However, due to the characteristic that the glass substrate is thin and fragile, the traditional contact detection equipment has low detection efficiency and is very easy to damage the detected glass substrate.
The common non-contact detection equipment can well solve the problems, and the glass substrate to be detected is not required to be directly contacted, so that the possibility of damaging the glass substrate to be detected is avoided, and the detection efficiency can be improved. But non-contact detection equipment needs to ensure that the distance between a detection sensor and a glass substrate is kept stable, and the conventional electromechanical distance stabilizing device is generally adopted on the existing non-contact detection equipment to measure and ensure the distance between the measurement sensor and the measured glass substrate, so that the device has a complex structure and higher cost.
