背景技术
手部最容易接触到各种细菌、病毒等病原微生物，如果这些病菌不能被及时、有效清除，就有可能在手掌、指缝、指尖等处存活达数小时，甚至可能继续生长繁殖，成为病菌躲藏与繁殖的场所。这时，如果被污染的手未经清洁就抠鼻子、揉眼睛，手上的病菌就会乘虚而入，轻易地通过呼吸道、鼻眼黏膜等进入人体。同样，没洗手就拿东西吃，手部的细菌等微生物也会转移到食物上，吃到肚子里也可能导致人生病。再者，在使用毛巾前，没有清洁双手，将手上的病菌转移到毛巾上，洗脸时，毛巾接触眼黏膜、鼻黏膜等处，病菌也会乘机进入人体。
大量研究表明，洗手能有效消除多种传染性疾病的发生，并阻止其传播。因此，洗手被国际公认为是预防、控制急性呼吸道感染、腹泻性疾病、寄生虫病（蠕虫病等）、眼部感染（沙眼等）以及皮肤感染（疖子等）等疾病最有效、最简单、最经济的方法。本发明产品含有草本清洁成分，配合泡沫泵头挤压出丰富的泡沫，手感细腻润滑，能渗入毛孔深层清洁手部皮肤，带走手部污渍和细菌微生物，达到消毒清洁的目的；同时，细腻的泡沫又能使绿茶精华等保湿护肤成分渗透到肌肤的深处，唤醒沉睡的美丽肌肤。
发明内容
本发明选择的配方如下（组分及其重量百分比％）：芦荟草本提取物4.0-7.0，椰油酰基甜菜碱2.0-4.0，椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3.0-6.0，AEO-91.0-3.0，丙三醇1.0-3.0，EDTA-Na20.2-0.7。
芦荟草本提取物是一种大分子量的网状结构的表面活性剂，起泡性能好、抗酸碱盐性能强、携水量大，是一种良好的日用化工的表面活性剂。
椰油酰基甜菜碱易溶于水，呈透明状溶液，具有优良的起泡、去泡、乳化、分散、钙皂分散、杀菌、柔软、抗静电、润滑等性能，对皮肤刺激小，易生物降解性好，广泛用于配制个人保护卫生用品，洗后的头发、皮肤手感性能好。
椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠分子结构具有氧乙烯基团和硫酸化基团，兼有非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的性能，有较强的润湿、分散、乳化及去污力；有非常好的抗硬水性能和生物降解性，降解度≥99％，无环境污染；泡沫丰富、对皮肤刺激小，使用温和；溶液透明稳定，其粘稠度易于用电解质(如氯化钠)调节增加；可与多种表面活性剂复配增效，广泛应用于各种高级洗涤剂配方。
AEO-9能溶于水和多种有机溶剂，不含APEO，具有优良的乳化、分散、扩散、去污洗涤性。具有比TX-10更为优异的净洗去污和渗透湿润乳化能力，生物降解性好，可与其他各类阴离子、非离子、阳离子表面活性剂复配使用，具有出众的协同效应，可以大大减少助剂的使用消耗量，达到良好的性价比。
丙三醇是无色无臭有甜味的黏性液体，沸点为290℃，吸水性很强，价格低，使用方便，安全性好，是优良的护肤保湿成分；甘油的另一大用处就是当作溶剂，提升产品的延展性，增加皮肤对于其他成分的吸收。用甘油配制的清洁产品性能温和，理由很简单，甘油具有一定的脂溶性，所以可以帮助清洁皮肤上的过量油脂；另一方面甘油具有很好的水溶性，所以可以被方便洗去，虽然不是表面活性剂，但也可以充当清洁的功效。而且甘油相当温和，无论是刺激还是过敏的情况都非常之少，再加上甘油还具有保湿功效，可以一定程度上避免皮脂清洁后保湿能力下降的问题，洗完皮肤不会紧绷。
本发明产品的制备方法是：
⑴按比例加入纯水，加热至40℃；
⑵一边搅拌一边缓慢加入椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠到温水中，搅拌均匀；
⑶将椰油酰基甜菜碱、茶皂素、AEO-9和丙三醇加入到⑵溶液中，乳化10min；
⑷用温水完全溶解EDTA-Na2，加入到⑶溶液中；
⑸搅拌至透明；
⑹冷却，检验合格后，进行分装。
本发明具有以下优点：⑴特有芦荟清洁因子，泡沫细腻，能深层清洁手部皮肤；⑵含有芦荟精油，赋予本产品独特的香气，还能渗透深层肌肤，保湿润肤；⑶本产品含有天然抗微生物活性成分，能消毒杀菌，有效预防肠胃传染病、呼吸系统和皮肤传染病疾病；⑷本产品选用纯天然环境友好型原料，生物降解型号；⑸经实验证明，有效成份稳定，作用持久，保质期长。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明：
按照下表所列数据（重量百分比％）及所述步骤进行配置：
配方一：
芦荟草本提取物4.0-7.0，椰油酰基甜菜碱2.0-4.0，椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2.0-4.0，丙三醇1.0-2.0，EDTA-Na20.2-0.7，净化水至100。
配方二：
芦荟草本提取物4.0-7.0，椰油酰基甜菜碱3.0-4.0，椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3.0-4.0，丙三醇1.5-2.0，EDTA-Na20.3-0.7，净化水至100。
配方三：
芦荟草本提取物4.0-6.0，椰油酰基甜菜碱2.0-3.0，椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2.0-3.0，丙三醇1.0-1.8，EDTA-Na20.2-0.6，净化水至100。

1.本发明涉及一种芦荟草本清洁保湿泡沫洗手液，其特征在于具有如下配方（组分及其重量百分比％）：芦荟草本提取物4.0-7.0，椰油酰基甜菜碱2.0-4.0，椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3.0-6.0，AEO-91.0-3.0，丙三醇1.0-3.0，EDTA-Na20.2-0.7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿茶草本清洁保湿泡沫洗手液，其特征在于具有如下制备工艺：⑴按比例加入纯水，加热至40℃；⑵一边搅拌一边缓慢加入椰子油醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠到温水中，搅拌均匀；⑶将椰油酰基甜菜碱、茶皂素、AEO-9和丙三醇加入到⑵溶液中，乳化10min；⑷用温水完全溶解EDTA-Na2，加入到⑶溶液中；⑸搅拌至透明；⑹冷却，检验合格后，进行分装。
