Fig. 1 shows an electrical connection diagram of the intelligent electric blanket of the present invention. In this embodiment, the intelligent electric blanket comprises a power supply 1, a controller 2, a relay 3, a temperature sensor 4 and a reminding device 5, wherein the reminding device 5, the temperature sensor 4, the relay 3 and the power supply 1 are respectively connected with the controller 2, and the temperature sensor 4 is connected with the power supply 1. The power supply 1 is used for supplying power to the controller 2 and the temperature sensor 4. Certainly, the intelligent electric blanket further comprises an electric blanket body, the electric blanket body is of a structure with a built-in resistance wire in the prior art, the electric blanket body is connected with a mains supply through a relay 3, and after the electric blanket body is connected, current flows through the resistance wire in the electric blanket body, so that heat is generated, and a warm-keeping effect is achieved. The temperature sensor 4 is arranged in the electric blanket body and used for collecting temperature information of the surface of the electric blanket and sending the temperature information to the controller 2; the controller 2 is used for receiving the temperature information acquired by the temperature sensor 4, comparing the temperature information with a preset first temperature threshold and a preset second temperature threshold, and controlling the relay 3 to be switched on or switched off according to a comparison result so as to control whether the electric blanket works; the reminding device 5 is used for generating reminding signals, and the reminding signals are realized in the modes of buzzing and voice. The temperature sensor 4 can collect the surface temperature information of the electric blanket after the electric blanket works, so the specific installation position of the temperature sensor 4 is not limited. By adopting the structure, the reminding device can be started to give an early warning when the temperature of the electric blanket is too high, namely higher than the first temperature threshold value; and the relay can be disconnected in time to cut off the commercial power supply of the electric blanket, so that the electric blanket stops working.
The above structure can only remind and cut off the mains supply of the electric blanket when the temperature of the electric blanket is too high, but under certain conditions, for example, when a user forgets to turn off the electric blanket after using the electric blanket, even if the temperature of the electric blanket reaches a preset threshold value, the mains supply of the electric blanket can be automatically cut off, but the electric blanket still is in a working state without being used by people within a period of time, and wastes electricity. In order to solve the problem, a pressure sensor 6 is further arranged in the electric blanket body and used for collecting pressure information generated on the surface of the electric blanket, and the pressure sensor 6 is respectively connected with the power supply 1 and the controller 2. The pressure sensor 6 sends the acquired pressure information to the controller 2, the controller 2 compares the acquired pressure information with a preset pressure threshold value after receiving the pressure information, judges whether the pressure information is higher than the preset pressure threshold value, if the pressure information is higher than the preset pressure threshold value, the electric blanket is laid on the bed, and at the moment, the electric blanket is started to heat the bed; if the pressure is lower than the preset pressure threshold value, no one lies on the electric blanket, and the electric blanket is turned off to achieve the purpose of saving electricity.
After the pressure sensor 6 is added, although the problem that the electric blanket is automatically turned off when no one lies on the electric blanket can be solved, the electric blanket is not convenient in some cases. For example, when the user goes to the toilet at night, the pressure information acquired by the pressure sensor 6 is smaller than the preset pressure threshold value, if the electric blanket is turned off, the user returns for several minutes, and the electric blanket needs to be restarted, so that the function of saving electricity cannot be achieved, and electricity is consumed. In addition, the long-time opening of the electric blanket is not good for health, so that the user needs to be reminded after a period of time. In order to solve the two problems, the intelligent electric blanket further comprises a first timer 7 and a second timer 8, wherein the first timer 7 and the second timer 8 are both connected with the controller 2. When a user lies on the electric blanket, closing the relay and the first timer to start timing, and when the first time threshold is reached, indicating that the user continuously lies on the working electric blanket for a long time, starting the reminding device to remind the user to pay attention to the situation; when the user leaves the electric blanket, the second timer starts to time, the first timer is reset, when the second time threshold value is reached, the fact that the user leaves the electric blanket for a long time is indicated, the electric blanket is forgotten to be turned off after being used, and at the moment, the relay is turned off, so that the electric blanket stops working.
In order to make the electric blanket more intelligent and improve user experience, preferably, the intelligent electric blanket further comprises a display device 9, the display device 9 is connected with the controller 2, the display device 9 comprises a temperature display unit and a target temperature setting unit, the temperature display unit is used for displaying the temperature information collected by the temperature sensor 4, and the target temperature setting unit is used for setting the target temperature of the electric blanket by a user.
Preferably, the target temperature setting unit includes two buttons for a user to adjust the target temperature of the electric blanket.
Generally, before entering a quilt in winter, a user can select to turn on the electric blanket in advance for preheating, and in order to realize the operation of intelligent control, the intelligent electric blanket preferably comprises a wireless communication module 10 and a mobile terminal 11, and the mobile terminal 11 is connected with the controller 2 through the wireless communication module 10. After the mobile terminal 11 is connected with the controller 2 through the wireless communication module 10, the user can obtain the temperature information of the electric blanket, and the controller 2 can control the on and off of the relay, namely, whether the electric blanket is turned on or not.
Preferably, the wireless communication module 10 is any one of a Bluetooth communication module, a WiFi communication module, a ZigBee communication module, and a UWB ultra wide band wireless communication module.
As shown in fig. 2, it is a flow chart of the control method of the intelligent electric blanket of the present invention, which includes the following steps: firstly, a pressure sensor 6 collects pressure information of the surface of the electric blanket and sends the pressure information to a controller 2; the controller 2 compares the received pressure information with a preset pressure threshold value; if the pressure value is larger than the preset pressure threshold value, the fact that a person lies on the electric blanket is indicated, the relay is closed at the moment, the electric blanket is enabled to be in a working state, and meanwhile, the first timer is started for timing; if the pressure is smaller than the preset pressure threshold value, the second timer is started, and the first timer is cleared; then, the controller 2 judges whether the time of the first timer is greater than a first time threshold value according to the received time information; if the time is greater than the first time threshold value, the fact that the user lies on the working electric blanket for a long time is indicated, and at the moment, a reminding device is started to give an early warning to the user; if the time is less than the first time threshold value, returning to the previous step; next, the controller 2 determines whether the time of the second timer is greater than a second time threshold according to the received time information; if the time is greater than the second time threshold, the user does not use the electric blanket for a long time, and the relay is disconnected at the moment to stop the electric blanket; if the time is less than the second time threshold, returning to the initial step; preferably, the first time threshold is 2 hours, and the second time threshold is 20 minutes.
Next, the temperature sensor collects temperature information of the surface of the electric blanket and sends the temperature information to the controller 2; the controller 2 judges whether the surface temperature of the electric blanket is greater than a first temperature threshold value or not according to the received temperature information; if the temperature is higher than the first temperature threshold value, the temperature on the surface of the electric blanket is over high, the control relay is disconnected at the moment, and the electric blanket stops working; if the temperature is smaller than the first temperature threshold value, continuing the next step; finally, judging whether the surface temperature of the electric blanket is greater than a second temperature threshold value; if the temperature is larger than the second temperature threshold value, the temperature of the electric blanket is in a comfortable interval, and the previous step is returned at the moment; if the temperature is lower than the second temperature threshold value, the temperature of the electric blanket is over low, the relay is controlled to be closed at the moment, and the electric blanket is started; preferably, the first temperature threshold is 38 degrees celsius, and the second temperature threshold is 22 degrees celsius.
