本发明公开了一种高仿真机器人表皮化妆技术。此项发明是一种室温硅胶表皮化妆的创新技术。主要用于高仿真机器人表皮化妆,不排除用于其他方面的应用。解决了常规硅胶上妆对温度的需求、对设备的需求、对操作人员专业要求高、以及色彩出现问题不易进行修改等技术问题。以此达到了节省成本、易操作、易对色彩进行修改的有益效果。本发明的目的是代替现有化妆品的功用并实现在室温中进行表皮化妆,可达到灵活、自然、逼真有动感。

技术领域
本发明用于高仿真机器人化妆技术,特别是用于定制版高仿真机器人化妆技术。
背景技术
现有的硅胶上妆方式大概有三种:1、液体胶里面加色膏;在用液体硅胶制作硅胶产品时,在液体胶里面加入色膏搅拌均匀,这种方法做出的硅胶色牢度强,不易掉色。不足之处是一桶液体胶只能调一种颜色,在同一产品需要多种颜色时不太合适。2、硅胶产品表面刷色;一些产品成型后需要刷多种颜色,这时可以采用专业的硅胶油墨来上色,可以采用涂刷方式。不足之处是这种方式对硅胶油墨的质量要求比较高,另外硅胶油墨需要加高温才能更持久的保持颜色。3、转印或是移印;这个方式是利用移印胶头等转印图案工具,在胶头上蘸取油墨再转印到硅胶上面。这三种方式均需要高温固化保持化妆的工艺,而并且化妆效果的仿真度差,批量生产需要化妆用硅胶用量大,并且以转印为例,其还需要固定的模板,而对于客户定制版的高仿真机器人,其数量一般仅有一个,为其开模或者是配料则会增加生产成本,而采用单独化妆的方式会浪费大量原料,并且常温下难以将多种颜色固化,而每上一种颜色变高温固化一次无疑会增加定制版的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于代替化妆品,并克服上述背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种用于高仿真机器人表皮化妆或其他相关领域的硅胶上妆技术。其特征在于能够在室温下进行工作,解决了硅胶油墨需要加高温才能更持久保持颜色的问题;满足在色彩出现问题时容易进行修正的需求,解决了常规硅胶不易修色的问题。其颜色生动自然,色泽稳定不褪色,日常维护简单。满足实现机器人各种面部表情动作的需求。
具体的方案如下:
一种高仿真机器人的化妆方法,其中包括以下步骤:
1)、提供预处理的待化妆的硅像人物模胚;
2)、在化妆盘上倒入A、B组分,将A、B组分按1:1混合均匀,静置0.5-3h,然后向混合物中加入预定量的丙烯颜料,得到化妆硅胶;所述A组分由20-30%的有机硅树脂,60-70%的正庚烷,和5-20%的含氢硅油组成;所述组分B由3-10%的硅烷偶联剂,0.5-2%的铂金水,以及88-96.5%的正庚烷组成;
3)、用所述化妆硅胶在所述硅像人物模胚按照定制要求手工上妆;
4)、常温固化6-12h;
5)、喷涂保护层,干燥,得到所述定制版高仿真机器人。
进一步的,所述预处理的步骤包括:向硅像人物模胚待化妆的区域喷涂预处理剂,所述预处理剂为含有5-10wt%的聚丙烯酸、6-8wt%的聚乙基丙烯酸酯、3-5wt%的聚酰胺蜡、和4-6wt%的羧甲基纤维素的乙醇溶液;常温干燥,得到预处理层;
进一步的,所述喷涂保护层包括喷涂保护层,以及在所述保护层表面喷涂表层;所述喷涂保护层步骤包括:在步骤4固化后的所述人物模胚表面喷涂保护漆,紫外光辐照10-20s,得到保护层;所述保护漆为含有20-25wt%的含氯聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯,15-20wt%的丙烯酸丁酯,3-5wt%的聚偏氟乙烯,2-3wt%的十二烷基磺酸钠的乙醇溶液;
喷涂表层步骤:向所述保护层表面喷涂表层漆,常温干燥,所述表层漆为含有10-15wt%的二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷,3-8wt%的十二烷基磺酸钠,10-15wt%的氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂和2-4wt%的纳米二氧化硅的乙醇溶液。
进一步的,所述常温干燥的时间为30-60min。

本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)无需高温处理室温下可进行工作;
(2)无需购买设备节省成本;对操作人员专业要求不高,容易操作;
(3)上妆过程中发现色彩出现问题易修正;颜色生动自然,外观看起来极其逼真;颜色附着力强,色泽稳定不褪色;能够满足机器人头部转动以及面部表情即开合眼、张嘴等动作工作过程中不出现干裂,脱皮等现象。
(4)施加预处理层,通过喷涂预处理剂提高基材的抗腐蚀能力;
(5)保护层透光率高,能够保持印刷层的可视程度,并且具有较高的耐氧化性,耐腐蚀性和粘结性,强化保护层附着力强,不易开裂和脱落,能够有效的保护化妆层;
(6)表层中加入了消光作用的纳米氧化硅颗粒,使产品表面呈现皮肤的质感,并且加入硅氧烷,具有较高的耐磨性能以及具有较低的表面活性能,能够提高表面的耐磨性和抗污能力,并且加入氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂使表层具有类似人体皮肤一样的触感。
具体实施方式
在混合的A、B组分里再加入丙烯颜料,将两者一起调匀。丙烯颜料种类的选择和添加量要根据待化妆硅像人物的肤色、年龄人物身份、经历等一些列相关特征进行调整。

以老年妆皱纹特效化妆为例操作步骤如下:
皱纹胶,又叫老年胶、吹皱胶、乳胶等。使用方法分两步如下:
(1)拍胶吹皱:首先我们要根据吹皱的范围和皱纹的走向区分面部区域:眼角、泪囊、脸颊、鼻子、前额、眉间、太阳穴和颈部等。根据吹皱的部位用手把皮肤撑紧。用海绵蘸少量乳胶拍到撑紧的皮肤部位。乳胶涂匀后先用吹风机吹干乳胶,过程中皮肤需要始终保持撑紧的状态。这个过程最好两位化妆师共同操作。每个部位要进行三次左右的涂抹吹皱。在最后一层乳胶吹干后需敷上散粉以防止乳胶粘连。此时放开撑紧的皮肤便可以形成明显的皱纹。皮肤撑紧需要注意面部的皱纹走向。
1.拉伸皮肤(注意面部皱纹走向)
2.涂抹少量皱纹胶
3.使用吹风机吹干(皮肤始终保持撑紧的状态,以上三部需重复2-3次)
4.给皱纹胶敷上散粉
5.松开皮肤
(2)油彩上色:吹皱完成之后我们需要对面部进行上色,我们本次采用的是酒精油彩来上色。
在上色过程中我们需要熟悉老年人的面部特征。老年人的松弛皮肤、皮肤的颜色、皮肤的干枯。老年人的头发、胡子特征。不论胖瘦,老年人的额头部位都会表现出生理衰退的特征,我们需要在颞骨部位喷涂黄色酒精油彩,与额头的颜色相结合。在额丘下部眉弓上部喷涂棕色连接周围的黄色油彩以突出眉弓。之后在额头处用较浅的颜色表现皱纹。
太阳穴:喷涂暗黄色,使颞线和颧骨突出、使太阳穴凹陷。过程中始终要注意与周围颜色衔接。
颧骨:需要重点突出表现,由于老年人太阳穴处凹陷,我们可以在颧骨处喷涂亮黄色,让其突出来,颧骨最高点处喷涂棕少量红色作为腮红。用棕红色在颧骨下部涂棕色暗影与周围衔接。如果要特殊表现衰老和老年病人,就不必在颧骨处上腮红,需要上灰白色,减少血色。
眉间:由于皱眉肌伸缩产生的皱纹一般为二根,一长一短,要在暗线两侧涂上亮黄色,再将亮黄色揉开。
外眼角:皱纹形状为放射形。眼轮匝肌是圆形的皱纹,和眼轮匝肌呈90度直角,一般以3根为一组,可用牙签沾取暗影上色。
鼻根:降眉肌收缩时产生的横皱纹,二根要分段表现。
鼻梁:鼻梁处的暗影和上眼睑处的暗影相结合,到下眼睑处逐渐淡化。
鼻翼:鼻翼要加亮色,和鼻唇沟的暗影形成对比,显得鼻唇沟更深。
鼻唇沟:可让演员的嘴来回的笑动,找到鼻唇沟,画上两条暗线,然后将暗线向嘴角方向揉开,在暗线上的另一面用亮黄色涂上,向外部揉开。
口轮匝肌:人老后上唇产生放射性皱纹,用底色把嘴唇涂成与面部一样的颜色,然后化一些纵向的放射性皱纹,在每二根线之间涂上亮黄色。如是老头贴胡子就不用化,老太太上下都画。
嘴唇:用淡色油彩将唇线遮住,然后喷涂深棕红或咖啡色,体现薄嘴唇。
下嘴角:因为皮肤松驰,嘴角以外的皮肤下垂,所以下嘴角画上暗影色(两条很短的弧线),向嘴方向揉开。
下唇沟:在嘴唇下面用暗影色在下唇沟处画上一条短弧线,然后向下揉开,唇下面的暗影特别深。
牙齿:之前把需做的牙齿用酒精棉擦干净,然后用胶布贴上或用胶水刷上,之后刷上黑油彩或眼线液,也可用买现成的黑牙水,造成牙齿脱落的效果。
颌节结:外国人一般双下巴,带胡子就不用画,老太太需要画上亮黄色。
头发:用银色油漆笔或喷胶染白发,或者戴假发。
眉毛:一般不改变形状,用肉色涂一下使眉毛变浅,老头可用假眉毛。
睫毛:用肉色涂一下使睫毛变浅。
本发明的化妆方法的技术要点说明:
(1)室温下硅胶上妆技术。
(2)丙烯颜料与硅胶的融合。丙烯与硅胶之间的比例关系在实际操作过程中根据需求随时调整。
(3)每次上妆涂画硅胶的量一定要少,避免出现颜料堆积的问题。
(4)硅胶人物模胚上涂画的遍数要依据所定人物的面部生理特征(参考年龄、性别、职业等因素)而定。
(5)人体硅胶为铂催化剂。水、杂质、有机锡催化剂、酸、碱等其他含硫、磷、氮的有机物可影响硅胶的固化,因此使用调配时不能混入或接触这些物质。
实施例1
1)、提供硅像人物模胚,向硅像人物模胚待化妆的区域喷涂预处理剂,所述预处理剂为含有5wt%的聚丙烯酸、6wt%的聚乙基丙烯酸酯、3wt%的聚酰胺蜡、和4wt%的羧甲基纤维素的乙醇溶液;25摄氏度干燥30min,得到含有预处理层的待化妆硅像人物模胚;
2)、在化妆盘上倒入A、B组分,将A、B组分按1:1混合均匀,静置0.5h,然后向混合物中中加入预定量的丙烯颜料,得到化妆硅胶;所述A组分由20%的有机硅树脂,60%的正庚烷,和20%的含氢硅油组成;所述组分B由3%的硅烷偶联剂,0.5%的铂金水,以及96.5%的正庚烷组成;
3)、用所述化妆硅胶在所述硅像人物模胚按照定制要求手工上妆;
4)、常温固化6h;
5)、喷涂保护层:在步骤4固化后的所述人物模胚表面喷涂保护漆,紫外光辐照10s,得到保护层;所述保护漆为含有20wt%的含氯聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯,15wt%的丙烯酸丁酯,3wt%的聚偏氟乙烯,2wt%的十二烷基磺酸钠的乙醇溶液;
喷涂表层:向所述保护层表面喷涂表层漆,25摄氏度干燥30min,得到所述定制版高仿真机器人。所述表层漆为含有10wt%的二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷,3wt%的十二烷基磺酸钠,10wt%的氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂和2wt%的纳米二氧化硅的乙醇溶液。
实施例2

喷涂表层:向所述保护层表面喷涂表层漆,25摄氏度干燥60min,得到所述定制版高仿真机器人。所述表层漆为含有15wt%的二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷,8wt%的十二烷基磺酸钠,15wt%的氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂和4wt%的纳米二氧化硅的乙醇溶液。
实施例3
1)、提供硅像人物模胚,向硅像人物模胚待化妆的区域喷涂预处理剂,所述预处理剂为含有8wt%的聚丙烯酸、8wt%的聚乙基丙烯酸酯、3wt%的聚酰胺蜡、和5wt%的羧甲基纤维素的乙醇溶液;25摄氏度干燥40min,得到含有预处理层的待化妆硅像人物模胚;
2)、在化妆盘上倒入A、B组分,将A、B组分按1:1混合均匀,静置1h,然后向混合物中中加入预定量的丙烯颜料,得到化妆硅胶;所述A组分由30%的有机硅树脂,60%的正庚烷,和10%的含氢硅油组成;所述组分B由5%的硅烷偶联剂,1%的铂金水,以及94%的正庚烷组成;
3)、用所述化妆硅胶在所述硅像人物模胚按照定制要求手工上妆;
4)、常温固化8h;
5)、喷涂保护层:在步骤4固化后的所述人物模胚表面喷涂保护漆,紫外光辐照20s,得到保护层;所述保护漆为含有25wt%的含氯聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯,15wt%的丙烯酸丁酯,5wt%的聚偏氟乙烯,2wt%的十二烷基磺酸钠的乙醇溶液;
喷涂表层:向所述保护层表面喷涂表层漆,25摄氏度干燥40min,得到所述定制版高仿真机器人。所述表层漆为含有10wt%的二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷,8wt%的十二烷基磺酸钠,10wt%的氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂和4wt%的纳米二氧化硅的乙醇溶液。
本发明的方法无需高温处理室温下可进行工作;无需购买设备节省成本;对操作人员专业要求不高,容易操作;上妆过程中发现色彩出现问题易修正;
本发明的方法得到的产品颜色生动自然,外观看起来极其逼真;颜色附着力强,色泽稳定不褪色;能够满足机器人头部转动以及面部表情即开合眼、张嘴等动作工作过程中不出现干裂,脱皮等现象。具有较高的耐氧化性,耐腐蚀性和粘结性,强化保护层附着力强,不易开裂和脱落,能够有效的保护化妆层;产品表面呈现皮肤的质感,具有较高的耐磨性能以及抗污能力,并且具有类似人体皮肤一样的触感。
尽管本发明的内容已经通过上述优选实施例作了详细介绍,但是应当认识到上述的描述不应被认为是对本发明的限制。

Claims (3)

1.一种高仿真机器人的化妆方法,其中包括以下步骤:
1)、提供预处理的待化妆的硅像人物模胚;所述预处理的步骤包括:向硅像人物模胚待化妆的区域喷涂预处理剂,所述预处理剂为含有5-10wt%的聚丙烯酸、6-8wt%的聚乙基丙烯酸酯、3-5wt%的聚酰胺蜡、和4-6wt%的羧甲基纤维素的乙醇溶液;常温干燥,得到预处理层;
2)、在化妆盘上倒入A、B组分,将A、B组分按1:1混合均匀,静置0.5-3h,然后向混合物中加入预定量的丙烯颜料,得到化妆硅胶;所述A组分由20-30%的有机硅树脂,60-70%的正庚烷,和5-20%的含氢硅油组成;所述组分B由3-10%的硅烷偶联剂,0.5-2%的铂金水,以及88-96.5%的正庚烷组成;
3)、用所述化妆硅胶在所述硅像人物模胚按照定制要求手工上妆;
4)、常温固化6-12h;
5)、喷涂保护层,所述喷涂保护层包括喷涂保护层,以及在所述保护层表面喷涂表层;所述喷涂保护层步骤包括:在步骤4固化后的所述人物模胚表面喷涂保护漆,紫外光辐照10-20s,得到保护层;所述保护漆为含有20-25wt%的含氯聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯,15-20wt%的丙烯酸丁酯,3-5wt%的聚偏氟乙烯,2-3wt%的十二烷基磺酸钠的乙醇溶液;喷涂表层步骤:向所述保护层表面喷涂表层漆,常温干燥,所述表层漆为含有10-15wt%的二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷,3-8wt%的十二烷基磺酸钠,10-15wt%的氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂和2-4wt%的纳米二氧化硅的乙醇溶液;干燥,得到定制版高仿真机器人。
2.如权利要求1所述一种高仿真机器人的化妆方法,所述常温干燥的时间为30-60min。
3.如权利要求1所述一种高仿真机器人的化妆方法,其中所述常温干燥温度为20-30摄氏度。
