Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at solving the problems in the prior art, and provides a migration tank and a use method thereof, which are convenient for precisely controlling S/V, have few interference factors, are suitable for condensation reflux, have multiple functions and are simple and convenient to operate.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme: the migration pool is characterized by comprising a cushion cover, a U-shaped soaking pool and a soaking locking device, wherein the soaking pool comprises a sample arm, a liquid adding arm and a pool body, two ends of the pool body are respectively connected with the lower end of the sample arm and the lower end of the liquid adding arm, and the cushion cover is buckled on an opening at the upper end of the sample arm and is fixed through the soaking locking device.
The simple condition, a migration pond, its characterized in that comprises pad lid, the soaking pond of taking the form of U type, soak locking device, the soaking pond include sample arm, liquid feeding arm, both ends connect the cell body of sample arm lower extreme and liquid feeding arm lower extreme respectively, pad lid buckle closure is at sample arm upper end opening and is fixed through soaking locking device.
Preferably, the upper end opening of the sample arm is provided with an annular convex plate which extends horizontally and outwards. The sample to be detected is spread on the annular convex plate and then covered by the base plate.
Preferably, the soaking pool locking device is one of screw locking, buckle locking or hoop locking. The tank locking means are known from the prior art, for example, loop locking may be used with adjustable fixtures like those in CN206382027U, and will not be further described herein.
Preferably, the height of the filling arm is greater than the height of the sample arm. During testing, the poured soaking liquid fills the liquid adding arm, and the height in the liquid adding arm is larger than that in the sample arm. Since most of the soaking liquid is below the sample, the pressure generated by the soaking liquid is smaller, reducing the risk of the soaking liquid leaking out from the edges of the sample.
Preferably, when the liquid adding amount of the soaking liquid in the soaking tank reaches the height of the sample arm, the ratio of the exposed area of the sample at the sample arm to the liquid adding amount of the soaking tank is not less than 0.1cm 2 /mL. Preferably, when the liquid adding amount of the soaking liquid in the soaking tank reaches the height of the sample arm, the ratio of the exposed area of the sample at the sample arm to the liquid adding amount of the soaking tank is not less than 0.3cm 2 /mL. Preferably, when the liquid adding amount of the soaking liquid in the soaking tank reaches the height of the sample arm, the ratio of the exposed area of the sample at the sample arm to the liquid adding amount of the soaking tank is not less than 0.5cm 2 /mL. Preferably, when the liquid adding amount of the soaking liquid in the soaking tank reaches the height of the sample arm, the ratio of the exposed area of the sample at the sample arm to the liquid adding amount of the soaking tank is 0.6cm 2 /mL。
The exposed area of the sample at the sample arm in this patent refers to the area of the sample that is expected to contact the soak solution without contacting the sample arm when the sample is mounted on the sample arm.
Preferably, the volume of the soaking tank is larger than 200mL, and when the soaking liquid in the soaking tank reaches the height of the sample arm, the liquid adding amount is smaller than 200mL. I.e., 200mL of soak solution is added to the soak tank, the sample arm is filled with soak solution, and the height of the soak solution in the liquid adding arm is higher than that in the sample arm, thereby ensuring that the soak solution is in full contact with the sample.
Preferably, the volume of the soaking tank is 250-350 mL.
Preferably, the exposed area of the sample at the sample arm is not less than 0.25dm 2 . Further preferably, the exposed area of the sample at the sample arm is 1.2dm 2 。
Preferably, the soaking tank is made of glass. Preferably, the pad cover and the soaking tank are both made of glass.
Preferably, the gasket cover is provided with a sealing ring groove, and a sealing ring is arranged in the sealing ring groove. When in use, the sample testing surface is placed towards the sample arm, and the pad cover provided with one surface of the sealing ring is covered on the sample. The sealing ring is arranged, so that the leakage risk of the simulant in the test process can be reduced; in addition, the simulants are not in direct contact with the sealing ring in the test process, so that interference factors in the test process are reduced.
Preferably, the sealing ring is made of silicon rubber or fluorine material. The fluorine material can furthest reduce the possible influence of the food simulant on the test result, and has better effect.
Preferably, the exposed area of the sample in the sealing ring groove is not less than 0.25dm 2 . Further preferably, the exposed area of the sample in the seal ring groove is 1.2dm 2 . The exposed area of the inner sample of the sealing ring groove in the patent refers to the surface of the pad cover, which is attached to the sample arm/sample, and the area in the sealing ring groove is calculated from the half of the width of the sealing ring groove. If the surface of the pad cover, which is attached to the sample arm/sample, is circular, the shape of the seal ring groove is circular, the diameter of the inner circle is 0.8dm, and the diameter of the outer circle is 1dm, the diameter is 0.9dm when the exposed area of the sample in the seal ring groove is calculated.
Preferably, the pool body is a flat bottom. The migration tank can be stably placed on a horizontal plane through the flat bottom of the tank body.
Preferably, the sample arm or the liquid adding arm is sleeved with a fixed connecting block. When carrying out water bath heating, because boiling of water produces effort, probably makes the migration pond empty, consequently can link to each other with fixing device through fixed connecting block, carries out further fixed to the migration pond.
Preferably, the migration pool further comprises a liquid adding arm matching device, and the liquid adding arm matching device is matched with an upper end inlet of the liquid adding arm. The liquid adding arm matching device mainly plays roles of sealing, condensation reflux and the like. In the simplest case, the plastic film can also be used as a filling arm matching device to be in winding fit with the upper end inlet of the filling arm. Preferably, the liquid adding arm matching device is a pool cover or a condensation reflux pipe. When the condensate reflux is needed, the pool cover is replaced by the condensate reflux pipe, and the condensate reflux pipe enables the vapor of the soaking liquid to cool and flow back to the liquid adding arm again. Preferably, the cell cover is made of glass or fluorine materials. Preferably, the condensate return pipe is a glass condensate return pipe.
The invention also discloses a using method of the migration pool, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) Placing the sample on the sample arm, facing the sample test surface towards the sample arm, covering the sample arm with a pad cover, and soaking Chi Suogu the pad cover and the pad cover by using a soaking locking device;
(b) Adding the soaking solution through a liquid adding arm;
(c) The test was performed.
If necessary, the exhaust operation is performed after the soaking liquid is added, so that the sample is in better contact with the soaking liquid. In general, the migration pool is inclined to one side of the sample arm properly during the air discharge, and the residual air in the sample arm is removed.
Compared with the prior art, the migration pool has the following advantages:
1. the sealing ring is arranged on the outer side of the sample, so that interference factors in the testing process are reduced, and particularly under the testing condition of the oil and fat simulant, if the sealing ring is directly soaked in the soaking liquid, the influence on the experimental result is very large.
2. The migration pond of this patent design can be better carry out blank experiment.
3. The migration tank of this patent design can be applicable to immersion heating such as water bath, oil bath and does not have the influence to the test sample.
4. The soaking tank with a similar U-shaped structure can effectively reduce the pressure of the soaking liquid on the sample, thereby reducing the risk of leakage of the soaking liquid.
5. The migration pond of this patent design can realize operations such as condensation backward flow, fluid replacement through liquid feeding arm cooperation device.
It should be noted that the U-shaped soaking tank in this patent is not strictly "U" shaped, and there may be gradual changes or abrupt changes in size in structures such as sample arms, liquid adding arms, tank body, etc. of the soaking tank.
The soaking solutions and mimics described in this patent are equivalent unless otherwise specified.
Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the migration pool comprises a cushion cover 1, a U-shaped soaking pool 2, a soaking locking device 3 and a liquid adding arm matching device 4, wherein the soaking pool 2 comprises a sample arm 22, a liquid adding arm 21 and a pool body 23, two ends of the pool body are respectively connected with the lower end of the sample arm 22 and the lower end of the liquid adding arm 21, the liquid adding arm matching device 4 is matched with an upper end inlet of the liquid adding arm 21, and the cushion cover 1 is buckled on an upper end opening of the sample arm 22 and is fixed through the soaking locking device 3.
Preferably, the upper end opening of the sample arm 22 has a horizontally outwardly extending annular ledge 24. The sample to be tested is laid flat on the annular flange 24 and then covered with a mat cover.
Preferably, the locking device of the soaking tank 2 is screw locking or buckle locking or hoop locking.
Preferably, the height of the filling arm 21 is greater than the height of the sample arm 22. During testing, the poured immersion liquid fills the filling arm 21, and the height in the filling arm 21 is greater than the height in the sample arm 22. Since most of the soaking liquid is below the sample, the pressure generated by the soaking liquid is smaller, reducing the risk of the soaking liquid leaking out from the edges of the sample.
Preferably, when the liquid amount of the soaking solution in the soaking tank 2 reaches the height of the sample arm 22, the ratio of the exposed area of the sample at the sample arm 22 to the liquid amount of the soaking tank 2 is not less than 0.1cm- 2 /mL。
The exposed area of the sample at the sample arm 22 as referred to in this patent refers to the area of the sample that is not in contact with the sample arm 22, and is expected to be in contact with the soak solution, when the sample is mounted on the sample arm 22.
Preferably, the volume of the soaking tank 2 is larger than 200mL, and when the soaking liquid in the soaking tank 2 reaches the height of the sample arm 22, the liquid adding amount is smaller than 200mL. I.e. 200mL of soak solution is added to the soak tank 2, the sample arm 22 is filled with soak solution, and the height of soak solution in the liquid adding arm 21 is higher than that in the sample arm 22, thereby ensuring that the soak solution is in sufficient contact with the sample.
Preferably, the volume of the soaking tank 2 is 250 mL-350 mL.
Preferably, the exposed sample area at the sample arm 22 is greater than 0.25dm 2 . Further preferably, the exposed area of the sample at the sample arm is 1.2dm 2 。
Preferably, the pad cover 1 and the soaking tank 2 are both made of glass.
Preferably, the gasket cover 1 is provided with a sealing ring groove 11, and a sealing ring 6 is arranged in the sealing ring groove 11. In use, the sample testing surface is placed against the sample arm 22 and the pad cover 1 with the sealing ring 6 on the surface is placed against the sample. The sealing ring 6 is arranged, so that the leakage risk of the simulant in the test process can be reduced; in addition, the simulants are not directly contacted with the sealing ring 6 in the test process, so that interference factors in the test process are reduced.
Preferably, the sealing ring 6 is made of silicone rubber or fluoroplastic. The fluorine material can furthest reduce the possible influence of the food simulant on the test result, and has better effect.
Preferably, the exposed area of the sample in the sealing ring groove 11 is not less than 0.25dm 2 . The exposed area of the inner sample of the seal groove 11 in this patent refers to the surface of the pad cover 1, which is attached to the sample arm 22 and the sample, and the area of the seal groove 11 is calculated from the half of the width of the seal groove 11. If the gasket cover 1 is attached to the sample arm 22/sample, the shape of the seal ring groove 11 is circular, the diameter of the inner circle is 0.8dm, and the diameter of the outer circle is 1dm, then the diameter is 0.9dm when the exposed area of the sample in the seal ring groove 11 is calculated.
Preferably, the tank body 23 is a flat bottom. The transfer cell can be stably placed on a horizontal plane by the flat bottom of the cell body 23.
Preferably, the sample arm 22 or the filling arm 21 is sleeved with the fixed connection block 5. When carrying out water bath heating, because the effect of water, probably make the migration pond empty, consequently can link to each other with fixing device through fixed connecting block, carry out further fixed to the migration pond.
Preferably, the liquid adding arm matching device 4 is a pool cover or a condensation reflux pipe. The pool cover is made of glass or fluorine materials, and the condensing return pipe is a glass condensing pipe. The liquid adding arm matching device mainly plays a role in sealing, condensing and refluxing.
The invention also discloses a using method of the migration pool, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) Placing a sample on the sample arm 22, covering the sample testing surface facing the sample arm 22 with the pad cover 1, and locking the pad cover 1 and the soaking pool 2 by using the soaking locking device 3;
(b) Adding the soaking liquid through a liquid adding arm 21;
(c) The test was performed.
If necessary, the exhaust operation is performed after the soaking liquid is added, so that the sample is in better contact with the soaking liquid. In general, the transfer well is inclined to the side of the sample arm 22 to remove air remaining in the sample arm 22.
