本发明涉及一种防辐射手机套,包括袋体、设置在所述袋体开口处的拉绳;所述袋体包括无纺布层和复合于所述无纺布层上的防辐射层;所述无纺布层包括均布在所述无纺布层一侧的凹陷部、均布在所述无纺布层内的增强线;所述无纺布层为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布;所述防辐射层包括面料本体、贴合于所述面料本体表面的金属化纤维层、设置在所述金属化纤维层上的导电膜;所述面料本体一侧均布有突出部,所述突出部与所述凹陷部相匹配设置。本发明采用金属化纤维,在纤维表面采用涂层或电镀的方法增加一层导电膜,将手机放置于袋体内,实现防辐射功能,有效屏蔽手机辐射。

技术领域
本发明涉及手机配件领域,特别涉及一种防辐射手机套。
背景技术
随着科技的日新月异,各种类型的智能手机不断的推陈出新,且功能也越来越丰富,可提供人们摄影、照相、播放视频、上网冲浪和收发邮件等,并且在手机的操作界面上加入触控技术,让使用上更为简便,而为了避免智能型手机在使用时受到刮伤及损害,一般使用者会购买保护套或保护壳来保护。然而,现有的手机套设计中,一种是手机机身保护套,另一种是全包型手机保护套。此两者设计都存在缺陷,即无法屏蔽手机辐射,保护使用者的身体健康。手机辐射对人体健康潜在的危害,主要是人体组织吸收辐射能量所产生的有害热效应。因此,亟待一种手机套屏蔽手机辐射,降低有害热效应。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种有效屏蔽手机辐射的防辐射手机套。所述技术方案如下:
本发明实施例提供了一种防辐射手机套,所述防辐射手机套包括袋体、设置在所述袋体开口处的拉绳;
所述袋体包括无纺布层和复合于所述无纺布层上的防辐射层;
所述无纺布层包括均布在所述无纺布层一侧的凹陷部、均布在所述无纺布层内的增强线;所述无纺布层为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布;
所述防辐射层包括面料本体、贴合于所述面料本体表面的金属化纤维层、设置在所述金属化纤维层上的导电膜;所述面料本体一侧均布有突出部,所述突出部与所述凹陷部相匹配设置。
所述导电膜为铜制膜。
所述无纺布层为单层或单层以上。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
采用金属化纤维,在纤维表面采用涂层或电镀的方法增加一层导电膜,将手机放置于袋体内,实现防辐射功能,有效屏蔽手机辐射。

实施例
本发明实施例提供了一种防辐射手机套,参见图1,所述防辐射手机套包括袋体1、设置在袋体1开口处的拉绳2;
袋体1包括无纺布层11和复合于无纺布层11上的防辐射层12。
无纺布层11包括均布在无纺布层11一侧的凹陷部111、均布在无纺布层11内的增强线112。
具体地,无纺布层11为单层或单层以上。
优选地,无纺布层11为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布。
防辐射层12包括面料本体121、贴合于面料本体121表面的金属化纤维层122、设置在金属化纤维层122上的导电膜123。面料本体121一侧均布有突出部124,突出部124与凹陷部111相匹配设置,使得无纺布层11与防辐射层12复合紧密牢固。导电膜123为铜制膜。采用金属化纤维,在纤维表面采用涂层或电镀的方法增加一层导电膜,实现防辐射功能。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
采用金属化纤维,在纤维表面采用涂层或电镀的方法增加一层导电膜,将手机放置于袋体内,实现防辐射功能,有效屏蔽手机辐射。

所述无纺布层包括均布在所述无纺布层一侧的凹陷部、均布在所述无纺布层内的增强线;所述无纺布层为聚丙烯纺粘无纺布;
所述防辐射层包括面料本体、贴合于所述面料本体表面的金属化纤维层、设置在所述金属化纤维层上的导电膜;所述面料本体一侧均布有突出部,所述突出部与所述凹陷部相匹配设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防辐射手机套,其特征在于,所述导电膜为铜制膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防辐射手机套,其特征在于,所述无纺布层为单层或单层以上。
