when the device is used, the forward and reverse rotation motor 26 is started, the motor rotates forward, the threaded disc 22 is matched at one end, located at the conical rotating head 1, of the screw rod 24, and the threaded disc 22 is meshed with the screw rod to mechanically seal the conical rotating head 1 and the machine body 2 through the sealing ring 23 during forward rotation, so that impurities are prevented from leaking into the machine body 2 in the cleaning process to cause damage to the device; the screw 24 rotates forwards and drives the two pillow-shaped threaded discs 25 engaged with the screw to move downwards, the walking crawler 5 on the machine body 2 is opened to be matched with the inner wall of the pipeline, a timer is arranged on a forward and reverse rotating motor 26 to adjust the forward rotation time of the motor, when the walking crawler 5 is opened to meet the requirement that the motor stops working in the inner diameter of the pipeline, the walking crawler 5 walks along the inner wall of the pipeline, in the process, the conical rotating head 1 is started, when the conical rotating head 1 rotates, the lever arm 3 fixed on the conical rotating head is connected with the cleaning broom 31 to effectively scrape and clean dirt in the pipeline, and as the cleaning broom 31 is arranged back to back, the cleaning area can be increased, when the conical rotating head works, the conical rotating head is not connected with an external drive, the integral structure is formed, the problem of difficult cleaning caused by the limitation of the length of the pipeline is solved, after the cleaning is finished, the motor is started, the screw 24 rotates reversely to rotate the threaded disc 22 upwards, so that the conical rotor 1 and the machine body 2 are fixed, when the floating ball 213 loses the pressure of the conical rotor 1, the floating ball bounces upwards through the action of the pressure spring 214, the water pump 212 is started, water is sprayed out from the fan-shaped water spray opening in a jet flow shape and fully contacts the lever arm 3 and the cleaning broom 31, the water is sprayed on the lever arm 3 to form a corner, so that the lever arm contacts the machine body 2, the equipment is cleaned in place, and the problem that dirt is hard to clean due to hardening after reaction can be prevented.
