Specifically, the center of the inner end surface of the input shaft 2 is provided with a concave cavity, a guide bearing 13 is fixed in the concave cavity, and the guide hole 12 is a center hole of the guide bearing 13.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the output shaft 3 includes a shaft body 3a and a sliding portion 3b fixedly connected to an outer end portion of the shaft body 3a, a sun gear 4a on the planet gear 4 is connected to the sliding portion 3b, an inner end of the shaft body 3a extends to an outside of an inner end of the positioning portion 1b1, an outer side wall of the sliding portion 3b is surrounded by four straight surfaces 3b1 and an outer protruding cambered surface 3b2 connected between two adjacent straight surfaces 3b1, a connecting hole with the same shape as the sliding portion 3b is formed in a center of the sun gear 4a on the planet gear 4, and each outer protruding cambered surface 3b2 on an outer side wall of the sliding portion 3b abuts against a hole wall of the guide hole 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a protruding limiting portion 3a1 is provided on the outer side of the shaft body 3a, a limiting surface 10 is provided in the positioning portion 1b1, and when the output shaft 3 slides relative to the sun gear 4a in a direction away from the input shaft 2, the inner end surface of the limiting portion 3a1 can abut against the limiting surface 10. In this embodiment, a support bearing 11 is disposed between the outer side of the shaft body 3a and the inner wall of the positioning portion 1b1, the limiting portion 3a1 is annular, and the limiting surface 10 is an outer end surface of the support bearing 11.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a part of the shaft body 3a extending to the outside of the positioning part 1b1 is sleeved with a positioning sleeve 5, the positioning sleeve 5 is axially fixed on the output shaft 3, the positioning part 1b1 is located at the inner side of the positioning sleeve 5, a stop surface 9 is arranged at the inner end of the body 1, in this embodiment, the inner end surface of the end cover two 1b is the stop surface 9, the outer end surface of the positioning sleeve 5 abuts against the stop surface 9, a positioning structure is arranged between the inner wall of the positioning sleeve 5 and the outer wall of the positioning part 1b1, and after the output shaft 3 slides, the positioning structure can position the positioning sleeve 5 and the positioning part 1b1 along the axial direction of the output shaft 3. The part of the shaft body 3a extending to the outside of the positioning part 1b1 is provided with a clamp spring 7, the bottom wall of the inner side of the positioning sleeve 5 is provided with an annular positioning seat 5b, the clamp spring 7 is embedded into the annular positioning seat 5b, and the inner end surface of the clamp spring 7 is abutted against the wall of the annular positioning seat 5b facing the clamp spring 7. The inner end face of the locating sleeve 5 is abutted against the clutch mechanism 6, a retainer ring 8 is arranged at the inner end part of the shaft body 3a, the clutch mechanism 6 is abutted against the outer end face of the retainer ring 8, the locating sleeve 5 and the clutch mechanism 6 are axially fixed with the shaft body 3a through the arrangement of the retainer ring 8 and the retainer ring 7, and then the locating sleeve 5 and the clutch mechanism 6 move together when the output shaft 3 stretches out.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the positioning structure includes a plurality of positioning protruding strips 1B11 circumferentially disposed on the outer side of the positioning portion 1B1 and positioning clamping grooves 5a circumferentially distributed on the inner side wall of the positioning sleeve 5, each positioning protruding strip 1B11 and/or the positioning sleeve 5 has elasticity, the number of the positioning protruding strips 1B11 is the same as and corresponds to that of the positioning clamping grooves 5a one by one, and each positioning protruding strip 1B11 is clamped into the corresponding positioning clamping groove 5 a. In this embodiment, the first end cover 1a, the second end cover 1b and the positioning sleeve 5 are made of rubber materials, wherein the first end cover 1a and the second end cover 1b are made of rubber materials and can absorb the vibration transferred to the starter when the diesel engine or the gasoline engine works, and the second end cover 1b is made of rubber materials and can enable the positioning raised strip 1b11 to have elasticity; the locating sleeve 5 is made of rubber materials, so that the inner wall of the locating clamping groove 5a and the outer wall of the locating raised strip 1b11 can be tightly attached, meanwhile, the friction force between the locating clamping groove 5a and the outer wall of the locating raised strip 1b is increased due to the characteristics of the rubber materials, larger resistance can be formed, in addition, the locating sleeve 5 can play a role in sealing, because the locating sleeve 5 is sleeved outside the shaft body 3a and the locating part 1b1 is located in the locating sleeve 5, impurities such as mud are blocked outside by the locating sleeve 5, and the effect on the operation of the planetary gear 4 caused by the fact that the impurities such as mud enter between the first end cover 1a and the second end cover 1b is avoided.
When installed, the housing 14 of the starter is secured to the casing of the diesel or gasoline engine and ensures that the clutch mechanism 6 is located within the starting cup of the diesel or gasoline engine. The starting mode of the starter is the same as that of a hand starter in the prior art, a user is sleeved on the outer end of the input shaft 2 by a crank, then the input shaft 2 is reversely rocked, then the planetary gear 4 drives the output shaft 3 to reversely shake 1/4 circle to enable the clutch mechanism 6 to be opened outwards and combined with a starting cup, then the input shaft 2 is positively rocked, and the planetary gear 4 drives the output shaft 3 to positively rotate to drive the starting cup to rotate, so that the diesel engine or the gasoline engine is started.
When the housing 14 is fixed on the casing and the clutch mechanism 6 is at a distance from the starting cup as shown in fig. 3, the output shaft 3 is slidably connected with the sun gear 4a of the planetary gear 4 and circumferentially fixed, so that a user can pull the output shaft 3 outwards for a certain distance, the clutch mechanism 6 can extend into the starting cup, and meanwhile, the output shaft 3 and the sun gear 4a are still normally matched to ensure effective power transmission, namely, the hand-operated starter can be matched with the starting cup on a diesel engine or a gasoline engine of various types through the sliding of the output shaft 3, and can be commonly used on machines of various types, so that the applicability of the starter is well improved.
The starter has the advantages that although the applicability is improved by arranging the output shaft 3 and the sun gear 4a in a sliding connection mode, the guide hole 12 is arranged on the inner end face of the input shaft 2, the outer end portion of the output shaft 3 is inserted into the guide hole 12, the length of the output shaft 3 positioned in the guide hole 12 is set to be larger than the sliding distance of the output shaft 3, and therefore the outer end portion of the output shaft 3 is always positioned in the guide hole 12 no matter the output shaft 3 stretches out or retracts, coaxiality between the output shaft 3 and the input shaft 2 is maintained, and accordingly the applicability of the starter is improved, and meanwhile stability of power transmission between the input shaft 2 and the output shaft 3 is guaranteed.
In addition, since the output shaft 3 is slidably connected with the sun gear 4a, although the whole starter is installed laterally, the output shaft 3 is not subjected to axial force, but the diesel engine or the gasoline engine generates vibration when in operation, and the clutch mechanism 6 is already separated from the starting cup when the diesel engine or the gasoline engine is in operation, the situation that the output shaft 3 is retracted under the action of no external force due to the vibration when the diesel engine or the gasoline engine is in operation can occur, which can cause the situation that the clutch mechanism 6 cannot be combined with the starting cup when in next starting. Therefore, the starter is provided with the positioning sleeve 5 on the output shaft 3 and the positioning structure comprising the positioning convex strips 1b11 and the positioning clamping grooves 5a is arranged between the positioning sleeve 5 and the positioning part 1b1, and the positioning convex strips 1b11 and/or the positioning sleeve 5 have elasticity, so that the resistance to the sliding of the output shaft 3 can be formed by utilizing the elasticity after the movement of the output shaft 3, the force acting on the output shaft 3 due to the vibration of the diesel engine or the gasoline engine can be counteracted by the resistance, the sliding of the output shaft 3 under the action of no external force is prevented, and the reliability of the starter is ensured while the applicability is improved.
Example two
The present embodiment is basically the same in structure and principle as the first embodiment, except that: in this embodiment, the positioning structure includes a positioning protruding head disposed on the inner sidewall of the positioning sleeve 5 and two positioning grooves disposed on the outer sidewall of the positioning portion 1b1, the two positioning grooves are disposed along the sliding direction of the output shaft 3, the positioning protruding head has elasticity, the surface of the positioning protruding head is spherical, and the shapes of the two positioning grooves are the same as the positioning protruding head, when the outer end surface of the positioning sleeve 5 abuts against the inner end surface of the end cover two 1b, the positioning protruding head is embedded into one of the positioning grooves, and when the output shaft 3 moves to the position limiting portion 3a1 abuts against the position limiting surface 10, the positioning protruding head is embedded into the other positioning groove.
When the diesel starter or gasoline starter works, the positioning convex head is positioned in one of the positioning grooves to position the positioning sleeve 5, so that the positioning sleeve 5 can overcome the action generated by vibration and keep static relative to the positioning part 1b1, and the output shaft 3 is prevented from sliding when the diesel starter or gasoline starter works. When a user applies a force to the output shaft 3, the positioning convex head can be separated from the positioning groove through the deformation of the positioning convex head so as to realize the sliding of the output shaft 3.

The hand starter comprises a shell (14), a body (1) and a starting mechanism (17) and an output shaft (3) which are all arranged in the body (1), wherein the body (1) is fixed in the shell (14) through a fastener (15) penetrating into the shell (14) from outside and penetrating through the body (1), the starting mechanism (17) can drive the output shaft (3) to rotate, the inner end of the output shaft (3) extends out of the body (1), the hand starter is characterized in that the output shaft (3) is in sliding connection with the body (1), a positioning sleeve (5) is axially fixed on the inner end of the output shaft (3), the inner end of the body (1) is positioned in the positioning sleeve (5), a positioning structure is arranged between the inner wall of the positioning sleeve (5) and the outer wall of the inner end of the body (1), after the output shaft (3) slides, the positioning structure can position the positioning sleeve (5) and the inner end of the body (1) along the axial direction of the output shaft (3), a positioning cavity (1 c) is arranged in the body (1), the starting mechanism (17) is arranged in the positioning cavity (1 c), the inner end of the output shaft (1) protrudes out of the positioning cavity (1) and is provided with a positioning part (1 b) which is arranged in the positioning cavity (1), the locating sleeve (5) is sleeved outside the locating part (1 b 1), the locating structure is arranged between the locating part (1 b 1) and the locating sleeve (5), the locating structure comprises a plurality of locating convex heads (1 b 11) arranged on the outer side of the locating part (1 b 1) along the circumferential direction and locating clamping grooves (5 a) distributed on the inner side wall of the locating sleeve (5) along the circumferential direction, each locating convex head (1 b 11) and/or the locating sleeve (5) are/is provided with elasticity, the quantity of the locating convex heads (1 b 11) is the same as that of the locating clamping grooves (5 a) and corresponds to each locating convex head one by one, each locating convex head (1 b 11) is clamped into the corresponding locating clamping groove (5 a), or the locating structure comprises locating convex heads arranged on the inner side wall of the locating sleeve (5) and two locating grooves arranged on the outer side wall of the locating part (1 b 1), the two locating convex heads are arranged along the sliding direction of the output shaft (3), the locating convex heads are provided with elasticity, the surfaces of the locating convex heads are spherical surfaces, and the two locating convex heads are the same as that the locating convex heads are positioned, when the inner end surfaces of the locating sleeve (5) and the inner end surfaces of the locating convex heads (1) are abutted against one another locating convex heads (3), and the inner end surfaces of the other locating convex heads (1) are embedded into the locating convex heads (3) when the locating convex heads are embedded into the locating convex heads (3).

The hand starter according to claim 1, wherein the inner end of the output shaft (3) is connected with a clutch mechanism (6) which can be outwards opened when the output shaft (3) rotates, a clamp spring (7) and a retainer ring (8) are arranged on the outer side of the inner end of the output shaft (3), an annular positioning seat (5 b) is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the positioning sleeve (5), the clamp spring (7) is embedded into the annular positioning seat (5 b), the inner end surface of the clamp spring (7) is abutted against the wall, facing the clamp spring (7), of the annular positioning seat (5 b), the clutch mechanism (6) is abutted against the outer end surface of the retainer ring (8), and the inner end surface of the positioning sleeve (5) is abutted against the clutch mechanism (6).

Hand starter according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the inner end of the body (1) is provided with a stop surface (9), the outer end surface of the positioning sleeve (5) is abutted against the stop surface (9), the outer side of the output shaft (3) in the positioning part (1 b 1) is provided with a limiting part (3 a 1), the positioning part (1 b 1) is internally provided with a limiting surface (10), and when the output shaft (3) slides towards the direction extending out of the body (1), the inner end surface of the limiting part (3 a 1) can be abutted against the limiting surface (10).

The hand starter according to claim 5, wherein the output shaft (3) comprises a shaft body (3 a) and a sliding part (3 b) fixedly connected to the outer end part of the shaft body (3 a), a sun gear (4 a) on the planet gear (4) is slidably connected with the sliding part (3 b) and circumferentially fixed, the outer side wall of the sliding part (3 b) is surrounded by four straight surfaces (3 b 1) and an outer convex cambered surface (3 b 2) connected between two adjacent straight surfaces (3 b 1), a connecting hole with the same shape as the sliding part (3 b) is arranged at the center of the sun gear (4 a) on the planet gear (4), and each outer convex cambered surface (3 b 2) on the outer side wall of the sliding part (3 b) is abutted against the wall of the guide hole (12).
