Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
First, an application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention and related prior art will be described, in which a human sleep state is alternately composed of a deep sleep state, which is also called a non-eye movement sleep state, and a light sleep state, which is also called a rapid eye movement sleep state. As time goes on, the deep sleep becomes shallow and the light sleep becomes long as dawn approaches. When a person is in a deep sleep state, most organs are in a deep sleep state and are difficult to wake up, and therefore a strong external signal (sound or pushing and shaking) is required to wake up the person, and even if the person is forced to wake up, the organs are forced to rapidly enter a normal state from the sleep state, and body organs are strongly resisted by the current-maintaining inertia, that is, the person is woken up but is not in a good mood and is difficult to enter a normal state, and the state is maintained and continues until the next sleep cycle, so that a complete chaotic chaos is caused, and the sleep which is obtained before is wasted. In summary, in order to improve sleep quality and thus work and learning efficiency, it is necessary to wake up a person in a light sleep state. The alarm clock setting modes in the prior art mainly include the following two types:
1) single time alarm clock, single volume setting.
The preset volume is adopted, all the alarm clocks can be ring with the same intensity once adjusted on a terminal device, and the alarm clocks can only be set for one time, so that when the ring is set to be too small, the wake-up time is just the deep sleep state of a person to be awakened, the alarm clock is easy to miss, namely the alarm clock rings that the person is not awakened, and the significance of awakening the alarm clock is lost; or the ring tone is set properly, but the awakened person is just in a deep sleep state, so that the awakened person cannot enter the working state quickly even getting up, thereby normally influencing the working. In addition, part of the terminal equipment also provides that the awakened person does not get up to stop the alarm clock within a certain time after the alarm clock rings, and reminds again at a certain time interval, but the awakened person misses the time desired to be awakened.
2) Multiple alarm clocks can be set simultaneously, and the volume is set singly.
The volume of the terminal equipment is preset, namely the volume is adjustable, but once the volume is adjusted, all the alarm clocks have the same volume intensity, and the same problem exists in the terminal equipment for setting the alarm clock at a single time; when the set ring is too small, the alarm clock just wakes up and is in the deep sleep state of the awakened person, so that the alarm clock is easy to miss, namely the alarm clock rings that the person is not awakened, and the significance of waking the alarm clock is lost; or the ring setting intensity is large enough, but the time interval is improper, so that the awakened person at the first alarm clock time is just in a deep sleep state, and the situation that the awakened person cannot enter a working state quickly even getting up is caused, so that the working is normally influenced; when a plurality of alarm clocks are set, a person to be awakened is often not aware of which ring tone needs to get up, so that time delay and other adverse effects are caused.
Example one
Fig. 1a is a flowchart of an alarm clock reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where this embodiment is applicable to a situation where a user wakes up from sleep, and the method can be executed by the alarm clock reminding device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the device can be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner. Referring to fig. 1a, the method may specifically include the steps of:
s110, acquiring a first reminding time of a first alarm clock set by a user and a first reminding intensity of the first alarm clock.
Specifically, the user sets a first alarm clock on the terminal device with the alarm clock reminding function according to the actual needs of the user, wherein the alarm clock reminding device can be a smart phone of the user and the like. In a specific example, the user needs to send the child to learn the next day, and the first alarm clock is set at 7 o' clock. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a first reminding time of a first alarm clock set by a user and a first reminding intensity of the first alarm clock. The first reminding strength can ensure that the user in a deep sleep state is reminded, so that the normal work, study and life of the user are prevented from being delayed.
And S120, setting a second alarm clock according to the first reminding time and the first reminding strength.
Specifically, after the first reminding time and the first reminding intensity of the first alarm clock are obtained, the second alarm clock is set. The second reminding time of the second alarm clock is earlier than the first reminding time, the second reminding intensity of the second alarm clock is smaller than the first reminding intensity, the time interval between the first reminding time and the second reminding time is larger than a preset time interval, and the sleep state of the user in the preset time interval comprises a deep sleep state and a light sleep state.
In practical application, the last time period of deep sleep of a user before getting up is determined according to the sleep conditions of a large number of research personnel and the acquired sleep state data, and a time interval greater than the time period is selected as a preset time interval, so that the sleep states of the user in the preset time interval include a deep sleep state and a light sleep state, that is, the sleep states of the user in the preset time interval include two sleep states.
Therefore, the second alarm clock is set at the second reminding time which is earlier than the first reminding time by the preset time interval, and the second reminding intensity is smaller than the first reminding intensity, so that the user can be always reminded in the light sleep state no matter how the sleep state of the user is, and the user experience is improved.
Illustratively, the sleep state corresponding to the first reminding time and the sleep state corresponding to the second reminding time include two light sleep states or one of the two light sleep states is a deep sleep state. The method specifically comprises two conditions, wherein the sleep state corresponding to the first reminding time is a deep sleep state, and the sleep state corresponding to the second reminding time is a light sleep state; the sleep state corresponding to the first reminding time is a light sleep state, and the sleep state corresponding to the second reminding time is a deep sleep state. In addition, since the preset time interval is greater than the last deep sleep state, the sleep state corresponding to the first reminding time and the sleep state corresponding to the second reminding time are both in a light sleep state, and a short deep sleep state is included between the two light sleep states. In a specific example, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are described below through the above two cases. For convenience of description, the first alarm clock is denoted as a, and the second alarm clock is denoted as B.
In the first case: fig. 1B shows a relationship diagram of alarm clock reminding time and a sleep curve, referring to fig. 1B, a sleep state corresponding to a first reminding time set by an alarm clock a is a light sleep state, and a sleep state corresponding to a second reminding time set by an alarm clock B is a deep sleep state. The second reminding intensity of the alarm clock B is smaller than the first reminding intensity of the alarm clock A, so that the alarm clock B calls the user who is not in the deep sleep state; until the first reminder time, alarm clock a wakes up the user in a light sleep state. The user can get early-stage pleasant sleep, and the sleep quality of the user is ensured.
In the second case: fig. 1c shows another relationship diagram of the alarm clock reminding time and the sleep curve, referring to fig. 1c, the sleep state corresponding to the first reminding time set by the alarm clock a is a deep sleep state, and the sleep state corresponding to the second reminding time set by the alarm clock B is a light sleep state. Because the second reminding intensity of the alarm clock B is smaller than the first reminding intensity of the alarm clock A, the alarm clock B wakes up the user in a light sleep state, and the alarm clock A loses effect. The method avoids the user from being awakened in the deep sleep state, and ensures the sleep quality of the user.
In the two cases, the alarm clock A has the effect of ensuring the existence of the alarm clock, and ensures that the user can be awakened certainly, so that the normal work, study and life of the user are prevented from being delayed. It should be noted that the above two cases are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the present invention. In addition, the first alarm clock and the second alarm clock can be set separately or simultaneously, can be set by a user, and are set by a system, and can also be set by the user or the system, and are not specifically limited herein. Preferably, the first alarm clock is set for the user, and the second alarm clock is set for the system.
In practical application, experiments show that the awakened state of a person is poor in a deep sleep state and good in a mental state in a light sleep state; as time goes on, the closer to dawn, the shallower the deep sleep state and the shorter the duration; a user in a deep sleep state needs a high intensity reminder to be awakened, while a user in a light sleep state will be awakened as long as the intensity is very low. Therefore, the reminding intensity and the reminding time of the alarm clock can influence the sleep quality to a great extent.
By adopting the technical scheme, the first reminding time of the first alarm clock set by the user and the first reminding intensity of the first alarm clock are obtained; setting a second alarm clock according to the first reminding time and the first reminding intensity; the second reminding time of the second alarm clock is earlier than the first reminding time, the second reminding intensity of the second alarm clock is smaller than the first reminding intensity, the time interval between the first reminding time and the second reminding time is larger than a preset time interval, and the sleep state of the user in the preset time interval comprises a deep sleep state and a light sleep state. Through the alarm clock that sets up different warning intensity at the time of difference, avoided the deep sleep state to awaken the user, made awaken up and take place in the shallow sleep state to improve the sleep quality who has acquireed, improved user experience.
On the basis of the above technical solution, before setting the second alarm clock according to the first reminding time and the first reminding intensity, the method further includes: and displaying the set time range of the second alarm clock to the user according to the pre-acquired sleep state data of the research object.
Specifically, a certain number of people are selected as research objects in advance, the sleep state data of the research objects in the research period are counted and recorded, and the setting time range of the second alarm clock is determined according to the pre-acquired sleep state data of the research objects. The set time range is displayed to the user, for example, displayed on a mobile phone screen of the user for the user to refer to, so that the user can set the second alarm clock. The specific display mode can also be a voice broadcast mode. In a specific example, the second alarm clock may be set by a user or a system, where the system setting reduces user operations, saves user time, facilitates users, and improves user experience, and the user may select the second alarm clock according to his or her own needs without limitation.
Optionally, the setting the second alarm clock according to the first reminding time and the first reminding intensity includes: and determining second reminding time within the setting time range, and setting the second alarm clock according to the second reminding time and the first reminding intensity.
Specifically, after the setting time range of the second alarm clock is determined, a second reminding time is determined in the second setting time range, wherein if the second alarm clock is set by a user, the second reminding time can be set according to the requirement of the user; and if the second alarm clock is set by the system, the system determines a second reminding time according to the detected time of the user set alarm clock at ordinary times. In addition, according to the second reminding intensity, a second alarm clock with second reminding intensity smaller than the first reminding intensity is set.
Optionally, the first reminding intensity comprises a first sound intensity and a first vibration intensity; the second alert intensity includes a second sound intensity and a second vibration intensity.
Specifically, the sound intensity can be expressed in decibels, that is, decibels are measurement units for measuring the quantitative ratio of two identical units, and are mainly used for measuring the sound intensity and are usually expressed in dB; in one specific example, the vibration intensity may be characterized by a mechanical index, which is the ratio of the vibration acceleration amplitude to the gravitational acceleration. In addition, the reminding strength in the embodiment of the present invention further includes a vibration interval amplitude, and the like, which is not limited herein. On the basis of the above technical solution, the first reminding intensity and the second reminding intensity in the embodiment of the present invention further include an illumination intensity, a smell level intensity, and the like, and taking the illumination intensity as an example, in an actual application process, the terminal device may be controlled to generate illumination intensities of different intensity levels to represent the first reminding intensity or the second reminding intensity. It should be noted that all the reminding means capable of stimulating a person to wake up can implement the technical solution of the present invention, and the description is only made by the above embodiments, and is not limited.
