A quick connection locking mechanism comprises a chute (1), a handle (2), a connecting rod (3), a spring (4) and a loop (5), wherein the handle (2) is pulled upwards to enable the spring (4) to be compressed to generate pretightening force, and meanwhile the bottom of the connecting rod (3) is exposed; the bottom of the connecting rod (3) slides into a clamping groove of the sliding groove (1); the handle (2) is loosened, and the handle (2) is clamped into the clamping groove of the sliding groove (1) by the pretightening force of the spring (4). The quick connection locking mechanism has little degree of freedom, is stable and is not easy to loose after connection; only two steps of lifting and sliding are needed, and the connection is rapid.
