of a packaging material and transmits the information to the weighing and packaging machine 1, fig. 6A to 6D show a plurality of screens in a packaging material registration Web application displayed in the display section of the mobile terminal 100, fig. 6A shows a JAN code registration screen, fig. 6B shows a photographing preparation screen of a packaging material, fig. 6C shows a photograph registration screen of a packaging material, and fig. 6D shows a transmission preparation screen.
In fig. 5, first, the mobile terminal 100 is connected to the weighing and packaging machine 1. In step S1, the weighing and packaging machine 1 is regarded as a Web server, and the mobile terminal 100 is connected to the weighing and packaging machine 1 via a network (e.g., Wi-Fi). Next, in step S2, the Web browser of the mobile terminal 100 is started to directly input a URL (Web address) or read the QR code 50 (two-dimensional barcode, registered trademark) attached to the weighing and packaging machine 1 side to access the Web server 39 of the weighing and packaging machine 1. Then, the packaging material registration Web application is executed in the mobile terminal 100 in step S3.
When the wrapping material registration Web application is started from the mobile terminal 100, the display section 51 of the mobile terminal 100 is caused to display the home screen M of the wrapping material registration Web application as shown in fig. 6A. On the main screen M, displayed are: a JAN code reading button 52 for reading a JAN code (Japanese Article number code, which is an important basis of the distribution information system as a Japanese general product code) as the barcode information for product management from the barcode using the portable camera 47; and a JAN code manual input button 53 which manually inputs a JAN code. When the operator presses the JAN code reading button 52 or the JAN code manual input button 53 to read the JAN code printed on the packaging material, JAN code information is acquired by the mobile terminal side (step S4 in fig. 5).
When the JAN code information is acquired, the display unit 51 of the mobile terminal is changed to display the packaging material photo registration screen N (fig. 6B). On the packaging material photo registration screen N, a JAN code confirmation screen 54, a photographing button 55, and a return button 56 to return to the previous screen are displayed. When the operator presses the photographing button 55 to prepare for photographing the pattern of the packaging material, the display unit 51 of the mobile terminal changes the screen to display a photographing waiting screen O (fig. 6C). When the shutter or the like is pressed to photograph the pattern printed on the packaging material (S5 in fig. 5), the display unit 51 of the portable terminal changes the screen and displays the before-transmission confirmation screen P (fig. 6D). On the before-transmission confirmation screen P, a JAN code confirmation screen 57, a photograph confirmation screen 58, a transmission button 59, and a return button 60 are displayed. Then, when the operator confirms the JAN code and the photo image (S6 of fig. 5) and presses the send button 59, these data are sent to the weighing and packaging machine 1 side (S7 of fig. 5).
As described above, data such as the JAN code of the predetermined package roll 12 mounted on the weighing and packaging machine 1 and the pattern of the packaging material are collected by the mobile terminal 100 for the plurality of package rolls 12 accumulated and stored at a place slightly separated from the weighing and packaging machine 1, and these data are transmitted to the weighing and packaging machine 1 side, whereby the data of the predetermined packaging material 12a mounted on the weighing and packaging machine 1 can be collected flexibly and accurately using the portable camera of the mobile terminal. Moreover, data of the packing materials 12a in the separated place where the camera attached to the weighing and packaging machine 1 cannot shoot can be collected, and as a result, the amount of work of the operator to and from the periphery of the weighing and packaging machine 1 can be reduced and defective products due to mounting errors of the packing materials can be completely prevented from being produced.
Next, the matching check unit 40 of the control unit 36 of the weighing and packaging machine 1 checks whether or not the designated commodity item matches the JAN code of the packaging material and the photo image of the packaging material transmitted from the mobile terminal 100. Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing the matching process of the matching and matching unit.
First, in steps S20 to S23, the matching and checking unit 40 acquires the commodity item registered on the weighing and packaging machine 1 side, the packaging material information corresponding to the commodity item, and the JAN code and the packaging material photograph of the packaging material acquired on the portable terminal 100 side (see fig. 4).
Next, in step S24, it is checked whether or not the product item matches the JAN code, and if not, the process returns to step S25, and since a defective product is highly likely to be generated, an alarm is issued to an output device such as the speakers 30 and 31 and the liquid crystal touch panels 28 and 29.
On the other hand, when the commodity item matches the JAN code, the process returns to step S26 to check whether the registered packaging material information matches the photograph of the actual packaging material. The operator may visually confirm whether or not the packing material information matches the photograph of the actual packing material, but the operator may automatically perform a matching operation by a known normalized correlation matching method (for example, the paragraph 0063 of japanese patent application laid-open No. 2004-167158) to confirm whether or not the registered image of the packing material is correlated with the actual image. In the case where the registered packaging material information does not coincide with the photograph of the actual packaging material, the flow goes to step S27, and there is a possibility that the packaging material is newly updated, and thus it is confirmed whether or not the pattern of the packaging material is updated.
When the pattern of the packaging material is updated, the process proceeds to step S28 and the packaging material is updated in the first storage unit 37, whereas when the pattern of the packaging material is not updated, the new and old packaging materials are mixed together and defective products are likely to be generated, and therefore the process proceeds to step S25 and the output device is notified of the alarm as described above.
As a result of the above confirmation, when the registered packing material information matches the photograph of the actual packing material or when the update registration of the pattern of the packing material is completed, it is determined that the packing material is a regular packing material, and a normal weighing and packing operation is started (or the operation of the machine of the weighing and packing machine is permitted; step S29 of fig. 7). The operator selects a packaging material from a separate place with reference to the pattern displayed on the photo confirmation screen 58 of fig. 6D, and conveys the packaging material to the vicinity of the weighing and packaging machine 1, and installs the packaging material as shown in fig. 3.
As described above, according to the present invention, a weighing and packaging machine includes: a first storage unit that stores a plurality of product item data input in advance and packaging material data corresponding to the product item data; an input/output unit that specifies specific data from the commodity data and the packaging material data stored in the first storage unit; a second storage unit that temporarily stores barcode information and image information such as a photograph transmitted from an external mobile terminal; a Web server that stores the packaging material registration Web application so that the external mobile terminal can be connected to the dedicated packaging material registration Web application; and a control unit that, when the packaging material registration Web application is downloaded from the external mobile terminal and the barcode information and the image information of the packaging material at separate places are acquired and transmitted using the packaging material registration Web application, comparing the transmitted bar code information and image information with the specified specific commodity variety data and packaging material data to determine whether the packaging material is a normal packaging material corresponding to the specified commodity variety, for a plurality of packing materials accumulated and kept at a place slightly separated from the weighing and packing machine, the mobile terminal collects the bar code information of the packaging material and the image information such as the photo of the packaging material, sends the information to the weighing and packaging machine side, therefore, the image information such as the barcode information and the photograph of the predetermined packing material attached to the weighing and packing machine can be collected with good flexibility and accuracy. Further, information on the packaging material in a separate place where the image cannot be captured by the camera attached to the weighing and packaging machine can be collected, and as a result, the amount of work performed by the operator around the weighing and packaging machine is reduced and whether the packaging material is a regular packaging material or not can be determined, and thus defective products resulting from mounting errors of the packaging material are not produced at all.
In addition, since the pattern of the packaging material is photographed using a portable camera attached to the external mobile terminal, it is not necessary to provide a camera on the weighing and packaging machine side, and the manufacturing cost of the entire weighing and packaging machine becomes inexpensive. Further, since the portable camera also uses a camera having 500 ten thousand pixels or more, the image is clear and the discrimination can be easily performed when the packaging material is discriminated.
