技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种勘探用高强度承荷探测电缆。
背景技术
承荷探测电缆适用于承受机械负荷进行电气测量的油矿探测电缆,这类电缆用于各类油、气井的测井,射孔、取芯等作业;也可用于海洋调查,河流、港湾、水利、水文测量,煤田地质勘探,地热测井等方面。作为挂重仪器测量用连接线。因为在勘探时环境恶劣且需要承重,因此需要较好的机械性能,现有的有些电缆抗拉、耐挤压性能不够好。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种勘探用高强度承荷探测电缆。
技术方案:一种勘探用高强度承荷探测电缆,从外到内依次包括外护套、不锈钢外管、铠装层、内护层、不锈钢内管和阻燃层,所述阻燃层内具有多个线芯,所述线芯包括导体、位于导体外的绝缘层和位于绝缘层外的屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层和阻燃层之间具有填充物;所述不锈钢内管和内护层之间具有支架部,所述支架部包括包围不锈钢内管的圆环部和通过连接筋与所述圆环部连接的抵接部。
进一步地,所述线芯有3个。
进一步地,所述连接筋和抵接部均为6个。
进一步地,6个连接筋在圆环部外等间距分布。
进一步地,所述圆环部和内护层之间具有6个抗拉绳,相邻的连接筋之间具有1个抗拉绳。
进一步地,所述抵接部的截面呈弧形。
有益效果:本发明的电缆由于具有支架部,抗挤压性能好,并且具有双层不锈钢管和多个抗拉绳,抗拉性能好。

所述线芯有3个。所述连接筋和抵接部均为6个。6个连接筋在圆环部外等间距分布。所述圆环部和内护层之间具有6个抗拉绳,相邻的连接筋之间具有1个抗拉绳。所述抵接部的截面呈弧形。绝缘层由改性聚丙烯绝缘料制成。内护层材料是改性聚丙烯。
本发明的电缆由于具有支架部,抗挤压性能好,由于设置了双层不锈钢管,在使用过程中,抗拉伸性能好,设置了多个抗拉绳且多个抗拉绳分布均匀,进一步提升了电缆的机械强度。
