本发明公开一种水稻苗前专用除草剂及其制备方法,所述除草剂由55‑60%的A组分和40‑45%的B组分组成;其中,A组分包括以下重量份成分:双丙胺膦16‑20份;环庚草醚8‑12份;唑嘧磺草胺10‑14份;三氟啶磺隆4‑6份;氯氟吡氧乙酸5‑15份;B组分包括以下重量份成分:去甲斑蝥素2‑6份;放线酰胺素1‑5份;松红梅精油4‑10份;大蒜油6‑12份;改性竹醋液10‑18份;乳化剂1‑2份。本发明通过合理复配A组分和B组分制出水稻苗前专用除草剂,杀草谱广,对稻田禾本科杂草、阔叶科杂草及莎草科杂草均很好的防效,且降解效率高,避免对残留药剂对水稻幼苗造成的药害损伤。

一种水稻苗前专用除草剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于农药除草剂领域,具体涉及一种水稻苗前专用除草剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
苗前除草是在水稻播种前到出苗前,使用除草剂喷雾处理土壤,进而封闭杀灭杂草,相比于苗后除草剂,杀草谱更宽,对土壤环境要求更低,安全性也更高一些。目前,水稻田常用的苗前除草剂包括氟乐灵、乙草胺、莠去津、2,4-D丁酯等,但连续多年大量使用单一化学除草剂时,可诱导稻田杂草产生抗药基因,同时,纯化学除草剂会对水稻生长产生不同程度的药害症状,例如,氟乐灵是一种长残效内吸传导型除草剂,主要防治稻田禾木科杂草和部分阔叶杂草,使用过量时,会被出土水稻幼苗吸收传导,引起水稻主根肿大,木质部变脆易折,次生根减少,甚至造成苗期死苗情况。
因此,研发一种对水稻无毒害作用、能高效防治水稻田杂草且不产生抗药性的苗前除草剂是现代农业发展亟待解决的难题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种水稻苗前专用除草剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种水稻苗前专用除草剂,所述除草剂由55-60%的A组分和40-45%的B组分组成;
其中,A组分包括以下重量份成分:
B组分包括以下重量份成分:
优选的是,所述乳化剂包括农乳300号、农乳400号、农乳600号、农乳700-2号的一种或几种。
优选的是,所述改性竹醋液的制备方法如下:将原竹醋液稀释50倍,加入碳酸钾溶液和氢氧化钾溶液的等体积混合液,使PH调至6.5,接种0.1-0.5%EM菌原液,25℃发酵3-7d,得改性竹醋液。
优选的是,所述碳酸钾溶液的浓度为0.5-1mol/L。
优选的是,所述氢氧化钾溶液的浓度为0.1-0.3mol/L。
一种水稻苗前专用除草剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份混合双丙胺膦、环庚草醚、唑嘧磺草胺、三氟啶磺隆、氯氟吡氧乙酸,配制A组分;
(2)按重量份混合松红梅精油、大蒜油后,将去甲斑蝥素、放线酰胺素溶解于混合精油中,再加入改性竹醋液和乳化剂,进行超声分散,配制B组分;
(3)按重量百分比混合A组分和B组分,即得所述水稻苗前专用除草剂。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明通过合理复配A组分和B组分制出水稻苗前专用除草剂,杀草谱广,对稻田禾本科杂草、阔叶科杂草及莎草科杂草均有很好的防效;同时,B组分中5种有效成分均为天然动植物及微生物提取物,环境相容性好,可被完全降解,安全性高,与A组分复配,协同增效,扩大杀草谱的同时,加速除草剂的分解效率,避免对残留药剂对水稻幼苗造成的药害损伤;此外,多种成分的组合能有效避免了稻田杂草对除草剂产生抗药性,延长了除草剂的使用时间。
(2)本发明中A组分由双丙胺膦、环庚草醚、唑嘧磺草胺、三氟啶磺隆、氯氟吡氧乙酸复合而成,其中,双丙胺膦是从土生放线菌和吸水链霉菌的发酵液中提取出的微生物农药,被稻田杂草传导吸收后,在其体内降解成含有C-P-C键的草丁膦和丙氨酸,抑制谷氨酰胺合成酶活性,阻断谷氨酸和其他氨基酸合成,蓄积游离氨,阻止光合作用,进而发挥除草效用,同时,双丙胺膦具有良好生物降解性,水稻苗前喷施时残留药剂可被土壤微生物迅速分解,不会对水稻幼苗造成毒害;环庚草醚是一种包括1,4-桉叶素单萜骨架结构的除草剂,避免了传统桉叶素的高挥发性,同时又保留了其除草性能,通过抑制杂草体内的酪氨酸转移酶进行高效防除;唑嘧磺草胺和三氟啶磺隆是乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制型除草剂,通过内吸传导的方式抑制支链氨基酸的合成使蛋白质合成受阻;氯氟吡氧乙酸主要用于防除稻田阔叶草,对水稻无害。
(3)本发明中B组分由去甲斑蝥素、放线酰胺素、松红梅精油、大蒜油、改性竹醋液、乳化剂组成,其中,去甲斑蝥素是从芫菁科昆虫体内提取出的天然单萜类化合物,对植物体内苏氨酸/丝氨酸蛋白磷酸酶具有强烈抑制作用,影响蛋白质和RNA的生物合成;放线酰胺素是从放线菌株的发酵液中提取出来的,阻遏叶绿体中的蛋白质翻译过程;大蒜油中富含大蒜素和有机硫化物等,能够驱虫杀菌,提高水稻幼苗抗虫害性能;松红梅精油中富含纤精酮和四甲基异丁酰基环己三酮等,通过三酮类天然物质抑制对羟基苯丙酮双氧化酶的活性,进而切断类胡萝卜素的合成,引起杂草叶片组织的白化;改性竹醋液不仅除去了原竹醋液中的有机酸成分,还除去了焦油类有害物质,在抗菌驱虫的同时,可作为植物生长调节剂,促进水稻生根、生叶。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
(1)将原竹醋液稀释50倍后,加入0.5mol/L碳酸钾溶液和0.1mol/L氢氧化钾溶液的等体积混合液,使PH调至6.5,接种0.1%EM菌原液,25℃发酵3d,得改性竹醋液;
(2)混合16份双丙胺膦、8份环庚草醚、10份唑嘧磺草胺、4份三氟啶磺隆、5份氯氟吡氧乙酸,配制A组分;
(3)混合4份松红梅精油、6份大蒜油后,将2份去甲斑蝥素、1份放线酰胺素溶解于混合精油中,再加入10份改性竹醋液和1份农乳300号,进行超声分散,配制B组分;
(4)将55%A组分和45%B组分混合均匀,即得所述水稻苗前专用除草剂。
实施例2
(1)将原竹醋液稀释50倍后,加入0.75mol/L碳酸钾溶液和
0.2mol/L氢氧化钾溶液的等体积混合液,使PH调至6.5,接种0.3%EM菌原液,25℃发酵5d,得改性竹醋液;
(2)混合18份双丙胺膦、10份环庚草醚、12份唑嘧磺草胺、5份三氟啶磺隆、10份氯氟吡氧乙酸,配制A组分;
(3)混合7份松红梅精油、9份大蒜油后,将4份去甲斑蝥素、3份放线酰胺素溶解于混合精油中,再加入14份改性竹醋液和1.5份农乳600号,进行超声分散,配制B组分;
(4)将58%A组分和42%B组分混合均匀,即得所述水稻苗前专用除草剂。
实施例3
(1)将原竹醋液稀释50倍后,加入1mol/L碳酸钾溶液和
0.3mol/L氢氧化钾溶液的等体积混合液,使PH调至6.5,接种0.5%EM菌原液,25℃发酵7d,得改性竹醋液;
(2)混合20份双丙胺膦、12份环庚草醚、14份唑嘧磺草胺、6份三氟啶磺隆、15份氯氟吡氧乙酸,配制A组分;
(3)混合10份松红梅精油、12份大蒜油后,将6份去甲斑蝥素、5份放线酰胺素溶解于混合精油中,再加入18份改性竹醋液和2份农乳700-2号,进行超声分散,配制B组分;
(4)将60%A组分和40%B组分混合均匀,即得所述水稻苗前专用除草剂。
以氟乐灵作为对比例,在4组土壤墒情相同,杂草数量、种类、长势相当的大田里播种水稻,播种后,立即喷施实施例1-3和对比例的500倍稀释液,进行苗前土壤封闭处理,试验结果如下表所示:

注:
药害等级根据药害程度的从0级依次排到10级,0级代表不会对水稻造成药害损伤,10级代表药害程度最高;
残药率=100%×(施药15d后单位面积土壤药剂检测含量/单位面积喷施量)。
由上表可知,本发明能高效防除稻田各类杂草,同时降解率高,不会造成水稻造成药害损伤。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种水稻苗前专用除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂由55-60%的A组分和40-45%的B组分组成;

3.根据权利要求1所述一种水稻苗前专用除草剂,其特征在于,所述改性竹醋液的制备方法如下:将原竹醋液稀释50倍,加入碳酸钾溶液和氢氧化钾溶液的等体积混合液,使PH调至6.5,接种0.1-0.5%EM菌原液,25℃发酵3-7d,得改性竹醋液。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种水稻苗前专用除草剂,其特征在于,所述碳酸钾溶液的浓度为0.5-1mol/L。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种水稻苗前专用除草剂,其特征在于,所述氢氧化钾溶液的浓度为0.1-0.3mol/L。
6.一种水稻苗前专用除草剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份混合双丙胺膦、环庚草醚、唑嘧磺草胺、三氟啶磺隆、氯氟吡氧乙酸,配制A组分;
(2)按重量份混合松红梅精油、大蒜油后,将去甲斑蝥素、放线酰胺素溶解于混合精油中,再加入改性竹醋液和乳化剂,进行超声分散,配制B组分;
(3)按重量百分比混合A组分和B组分,即得所述水稻苗前专用除草剂。
