In the invention, when the stacked paper needs to be discharged from the paper collecting groove 26, the paper collecting lifting driving piece drives the first paper collecting driving shaft 22, so that the paper collecting pull rod 24 drives the stop block 27 to ascend, and the stop block 27 can not stop the paper from discharging; the hook body 271 rises along with the stopper 27, and the hook body 271 hooks the bottom of the paper at the bottommost layer, so that the end of the paper is separated from the bottom wall of the paper collecting slot 26, thereby facilitating the gripping of the paper by the manipulator. After the manipulator finishes gripping, the second paper collecting driving shaft 23 rotates, so that the hook body 271 on the stop block 27 also rotates and is separated from the paper, and the hook body 271 can not block the paper.
As shown in fig. 4, the feeding end of the collecting tank 26 is provided with a collecting and transporting assembly, and the collecting and transporting assembly includes a transporting plate 29 slidably connected to the collecting frame 21, an inclined plate 291 connected to an end of the transporting plate 29 away from the feeding end of the collecting tank 26, and a pushing roller 292 connected to an end of the transporting plate 29 near the feeding end of the collecting tank 26. The user can move the transfer plate 29 to adjust the size of the collector slot 26 to accommodate different sized sheets. The sloping plate 291 is provided to facilitate the passage of sheets over the transfer plate 29 and into the collector slot 26.

Claims (9)

1. The notebook processing equipment is characterized in that: comprises a feeding device (1) for unreeling the roll paper into paper tapes, a printing device (11) for printing the paper tapes discharged from the feeding device (1), a slitting device (13) for slitting the paper tapes discharged from the printing device (11) into paper sheets, a paper collecting device (2) for stacking the paper sheets discharged from the slitting device (13), a collating device (3) for configuring special pages for the paper stacks discharged from the paper collecting device (2), and a paper collecting device (4) for blanking the paper stacks discharged from the collating device (3);
the paper collecting device (2) comprises a paper collecting rack (21) and a first paper collecting driving shaft (22), a second paper collecting driving shaft (23), a paper collecting pull rod (24), a paper collecting conveying belt (25), a paper collecting groove (26), a stop block (27) and a paper collecting lifting driving piece and paper collecting rotation driving piece, wherein the paper collecting driving shaft (21), the second paper collecting driving shaft (23), the paper collecting pull rod (24), the paper collecting conveying belt (25) and the paper collecting rotation driving piece are respectively arranged on the first paper collecting driving shaft (22), the stop block (27) is used for blocking the discharging end of the paper collecting conveying belt (25), the first paper collecting driving shaft (22) and the second paper collecting driving shaft (23) are respectively connected with the paper collecting rack (21) in a rotating mode, one end of the paper collecting driving belt (25) is hinged to the periphery of the first paper collecting driving shaft (22), the other end of the paper collecting driving belt (24) is connected with the discharging end of the slitting device (13), the stop block (27) is used for driving the second paper collecting driving shaft (23) in a sliding mode, and the second paper collecting driving piece is connected with the paper collecting driving shaft (23) in a sliding mode;
the bottom of the stop block (27) is provided with a hook body (271), and the bottom wall of the paper collecting groove (26) is provided with a yielding groove (261) into which the hook body (271) stretches;
when paper enters the paper collecting groove (26), the stop blocks (27) block the discharging end of the paper collecting groove (26), and the end parts of the paper are abutted against the stop blocks (27); when the paper is discharged from the paper collecting groove (26), the manipulator grabs the whole stack of paper in the paper collecting groove (26) and conveys the paper; when stacked paper is required to be discharged from the paper collecting groove (26), the paper collecting lifting driving piece drives the first paper collecting driving shaft (22), the paper collecting pull rod (24) drives the stop block (27) to ascend, the hook body (271) ascends along with the stop block (27), the hook body (271) hooks the bottom of the paper at the bottommost layer, the end part of the paper is separated from the bottom wall of the paper collecting groove (26), and the paper is clamped by the mechanical arm; after the manipulator finishes clamping, the second paper collecting driving shaft (23) rotates, so that the hook body (271) on the stop block (27) also rotates and is separated from the paper.

A notebook processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the collating device (3) comprises a collating feeding belt (31), a matching sealing feeding belt (32) arranged above the collating feeding belt (31), a special page feeding mechanism (35) arranged at the side end of the collating feeding belt (31), a collating driving piece for driving the collating feeding belt (31) to move and a matching sealing driving piece for driving the matching sealing feeding belt (32) to move, wherein the matching sealing feeding belt (32) is used for conveying a special page discharged from the special page feeding mechanism (35) to the middle part of the collating feeding belt (31);
the collating device (3) further comprises a distribution driving wheel (33), a distribution driven wheel (34) and a distribution rotation driving piece, wherein the distribution driving wheel (33) and the distribution driven wheel (34) are arranged on one side of the distribution feeding belt (32), the distribution rotation driving piece is used for driving the distribution driving wheel (33) to rotate, a special page feeding channel for allowing special pages on the distribution feeding belt (32) to pass through is formed between the distribution driving wheel (33) and the distribution driven wheel (34), and the feeding end of the collating feeding belt (31) is communicated with the discharging end of the paper collecting device (2).

A notebook processing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the collating device (3) further comprises a material guide rod (321) arranged at the discharge end of the special page feeding channel, the material guide rod (321) is positioned above the collating feeding belt (31), and the distance between the material guide rod (321) and the collating feeding belt (31) is gradually reduced from one end close to the discharge end of the special page feeding channel to one end far away from the discharge end of the special page feeding channel.
