Background
In the fields of civil and architectural engineering and mechanical installation, the requirement for connecting and fastening structural members is increasing; in the case of bolts which are currently in common use, when fastening and connecting members, workers need to work on both sides of the members at the same time, namely, insert a bolt with a nut on one side and then tighten the nut with a tool on the other side.
The unilateral bolt fastener is mainly applied to the assembly of workpieces with openings at two sides, and a nut cannot be screwed on a workpiece assembly structure with a screw hole at only one side. In view of this, the present invention provides a one-sided bolt fastener having the following features:
(1) when workpieces with openings on two sides are connected and fixed, a stud can be normally screwed in, then a lock nut is screwed on the other side, two sides of the workpieces are clamped, and when cavity workpieces with openings on only one side are connected and fixed, the lock nut can be screwed in advance, then a winding drum is rotated, so that a traction rope is wound on the winding drum and drives a limiting mechanism to rotate;
(2) according to the unilateral bolt fastener, when the stop lever is rotated to be attached to the inner wall of a workpiece, the first limiting screw is screwed on to fix the winding drum, and then the locking nut is reversed to be attached to the workpiece, so that the workpiece is placed between the locking nut and the stop lever and is clamped and limited by the locking nut and the stop lever, and therefore limiting and fixing are achieved when the fastener is opened on a single side, and the fastener can meet two requirements of opening on the single side and opening on two sides.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a unilateral bolt fastener, when a workpiece with openings on two sides is connected and fixed, a stud can be normally screwed in, then a lock nut is screwed on the other side to clamp two sides of the workpiece, when a cavity workpiece with an opening on only one side is connected and fixed, the lock nut can be screwed in advance, then a winding drum is rotated, a traction rope is wound on the winding drum and drives a limiting mechanism to rotate, when a stop lever rotates to be attached to the inner wall of the workpiece, a first limit screw is screwed on to fix the winding drum, then the lock nut is reversely rotated to enable the lock nut to be attached to the workpiece, so that the workpiece is placed between the lock nut and the stop lever and is clamped and limited by the lock nut and the stop lever, thereby realizing the limiting and fixing when the opening is performed on one side, and enabling the fastener to meet two requirements of the opening on one side and the.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a unilateral bolt fastener comprises an outer baffle, a stud, a limiting mechanism, a traction rope, a winding drum and a lock nut; the inner side surface of the outer baffle is vertically provided with the stud; the end part of the stud is connected with the limiting mechanism, and the limiting mechanism is used for blocking the position of the stud; the outer wall of the outer baffle is embedded with the winding drum, and the outer wall of the winding drum is wound with the traction rope; the traction rope penetrates through the inner part of the stud, and the end part of the traction rope is connected with the limiting mechanism; the haulage rope is used for driving stop gear rotates, stop gear is used for rotating locking the double-screw bolt.
Specifically, a storage tank is arranged on the outer wall of the outer baffle, and the interior of the storage tank is rotatably connected with the winding drum; the end part of the winding drum is in threaded connection with a first limiting screw.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) when workpieces with openings on two sides are connected and fixed, a stud can be normally screwed in, then a lock nut is screwed on the other side, two sides of the workpieces are clamped, and when cavity workpieces with openings on only one side are connected and fixed, the lock nut can be screwed in advance, then a winding drum is rotated, so that a traction rope is wound on the winding drum and drives a limiting mechanism to rotate;
(2) according to the unilateral bolt fastener, when the stop lever is rotated to be attached to the inner wall of a workpiece, the first limiting screw is screwed on to fix the winding drum, and then the locking nut is reversed to be attached to the workpiece, so that the workpiece is placed between the locking nut and the stop lever and is clamped and limited by the locking nut and the stop lever, and therefore limiting and fixing are achieved when the fastener is opened on a single side, and the fastener can meet two requirements of opening on the single side and opening on two sides.

As shown in fig. 1-5, the unilateral bolt fastener of the present invention includes an outer baffle 1, a stud 2, a limiting mechanism 4, a traction rope 5, a winding drum 3 and a lock nut 6; the inner side surface of the outer baffle plate 1 is vertically provided with the stud 2; the end part of the stud 2 is connected with the limiting mechanism 4, and the limiting mechanism 4 is used for blocking the position of the stud 2; the winding drum 3 is embedded in the outer wall of the outer baffle 1, and the traction rope 5 is wound on the outer wall of the winding drum 3; the traction rope 5 penetrates through the stud 2, and the end part of the traction rope 5 is connected with the limiting mechanism 4; the traction rope 5 is used for driving the limiting mechanism 4 to rotate, and the limiting mechanism 4 is used for rotationally locking the stud 2.

When the workpieces with two sides being open are connected and fixed, the stud 2 can be normally screwed in and then the lock nut 6 is screwed on the other side, the workpieces are clamped on two sides, when the cavity workpieces with only one side open are connected and fixed, the lock nut 6 can be screwed in advance, then the winding drum 3 is rotated, the traction rope 5 is wound on the winding drum 3 and drives the limiting mechanism 4 to rotate, when the stop lever 43 is rotated to be attached to the inner wall of the workpiece, the first limiting screw 31 is screwed up, the winding drum 3 is fixed, the lock nut 6 is rotated reversely to be attached to the workpiece, the workpiece is arranged in the lock nut 6, the stop lever 43 is fixed between the lock nut 6 and clamped and limited by the stop lever 43, the limiting and fixing when the single side is opened is realized, and the fastener can meet two requirements of single-side opening and double-side opening. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) when workpieces with openings on two sides are fixed, the limiting mechanism 4 is in a detachable state, then the stud 2 is screwed in and penetrates through the two threaded holes, and then the locking nut 6 is screwed up, so that the workpieces are clamped by the outer baffle plate 1 and the locking nut 6 from two sides;
(2) when a cavity workpiece with an opening on one side is fixed, the fixing plate 41 is fixed at the end part of the stud 2 through a second limiting screw 411; a locking nut 6 is screwed on the outer wall of the stud 2 in advance and is arranged at one end close to the outer baffle 1;
(3) then, the stud 2 is screwed into a threaded hole on one side and enters a cavity workpiece, the limiting mechanism 4 enters the workpiece along with the stud, after the stud is screwed into a proper position, the winding drum 3 is rotated, the traction rope 5 is wound on the outer wall of the winding drum 3, the traction rope 5 drives the stop lever 43 to approach and rotate through the connecting ring 431 and the retaining ring 51, the stop lever 43 is rotated to be attached to the inner end face of the threaded hole of the workpiece, the traction rope 5 circulates along the first circulation channel 21 and the second circulation channel 22 and is wound on the outer wall of the winding drum 3, and finally the first limiting screw 31 is screwed on to fix the winding drum 3, so that the stop lever 43 blocks and limits the position from the inside of the workpiece; then, the operator rotates the lock nut 6 on the outer wall of the stud 2 reversely until the lock nut 6 is attached to the outer wall of the workpiece, so that the workpiece is arranged between the lock nut 6 and the stop lever 43 and is clamped and limited by the lock nut 6 and the stop lever 43.
When workpieces with openings on two sides are connected and fixed, the stud 2 can be normally screwed in, then the lock nut 6 is screwed on the other side, the workpieces are clamped on two sides, when cavity workpieces with openings on only one side are connected and fixed, the lock nut 6 can be screwed in advance, then the winding drum 3 is rotated, the traction rope 5 is wound on the winding drum 3 and drives the limiting mechanism 4 to rotate, when the stop lever 43 is rotated to be attached to the inner wall of the workpiece, the first limiting screw 31 is screwed up to fix the winding drum 3, then the lock nut 6 is reversely rotated to be attached to the workpiece, the workpiece is placed between the lock nut 6 and the stop lever 43 and is clamped and limited by the lock nut 6 and the stop lever 43, and therefore limiting and fixing when the workpiece is opened on a single side is achieved, and the fastener can meet two requirements of opening on the single side and opening on the two sides.
