The horizontal detection device 3 with the structure has certain universality and is simple and convenient to operate; both for the leveling of the three lower electrodes 6 and for the leveling of the base plate 4. The support posts 7 are removed when the three lower electrodes 6 are leveled. When the leveling device is used for leveling the bottom plate 4, as the whole bottom plate 4 is a sheet metal part, other rib plate structures are arranged on the surface of the bottom plate; the flat plate 8 is directly placed on the bottom plate 4, and is required to be supported by the support posts 7 because interference of the rib plate structure is difficult to keep horizontal.
The horizontal adjusting device 5 comprises a supporting piece and two adjusting rods, wherein the supporting piece is vertically arranged, and the two adjusting rods are vertically arranged on the upper part of the supporting piece and are in threaded connection with the supporting piece. The two adjusting rods are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the other end of the bottom plate 4 is supported by the lower electrode 6, so that the levelness of the whole bottom plate 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the two adjusting rods.
