s4: clamping the steel wires between the hemp cores of the new steel wire rope and the old steel wire rope through an aluminum ring;
s5: winding an adhesive tape outside the joint of the new steel wire rope and the old steel wire rope;
s6: pulling the old steel wire rope from the other end of the old steel wire rope until the new steel wire rope is in place, cutting off the part of the end part of the new steel wire rope, which is used for connecting the old steel wire rope, detaching the other end of the old steel wire rope, and fixing the two ends of the new steel wire rope to a counterweight and a lift car respectively;
the positions of the left steel wires on the section of the steel wire rope are evenly divided into the sections of the steel wire rope, and the positions of the steel wire winding rails on the section of the steel wire rope are evenly divided into the sections of the steel wire rope;
the thickness of the aluminum ring is 2-3mm, the steel wire between the new steel wire rope and the hemp core of the old steel wire rope is clamped through the aluminum ring, and the method comprises the following steps: clamping a part of the aluminum ring into a relative flat structure by using pliers so as to form a combined body of a small ring and the flat structure, pressing the flat structure out of the small ring, clamping the steel wire in the small ring, wherein the diameter of the small ring is smaller than that of the steel wire rope;
each of the steel wire splicing rails is formed by cutting one of the steel wires except for the hemp core.
2. The method of replacing a wire rope of an elevator according to claim 1, wherein the cutting in step S2 includes the steps of:
cutting 35cm-55cm of hemp core and part of steel wires at one end of the new steel wire rope and the old steel wire rope, and reserving at least two steel wires which are 35cm-55cm long in a winding state; and then cutting a corresponding number of steel wires from the end part of the new hemp core to the other end of the new steel wire rope and the old steel wire rope with the length of 31cm-41cm to form a corresponding number of steel wire winding rails.
3. The method of replacing a wire rope of an elevator according to claim 1, wherein the cutting in step S2 includes the steps of:
cutting at least two strands of steel wires of 66cm-96cm from one end of each of the new steel wire rope and the old steel wire rope, then cutting the hemp core of 35cm-55cm in length and a part of the remaining steel wires, reserving a corresponding number of steel wires, and ensuring that the remaining steel wires of 31cm-41cm in length are wound and connected with the rail.
