背景技术
自清洁面料是指通过后期加工整理使面料具备表面超疏水或者光催化降解污染物的特殊性能以此来减少衣物的洗涤次数或实现衣物免洗减少洗涤剂的使用最终达到节能节水和环境友好的目的其中光催化自清洁面料的制备是将具有光催化效应的纳米颗粒负载于织物材料之上从而使材料不仅可以通过光催化降解有机污染物同时兼具杀菌除臭和防紫外线能力光催化自清洁面料由于其多功能性和较高的附加值已经成为服装工业倍受关注的热点方向之一。然而现有技术中的免洗面料可达到较优的免洗及防水效果,然而在抗菌性方面的性能仍然差强人意,需要进一步改进,以获得更优的抗菌效果。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种免洗剂及经其处理得到的服装面料,该免洗剂可使服装面料具有去污及强抗菌的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种免洗剂,按照重量份数计,该免洗剂包括:氟碳化合物共聚物2-4份,脂肪酸甘油酯6-9份,二烷基二甲基铵盐3-5份,烷基三甲基铵盐7-10份,聚季鏻铵盐1-4份,季铵盐3-5份,载银纳米二氧化钛粉体10-20份,硅烷偶联剂KH5700.5-1份,顺丁稀二酸酐0.5-1份,磷酸三辛脂0.5-1份,对羟基苯甲酸丁酯0.5-1份,去离子水20-30份,酒精10-20份。

本发明技术方案提供的免洗剂,加入了载银纳米二氧化钛、硅烷偶联剂KH570、顺丁稀二酸酐、磷酸三辛脂、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯、聚季鏻铵盐,其中,通过硅烷偶联剂KH570、顺丁稀二酸酐、磷酸三辛脂及对羟基苯甲酸丁酯对载银纳米二氧化钛进行改性,使改性载银纳米二氧化钛具有优异的抗菌效果及较好的吸附性,其可与氟碳化合物共聚物和聚季鏻铵盐结合,氟碳化合物共聚物具有优异的防水防油作用,聚季鏻铵盐和季铵盐的复配物具有良好的抗菌作用,通过改性载银二氧化钛的桥梁作用,使得氟碳化合物共聚物跟载银改性纳米二氧化钛以及聚季鏻铵盐和季铵盐的复配物相互交缠结合在一起,形成保护物质,从而赋予织物面料较好的防水、去污、抗菌等性能。

通过对载银二氧化钛粉体进行表征,包括其粒径分析、透镜电镜分析和成分分析,并采用硅烷偶联剂KH570、顺丁稀二酸酐、磷酸三辛脂、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯等改性剂对载银二氧化钛进行改性,以获得最佳改性效果的改性剂和较佳的改性配比,改性后的载银纳米二氧化钛粉体具有较优的抗菌效果。
在本实施例中,所述聚季鏻铵盐的制备主要分两步,首先以环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺作为反应单体,乙二胺为交联剂,通过逐步聚合反应制备聚季铵盐,然后利用醚化接枝反应,将带有P+的四羟甲基硫酸磷接枝到聚季铵盐的侧链上。具体地,聚季鏻铵盐的制备方法包括:
第一步,聚季铵盐的合成
将装有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器的四口烧瓶置于冰水浴中,向烧瓶加入二甲胺水溶液,待反应体系的温度降至10℃左右,用常压滴液漏斗缓慢滴加环氧氯丙烷,整个滴加过程始终保持反应体系的温度为10℃—20℃,滴完后加入少量交联剂,继续反应一段时间得到聚季铵盐,整个反应过程始终保持机械搅拌。
第二步,聚季铵盐与四羟甲基硫酸磷的醚化接枝反应
取第一步产物20ml加入装有温度计、冷凝管、搅拌器和常压滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶。在不断搅拌的情况下,待水浴升温至65℃,通过滴液漏斗缓慢滴加NaOH作为催化剂,滴完以后恒温反应一段时间,最后得到淡黄色的粘稠液体,即聚季鏻铵盐。其中,该聚季鏻铵盐的结构式如下:
在本实施例中,所述聚季鏻铵盐的粘度范围为600-700mPa.s。因为在制备聚季鏻铵盐时,当聚季鏻铵盐的粘度过大,会导致其阳离子度减小,所以为了使得聚季鏻铵盐具有合适的粘度和阳离子度,选择控制聚季鏻铵盐的粘度范围为600-700mPa.s。
进一步地,所述免洗剂还包括聚有机硅氧烷,所述聚有机硅氧烷的重量份数为3-5份。
本发明还提供一种服装面料,所述服装面料采用上述免洗剂处理坯布制得。
其中,所述处理坯布的过程包括:将坯布加入免洗剂中进行充分的超声浸渍,将充分浸渍后的面料在100-200℃温度下进行烘干,将烘干后的面料进行打卷。坯布在免洗剂中超声浸渍,使得免洗剂中的有效成分可快速且充分地进入坯布的纤维之间,甚至渗透至纤维内部,从而使坯布中的纤维受到多功能免洗剂中有效成分的充分保护,经100-200℃温度烘干后,浸泡过程中与坯布纤维充分结合的多功能免洗剂中的有效成分会随着烘干过程中水分的散失而牢固地与纤维结合,在坯布纤维的表面形成疏水、亲水物质相互交错排列,从而使坯布既可达到优异的抗水效果,又具有耐脏的效果。
在此,需要说明的是,坯布在免洗剂中超声浸渍时,小分子季铵盐可渗透到纤维的内部,对纤维内部进行改性,而大分子聚季鏻铵盐则主要吸附在纤维的表面,实现对纤维表面的改性。如此,通过小分子季铵盐与大分子聚季鏻铵盐的复配改性,可以更好地实现对纤维进行改性,赋予纤维优异的抗菌性等。
下面将结合具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。

其中,柔软性测试采用多人触摸的方式测定,规定最高等级为5,等级越高,织物柔软性越好。拒水性测试以水滴在织物表面3min后的接触角表征(接触角大于130°即说明表面具有较好的拒水性),采用静态接触角测试仪测试,抗菌性测试,使用的是大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,采用振荡烧瓶法测试。
根据表1可知,经过本发明实施例1至实施例3制得的服装面料,具有较好的手感,且水滴在服装面料的表面3min后的接触角都大于130°,说明该服装面料具有较好的拒水性,另外,经过本发明实施例1至实施例3制得的服装面料,还具有较高的抑菌率,抗菌性较好。

Claims (5)

1.一种免洗剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,该免洗剂包括:
氟碳化合物共聚物2-4份,
脂肪酸甘油酯6-9份,
二烷基二甲基铵盐3-5份,
烷基三甲基铵盐7-10份,
聚季鏻铵盐1-4份,
季铵盐3-5份,
载银纳米二氧化钛粉体10-20份,
硅烷偶联剂KH570 0.5-1份,
顺丁稀二酸酐0.5-1份,
磷酸三辛脂0.5-1份;
对羟基苯甲酸丁酯0.5-1份;
去离子水20-30份;
酒精10-20份。
2.如权利要求1所述的免洗剂,其特征在于,该免洗剂包括:
氟碳化合物共聚物2份,
脂肪酸甘油酯7份,
二烷基二甲基铵盐3份,
烷基三甲基铵盐7份,
聚季鏻铵盐3份,
季铵盐3份,
载银纳米二氧化钛粉体16份,
硅烷偶联剂KH570 0.6份,
顺丁稀二酸酐0.6份,
磷酸三辛脂0.6份;
对羟基苯甲酸丁酯0.6份;
去离子水25份;
酒精13份。
3.如权利要求1所述的免洗剂,其特征在于,所述载银纳米二氧化钛粉体的粒径为15-19nm。
4.如权利要求1所述的免洗剂,其特征在于,所述免洗剂还包括聚有机硅氧烷,所述聚有机硅氧烷的重量份数为3-5份。
5.一种服装面料,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的免洗剂处理坯布制得。
