Examples
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a remote call method, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprising:
101. a first forwarding device acquires a called number input by a calling user on the first forwarding device or a first terminal; the first forwarding device monitors a call operation instruction input on the first forwarding device or the first terminal in real time;
in this embodiment, the first forwarding device and the first terminal perform data communication by using a bluetooth communication protocol, a data line, or a WIFI wireless network.
The first terminal may include, but is not limited to: a mobile communication terminal, a vehicle-mounted communication terminal, a Bluetooth headset or a wired headset and the like. The first terminal is a terminal which is convenient for a user to answer and can be directly operated by the user, for example, the first terminal can be a terminal carried with the user.
For example, when the first terminal is a vehicle-mounted call terminal, the first terminal and the first forwarding device may be connected through communication methods such as bluetooth, a data line, and a WIFI network. Specifically, when the communication is implemented, the first terminal and the first forwarding device may communicate using a bluetooth HFP protocol, an Android Auto protocol, or an apple display protocol.
For another example, when the first terminal is a bluetooth headset, the first terminal and the first forwarding device may communicate using HFP/HSP protocol.
For another example, when the first terminal is a wired headset, the audio connector of the first terminal is plugged into the audio interface of the first forwarding device to implement communication.
The called number can be a mobile phone number, a fixed phone number and other communication numbers.
In this embodiment, the first terminal and the second terminal mentioned below both belong to a terminal on the calling party side, and a terminal corresponding to the called number is a terminal on the called party side. In this embodiment, the terminal at the called user side may be an existing mobile communication terminal, without any limitation.
In this embodiment, the called number and the call operation instruction are input through the first terminal or the first forwarding device, specifically, are input through the first terminal or the first forwarding device, and the calling user may make a selection according to a requirement of an actual application, which is not limited herein.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the first terminal and the first forwarding device perform data communication by using a bluetooth communication protocol. For example, the first terminal and the first forwarding device both support bluetooth HFP (Hands-free Profile), and the first terminal communicates with the first forwarding device by using a bluetooth HFP protocol. For example, when the first terminal and the first forwarding device perform data interaction by using the bluetooth HFP protocol, and a called number is input on the first terminal, the first forwarding device may synchronously obtain the called number input on the first terminal.
In this embodiment, the first terminal and the first forwarding device may be located at different positions, and the distance between the first terminal and the first forwarding device is ensured to be able to realize normal communication, for example, when the first terminal and the first forwarding device adopt the bluetooth HFP protocol, the distance between the first terminal and the first forwarding device does not exceed the communication distance supported by bluetooth communication.
In this embodiment, the calling user may directly input the call operation instruction on the first forwarding device, or may directly input the call operation instruction on the first terminal. When the call operation instruction is directly input on the first terminal, the first forwarding device may also obtain the call operation instruction, so that the call operation instruction is subsequently sent to the second forwarding device to continue call processing.
For example, a calling user may input a called number and a call operation instruction on a first terminal, and the first terminal sends the called number and the call operation instruction to a first forwarding device, so that the first forwarding device can obtain the called number and the call operation instruction.
For another example, the calling user may directly input the called number and the call operation instruction on the first forwarding device;
for example, the calling user may input a called number on the first terminal, the first terminal sends the called number to the first forwarding device, the first forwarding device synchronously displays the called number, and the calling user may directly input a call operation instruction on the first forwarding device.
For another example, the calling user may input a called number on the first forwarding device, the first forwarding device sends the called number to the first terminal, the first terminal synchronously displays the called number, and the calling user may input a call operation instruction on the first terminal.
In this embodiment, the input implementation manner of the call operation instruction includes but is not limited to: by clicking a physical key or a virtual key representing a call operation instruction, or by issuing a voice input representing a call operation instruction, or the like. Specifically, the setting is performed differently according to the instruction input mode supported by the first forwarding device or the first terminal, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the call operation instruction includes, but is not limited to: answer the instruction or hang up the instruction.
102. When the first forwarding device detects that the call operation instruction is a dialing instruction, the first forwarding device sends the called number and the dialing instruction to a second forwarding device through the Internet;
in this embodiment, data interactive transmission is realized between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device through the internet, where the internet includes, but is not limited to, mobile communication networks such as 2G, 3G, and 4G, and WIFI networks.
In this embodiment, the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device may use a VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) call Protocol to establish a Voice session link, transmit the called number and the dialing instruction on the Voice session link, and continue to transmit all Voice data to be interactively transmitted in the call process on the Voice session link after the subsequent call is connected.
In a specific implementation, a network address (e.g., an IP address) of the second forwarding device may be pre-configured on the first forwarding device, for example, the calling user pre-inputs the IP address of the second forwarding device on the first forwarding device and sets a forwarding correspondence; after the first forwarding device receives the called number and the dialing instruction, the IP address of the second forwarding device can be obtained according to the forwarding corresponding relation, and the called number and the dialing instruction are sent to the second forwarding device through the Internet based on the IP address of the second forwarding device.
In this embodiment, the first forwarding device transmits active call related information (such as a called number and a dialing instruction, and voice data and a hang-up instruction in a subsequent call) on the first terminal to the second forwarding device through the internet, so that the subsequent second forwarding device can conveniently transmit the active call related information to the second terminal, and when the first terminal and the second terminal are located at different physical positions, especially at a long distance, the data transmission is performed by using the internet through the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device, so that the active call related information on the first terminal is synchronously transmitted to the second terminal.
103. The second forwarding device receives the called number and the dialing instruction, and sends the called number and the dialing instruction to a second terminal;
in this embodiment, the second terminal may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a fixed-line telephone.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the second terminal and the second forwarding device perform data communication by using a bluetooth communication protocol. For example, when both the second terminal and the second forwarding device support bluetooth HFP (hand-free Profile), the second terminal communicates with the second forwarding device using the bluetooth HFP protocol.
In this embodiment, the second terminal and the second forwarding device may be located at different positions, and the distance between the second terminal and the second forwarding device is ensured to be able to realize normal communication, for example, when the second terminal and the second forwarding device adopt the bluetooth HFP protocol, the distance between the second terminal and the second forwarding device does not exceed the communication distance supported by the bluetooth communication.
104. The second terminal receives the called number and the dialing instruction; the second terminal dials the called number according to the dialing instruction;
and after the second terminal receives the called number, the operation of dialing the called number is executed. It can be seen that, through the above step 101 and step 104, the calling user inputs the called number on the first terminal or the first forwarding device, and sends the called number to the second terminal through the internet by means of the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device, and the second terminal performs the operation of dialing the called number, so that when the first terminal and the second terminal are far away from each other, the calling user remotely controls the second terminal to perform the active call through the first terminal or the first forwarding device.
In this embodiment, the specific implementation of dialing the called number by the second terminal may refer to the implementation of active calling in the prior art, which is not described herein again.
105. After the second terminal successfully dials the called number, acquiring voice data from the called number and sending the voice data to the second forwarding device; the second forwarding device receives the voice data from the called number and sends the voice data to the first forwarding device through the Internet; the first forwarding device receives and sends the voice data from the called number to the first terminal; the first terminal receives and prompts the voice data from the called number; the first terminal collects voice data of a calling party and sends the voice data of the calling party to the first forwarding device; the first forwarding device receives and sends the voice data of the calling user to the second forwarding device through the Internet; the second forwarding device sends the voice data of the calling party to the second terminal, and the second terminal receives and sends the voice data of the calling party to a called terminal corresponding to a called number;
in this embodiment, the first terminal prompts the voice data from the called number in the following manner: and the first terminal plays the voice data of the called number through a loudspeaker or a receiver. The first terminal collects the voice data of the calling subscriber in the following way: the first terminal collects voice data of a calling user through a microphone.
Optionally, after receiving the voice data from the called number, the first forwarding device may also prompt the voice data from the called number, so that the user can select any device which is convenient to answer from the first terminal and the first forwarding device to perform a call. Of course, it can be understood that the first forwarding device may not prompt the voice data from the called number, so that when the user makes a call through the first terminal, the privacy of the call is ensured.
In this embodiment, when the second terminal successfully dials the called number, the call is connected, and the voice data in the call is transmitted between the first terminal and the second terminal through the internet by means of the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device. Therefore, on the premise that the called number is input by the calling party on the first terminal, after the called number is successfully dialed by the remote control second terminal, the voice data of the calling party, which is collected by the first terminal, is sent to the second terminal through the Internet by means of the second forwarding device and the first forwarding device, the voice data of the called party, which is received by the second terminal, is sent to the first terminal through the Internet by means of the second forwarding device and the first forwarding device, and the calling party is prompted by the first terminal, so that the remote control of the second terminal (instead of directly passing through the first terminal) and the remote call of the calling party are carried out on the premise that the called number is input by the calling party on the first terminal.
106. When the first forwarding device detects that the call operation instruction is a hang-up instruction, the first forwarding device sends the hang-up instruction to the second forwarding device through the internet; the second forwarding device receives and sends the hang-up instruction to the second terminal; and the second terminal receives the hang-up instruction and hangs up the conversation with the called number.
In this embodiment, after detecting the hang-up instruction, the first forwarding device sends the hang-up instruction to the second forwarding device through the internet, and then the second forwarding device sends the hang-up instruction to the second terminal, and the second terminal performs the operation of hanging up the call. Therefore, the called user can input the hang-up instruction on the first terminal or the first forwarding device and remotely control the second terminal to execute the operation of hanging up the call.
It is understood that the hangup command in this embodiment may be generated before the active call is connected, or may be generated after the active call is connected.
By adopting the remote calling method provided by the embodiment, a calling user can input a called number and a dialing instruction on a first terminal or a first forwarding device to initiate an active call, the first terminal sends information related to the active call (such as the called number, the dialing instruction, voice data in a call process, a hang-up instruction and the like) to a second terminal through the internet by means of the first forwarding device and a second forwarding device, and controls the remote second terminal to dial or hang-up the called number and the like. Particularly, when the first terminal and the second terminal are far away from each other, for example, the first terminal or the first forwarding device is located abroad, and the second terminal is located domestically, after the calling subscriber enters the called number through the first terminal or the first forwarding device abroad, the second terminal in the country is remotely controlled to initiate an active call, so as to save the communication cost of the calling subscriber.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes: after the second terminal fails to dial the called number, sending a dialing failure response to the first forwarding device; the first forwarding device receives and sends the dialing failure response to the second forwarding device through the Internet; the second forwarding device receives and sends the dialing failure response to the second terminal; the second terminal receives the dialing failure response; and the second forwarding device or the second terminal finishes the dialing processing related to the called number.
In this embodiment, after the active call of the second terminal fails, the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device send the response of the active call failure to the first terminal through the internet, so that the first terminal can synchronously obtain the information of the call failure of the calling party, thereby terminating the dialing operation in time.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the data interacted between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device through the internet may also be forwarded by using a server.
Optionally, both the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device may communicate with a server through the internet, IP addresses of the server are preset on the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device, and the IP address of the first forwarding device, the IP address of the second forwarding device, and a forwarding correspondence relationship between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device may be stored on the server.
For example, when the first forwarding device sends the active call related information to the server, the server may determine the IP address of the second forwarding device according to the forwarding correspondence, and send the active call related information to the second forwarding device through the internet.
For another example, the data interacted between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device through the internet may also be an answering instruction, a hang-up instruction of an active call, and voice data in a call, and these data may all be relayed by means of a server.
It is understood that the number of the forwarding devices in this embodiment may also be multiple, and different forwarding devices may be located at different physical locations. The server may store a network address (e.g., an IP address) of each of the plurality of forwarding devices and a forwarding correspondence between the plurality of forwarding devices. When the server receives the active call related information of a certain forwarding device (e.g., a first forwarding device), a corresponding destination forwarding device (e.g., a second forwarding device) is found in the forwarding correspondence, a network address (e.g., an IP address) of the forwarding device is obtained, and the active call related information is sent to the destination forwarding device.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, data exchanged between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device is encrypted by using a secure communication protocol and then transmitted.
Implementations of data encryption using secure communication protocols include, but are not limited to, the following: explaining by taking the example of encryption by the first forwarding device and decryption by the second forwarding device, the first forwarding device encrypts the plaintext (such as called number, voice data in call, dialing instruction, hang-up instruction and the like) of the active call related information by using the security key to obtain a ciphertext and sends the ciphertext to the second forwarding device, and the second forwarding device decrypts the ciphertext by using the security key after receiving the ciphertext to obtain the plaintext of the active call related information; or the first forwarding device signs the plaintext of the relevant information of the active call by using the private key of the first forwarding device to obtain signature data, and sends the plaintext of the relevant information of the active call and the signature data to the second forwarding device, and the second forwarding device receives the plaintext of the relevant information of the active call and the signature data and obtains the plaintext of the relevant information of the active call after the signature data passes the verification of the public key in the certificate of the first forwarding device. It can be understood that the data such as the security key, the private key, the certificate and the like used for encrypting the data by using the secure communication protocol may be stored in the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device in advance, or may be obtained after negotiation is performed by the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device. And are not intended to be limiting herein.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the data exchanged between the first forwarding device and the server may also be transmitted after being encrypted by using a secure communication protocol, and the data exchanged between the second forwarding device and the server may also be transmitted after being encrypted by using the secure communication protocol. In this embodiment, an implementation manner of encrypting data by using a communication protocol between the forwarding device and the server is the same as an implementation manner of encrypting data by using a communication protocol between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device, which may be specifically referred to as an implementation manner of encrypting data by using a communication protocol between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device, and is not described herein again.
