Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a remote listening method, and as shown in fig. 1, the remote listening method provided in this embodiment includes:
101. whether an incoming call is received on the first terminal or not; when the first terminal detects that an incoming call comes in, acquiring the incoming call number of the incoming call on the first terminal;
in this embodiment, the first terminal may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a fixed-line telephone.
The calling number can be a mobile phone number, a fixed phone number and other communication numbers.
In this embodiment, an incoming call from a calling party is directly dialed to a first terminal, which is a terminal of a called party.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first terminal and the second terminal both belong to a terminal on the called party side, and the incoming call directly dialed to the first terminal comes from a terminal on the calling party side.
In this embodiment, the first terminal is a terminal far from the user, and is not a terminal carried by the user, and the user is also not convenient to directly operate the terminal.
102. The first terminal sends a call request and the incoming call number to a first forwarding device;
as an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the first terminal and the first forwarding device perform data communication by using a bluetooth communication protocol. For example, when the first terminal and the first forwarding device both support bluetooth HFP (Hands-free Profile), the first terminal communicates with the first forwarding device using the bluetooth HFP protocol.
In this embodiment, the first terminal and the first forwarding device may be located at different positions, and the distance between the first terminal and the first forwarding device is ensured to be able to realize normal communication, for example, when the first terminal and the first forwarding device adopt the bluetooth HFP protocol, the distance between the first terminal and the first forwarding device does not exceed the communication distance supported by bluetooth communication.
In this embodiment, when the first terminal and the first forwarding device perform data interaction by using the bluetooth HFP protocol, and receive an incoming call on the first terminal, the first forwarding device may obtain incoming call information on the first terminal synchronously. For example, the first terminal may receive an incoming call and display the incoming call number, and the first forwarding device may also synchronously display the incoming call number after acquiring the call request and the incoming call number.
103. The first forwarding device receives the call request and the incoming call number and sends the call request and the incoming call number to a second forwarding device through the Internet;
in this embodiment, data interactive transmission is realized between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device through the internet, where the internet includes, but is not limited to, mobile communication networks such as 2G, 3G, and 4G, and WIFI networks.
In this embodiment, the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device may use a VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) call Protocol to establish a Voice session link, and transmit the call request and the incoming call number on the Voice session link, and after the subsequent incoming call is connected, continue to transmit all Voice data that need to be interactively transmitted in the incoming call process on the Voice session link.
In a specific implementation, a network address (e.g., an IP address) of the second forwarding device may be pre-configured on the first forwarding device, for example, the called user pre-inputs the IP address of the second forwarding device on the first forwarding device and sets a forwarding correspondence; after receiving the call request and the incoming call number, the first forwarding device can acquire the IP address of the second forwarding device according to the forwarding corresponding relation, and sends the call request and the incoming call number to the second forwarding device through the Internet based on the IP address of the second forwarding device.
In this embodiment, the first forwarding device transmits the incoming call information on the first terminal to the second forwarding device through the internet, so that the subsequent second forwarding device can conveniently transmit the incoming call information to the second terminal, and when the first terminal and the second terminal are located at different physical positions, especially when the distance is long, data transmission is performed by means of the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device and the internet, so that the incoming call information on the first terminal is synchronously transmitted to the second terminal.
104. The second forwarding device receives and sends the call request and the incoming call number to a second terminal;
in this embodiment, the second forwarding device and the second terminal perform data communication by using a bluetooth communication protocol or a data line or a WIFI wireless network.
The second terminal may include, but is not limited to: a mobile communication terminal, a vehicle-mounted communication terminal, a Bluetooth headset or a wired headset and the like. The second terminal is a terminal close to the user and can be directly operated by the user, for example, the second terminal can be a terminal carried around.
For example, when the second terminal is a vehicle-mounted call terminal, the second terminal and the second forwarding device may be connected through communication methods such as bluetooth, a data line, and a WIFI network. Specifically, when the communication is implemented, the second terminal and the second forwarding device may communicate using a bluetooth HFP protocol, an Android Auto protocol, or an apple display protocol.
For another example, when the second terminal is a bluetooth headset, the second terminal and the second forwarding device may communicate using HFP/HSP protocol.
For another example, when the second terminal is a wired headset, the audio connector of the second terminal is inserted into the audio interface of the second forwarding device to implement communication.
In this embodiment, the second terminal and the second forwarding device may be located at different positions, and the distance between the second terminal and the second forwarding device is ensured to be able to realize normal communication, for example, when the second terminal and the second forwarding device adopt a bluetooth or WIFI network to realize communication, the distance between the second terminal and the second forwarding device does not exceed a communication distance supported by the bluetooth communication or the WIFI network, and as another example, when the second terminal and the second forwarding device adopt a data line to realize communication connection, the distance between the second terminal and the second forwarding device cannot exceed the maximum length supported by the data line.
In this embodiment, the first terminal and the second terminal may be terminals of the same user, and the first terminal and the second terminal are located in different places. For example, when it is inconvenient for a user to carry a first terminal and a second terminal at the same time, the first terminal is placed at one place (e.g., home), the second terminal is carried to another place (e.g., company or abroad), and the like.
Through the above-mentioned step 101 and step 104, when there is an incoming call incoming on the first terminal, the first forwarding device obtains the call request and the incoming call number of the incoming call, and forwards the call request and the incoming call number to the second forwarding device through the internet, and the second forwarding device receives the call request and sends the call request and the incoming call number to the second terminal, and the second terminal can synchronously receive the relevant information of the incoming call on the first terminal. In this embodiment, the first terminal can send the relevant information of the incoming call to the second terminal through the internet by means of the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device, so that the second terminal can synchronously obtain the relevant information of the incoming call on the first terminal, the scheme is a novel scheme for realizing remote answering of the incoming call, and the transmission of the incoming call information is realized without adopting call forwarding through an operator in the prior art.
105. The second terminal receives the call request and the incoming call number; the second forwarding device and/or the second terminal prompt the incoming call according to the call request;
in this embodiment, the second forwarding device may prompt the incoming call according to the call request in the following implementation manner: the second forwarding device displays an incoming call interface, and displays an incoming call number or a calling party name corresponding to the incoming call number on the incoming call interface; or the second forwarding device plays an incoming call prompt voice which is used for prompting an incoming call number or a calling party name corresponding to the incoming call number; or the second forwarding device prompts the user that the incoming call is accessed through vibration or ringing; or any combination of the above implementations. And are not intended to be limiting herein.
In this embodiment, the second terminal prompts the incoming call according to the call request in the following manner: the second terminal displays an incoming call interface, and displays an incoming call number or a calling party name corresponding to the incoming call number on the incoming call interface; or the second terminal plays an incoming call prompt voice which is used for prompting an incoming call number or a calling party name corresponding to the incoming call number; or the second terminal prompts the user that the incoming call is accessed through vibration or ringing; or any combination of the above implementations. And are not intended to be limiting herein.
In this embodiment, the second forwarding device and the second terminal may prompt the incoming call at the same time, or only any one of the second forwarding device and the second terminal may prompt the incoming call. The setting can be specifically performed according to the actual application requirements, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the second forwarding device and the second terminal may prompt the incoming call in the same implementation manner, may also prompt the incoming call in different implementation manners, and may specifically be set according to the actual application requirements, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the second terminal and the second forwarding device prompt the incoming call at the same time, so that the user can select any device which is convenient to answer from the second terminal and the second forwarding device to answer the incoming call.
In this embodiment, the second forwarding device may further be connected to a plurality of second terminals, and at this time, the plurality of second terminals may prompt the incoming call at the same time, so that the user may select one second terminal that is convenient to answer to process the incoming call.
The incoming call is prompted by the second forwarding device and/or the second terminal, so that the incoming call on the first terminal is synchronized to the second terminal or the second forwarding device for prompting, a user can acquire the information related to the incoming call on the first terminal on the second terminal or the second forwarding device, and the user can conveniently process the incoming call in time through the second terminal or the second forwarding device.
106. The second forwarding device detects whether a call operation instruction is input in real time; when the second forwarding device detects that a call operation instruction is input, acquiring the call operation instruction;
as an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, when the second forwarding device detects that a call operation instruction is input, an implementation manner of acquiring the call operation instruction is as follows: and when the second forwarding device detects that the call operation instruction is input on the second forwarding device, the call operation instruction input on the second forwarding device is acquired.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, when the second forwarding device detects that a call operation instruction is input, another implementation manner of acquiring the call operation instruction is as follows: and when the second forwarding device detects that a call operation instruction is input on the second terminal, the call operation instruction input on the second terminal is acquired.
In this embodiment, the user may directly input the call operation instruction on the second forwarding device, or may directly input the call operation instruction on the second terminal. When the call operation instruction is directly input on the second terminal, the second forwarding device may also obtain the call operation instruction, so as to subsequently send the call operation instruction to the first forwarding device for continuing call processing.
In this embodiment, the input implementation manner of the call operation instruction includes but is not limited to: by clicking a physical key or a virtual key representing a call operation instruction, or by issuing a voice input representing a call operation instruction, or the like. Specifically, different settings are performed according to the instruction input mode supported by the second forwarding device or the second terminal, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the call operation instruction includes, but is not limited to: answer the instruction or hang up the instruction.
Next, the following processes when the call operation instruction is an answering instruction and a hang-up instruction are described in a related manner:
107. when the call operation instruction is an answering instruction, the second forwarding device sends the answering instruction to the first forwarding device through the internet; the first forwarding device receives and sends the answering instruction to the first terminal; the first terminal receives the answering instruction; the incoming call is connected, the voice data from the incoming call number is acquired, and the voice data from the incoming call number is sent to the first forwarding device; the first forwarding device receives and sends the voice data from the incoming call number to the second forwarding device through the internet; the second forwarding device receives and sends the voice data from the incoming call number to the second terminal; the second terminal receives the voice data from the incoming call number and prompts the voice data from the incoming call number; the second terminal collects voice data input on the second terminal and sends the voice data to the second forwarding device; the second forwarding device receives and sends the collected voice data to the first forwarding device through the internet; the first forwarding device receives and sends the collected voice data to the first terminal; the first terminal receives the collected voice data and sends the voice data to an incoming call terminal corresponding to the incoming call number;
in this embodiment, the manner of prompting the voice data from the incoming call number by the second terminal is as follows: and the second terminal plays the voice data of the incoming call number through a loudspeaker or a receiver. The implementation mode of the second terminal for collecting the voice data input on the second terminal is as follows: and the second terminal collects the voice data of the called user through the microphone.
In this embodiment, the second forwarding device sends the answering instruction to the first forwarding device through the internet, and then the first forwarding device sends the answering instruction to the first terminal, and the first terminal receives the answering instruction and then connects the incoming call. Therefore, in this embodiment, the user inputs the answering instruction on the second terminal or the second forwarding device, and sends the answering instruction to the first terminal through the internet by means of the second forwarding device and the first forwarding device, so that the called user can input the answering instruction on the second terminal or the second forwarding device, and the first terminal is remotely controlled to get through the incoming call.
In this embodiment, after the first terminal connects the incoming call, the voice data in the call is transmitted between the first terminal and the second terminal through the internet by means of the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device. Therefore, on the premise that the calling party directly dials the first terminal, the voice data of the calling party is sent to the second terminal through the Internet by means of the second forwarding device and the first forwarding device, the voice data of the called party collected on the second terminal is sent to the first terminal through the Internet by means of the second forwarding device and the first forwarding device, and then sent to the calling party by the first terminal, and therefore on the premise that the calling party directly calls the first terminal, the called party can remotely talk with the calling party through the second terminal (instead of the first terminal).
108. When the call operation instruction is a hang-up instruction, the second forwarding device sends the hang-up instruction to the first forwarding device through the internet; the first forwarding device receives and sends the hang-up instruction to the first terminal; and the first terminal receives the hang-up instruction and hangs up the incoming call.
In this embodiment, after detecting the hang-up instruction, the second forwarding device sends the hang-up instruction to the first forwarding device through the internet, and then the first forwarding device sends the hang-up instruction to the first terminal, and the first terminal executes the operation of hanging up the incoming call. Therefore, the called user can input the hang-up instruction on the second terminal or the second forwarding device and remotely control the first terminal to execute the operation of hanging up the incoming call.
It is understood that the hang-up instruction in this embodiment may be generated before the incoming call is connected or may be generated after the incoming call is connected.
By adopting the remote answering method provided by the embodiment, after the first terminal receives the incoming call from the calling party, the first terminal sends the relevant information of the incoming call to the second terminal through the internet by means of the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device, so that the called party can realize the call processing such as answering and hanging up of the incoming call on the second terminal or the second forwarding device. The called user can remotely answer or hang up the incoming call on the first terminal on the second terminal, and compared with the prior art that the call transfer operation can be realized only by means of an operator, the remote answering method provided by the embodiment is a novel remote call processing method, and the call on the first terminal can be remotely answered on the second terminal without the transfer operation of the operator. Particularly, when the first terminal and the second terminal are far away from each other, for example, the first terminal is located at home and the second terminal is located at abroad, when the first terminal at home receives an incoming call, the called party can answer the call through the second terminal at abroad without handling call forwarding at an operator, so that the communication cost of the called party is saved.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the data interacted between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device through the internet may also be forwarded by using a server.
Optionally, both the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device may communicate with a server through the internet, IP addresses of the server are preset on the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device, and the IP address of the first forwarding device, the IP address of the second forwarding device, and a forwarding correspondence relationship between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device may be stored on the server.
For example, when the first forwarding device sends the call request and the incoming call number to the server, the server may determine the IP address of the second forwarding device according to the forwarding correspondence, and send the call request and the incoming call number to the second forwarding device through the internet.
For another example, the data interacted between the first forwarding device and the second forwarding device through the internet may also be an answering instruction, a hang-up instruction of an incoming call, and voice data in a call after the incoming call is connected, and these data may be relayed by means of a server.
It is understood that the number of the forwarding devices in this embodiment may also be multiple, and different forwarding devices may be located at different physical locations. The server may store a network address (e.g., an IP address) of each of the plurality of forwarding devices and a forwarding correspondence between the plurality of forwarding devices. When the server receives a call request and an incoming number of a certain forwarding device (e.g., a first forwarding device), a corresponding destination forwarding device (e.g., a second forwarding device) is found in the forwarding correspondence, a network address (e.g., an IP address) of the forwarding device is obtained, and the call request and the incoming number are sent to the destination forwarding device.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the second forwarding device may be connected to a plurality of terminals, that is, the second forwarding device may be connected to a third terminal in addition to the second terminal, at this time, after the second forwarding device detects that a call operation instruction is input on the second terminal, and acquires the call operation instruction input on the second terminal, the remote answering method further includes:
when the second forwarding device receives and sends the call request and the incoming call number to a second terminal, the second forwarding device also sends the call request and the incoming call number to a third terminal; the third terminal prompts the incoming call according to the call request;
and after the second forwarding device acquires the call operation instruction input on the second terminal, ending the related processing of the incoming call on the third terminal.
In this embodiment, an implementation manner of the third terminal prompting the incoming call according to the call request is the same as an implementation manner of the first terminal or the second terminal prompting the incoming call, which may specifically refer to the related description of the implementation manner of the first terminal or the second terminal prompting the incoming call, and is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, when the second forwarding device is connected to a plurality of terminals, for example, when two terminals are connected, and when a second terminal and a third terminal are connected, after the second forwarding device receives the call request and the incoming call number from the first terminal, the call request and the incoming call number are sent to the second terminal and the third terminal at the same time, and the second terminal and the third terminal can prompt the incoming call at the same time, so that a user can conveniently answer the incoming call through any one terminal which is convenient to answer among the second terminal and the third terminal.
In this embodiment, when the user inputs an answering instruction on the second terminal, the incoming call between the second terminal and the first terminal is connected, and meanwhile, the processing related to the incoming call of the third terminal is ended. Of course, it can be understood that when the user inputs the answering instruction on the third terminal, the incoming call between the third terminal and the first terminal is connected, and the incoming call related processing between the second terminal and the first terminal is ended.
