Background
The main function of the gearbox is to adapt to the high-speed running of the vehicle on various road conditions, such as starting, accelerating, climbing and flattening, and the gearbox changes the torque and the speed output by the engine so as to adapt to the running driving requirement. The forward and reverse movement of the forklift is also addressed by the transmission, since the engine cannot be reversed. In addition, the gearbox can also disconnect the operation of the engine and the drive system from each other for a longer period of time.
However, the existing gearbox for the small-tonnage forklift is large in volume, simple in structure, and only has a one-gear speed ratio, and cannot meet the requirements of high-speed running and climbing at the same time, particularly in off-road conditions, and is inconvenient to use.

When the reversing clutch 52 is combined, the power on the input shaft 5 drives the first gear 32 to be transmitted to the output shaft 3 through the reversing clutch gear 53, so that the reversing function is realized.
