As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in order to restrain the hunting of the truck and increase the running speed of the vehicle, an anti-hunting device 4 is provided on the truck 1, the anti-hunting device 4 includes a lateral control lever 41 and an anti-hunting damper 42, the lateral control lever 41 is rotatably connected with the truck 1, a longitudinal stop assembly is provided on the lateral control lever 41, when the road-rail semitrailer 2 is hung with the truck 1, the end of the road-rail semitrailer 2 contacts with the longitudinal stop assembly on the lateral control lever 41, in this embodiment, the anti-hunting dampers are two, the two anti-hunting dampers are symmetrically provided on both ends of the lateral control lever, one end of the anti-hunting damper 42 is connected with the corresponding end of the lateral control lever 41, and the other end is connected with the truck 1.
The welding frame 11 of the truck bogie 1 is provided with a locating pin 43, the middle part of the transverse control rod 41 is provided with a locating pin rotating hole 44 correspondingly matched with the locating pin 43, the welding frame 11 of the truck bogie 1 is rotationally connected with the transverse control rod 41 through the locating pin 43, the transverse control rod 41 can rotate in the horizontal direction relative to the truck bogie 1, the longitudinal stop assembly comprises at least two longitudinal stops 45, the longitudinal stops 45 are fixedly connected to the transverse control rod 41 through longitudinal stop mounting seats 46, the end faces of the longitudinal stops 45 are on the same vertical plane, the longitudinal stops 45 are in contact with end beams at two ends of the highway-railway semitrailer 2, a buffering effect is achieved, and through the arrangement of the longitudinal stops, the transverse control rod can rotate along with the semitrailer around the locating pin on the truck bogie, so that a rotation resistance moment is provided for the truck bogie when a curve passes through.
In this embodiment, the longitudinal stop assembly includes two longitudinal stops 45, the longitudinal stops 45 are fixedly connected to the transverse control rod 41 through the longitudinal stop mounting seat 48, the two longitudinal stops 45 are distributed on two sides of the locating pin rotation hole, the longitudinal stops 45 are in contact with an end beam of the highway-railway dual-purpose semitrailer 2, the longitudinal stops 45 are made of rubber or rubber metal composite materials, the stop stiffness of the longitudinal stops 45 is set according to requirements, the damping force of the anti-snake shock absorber can be transmitted to the semitrailer through the transverse control rod and the longitudinal stops, so that the problem that the anti-snake shock absorber cannot be fastened with the semitrailer is solved, an adjusting base plate is arranged between the longitudinal stops 45 and the longitudinal stop mounting seat 48, and the compression amount of the longitudinal stops when the semitrailer and the bogie are connected can be changed by increasing or decreasing the adjusting base plate. The proper rotation damping can be provided for the road-railway semitrailer and the truck bogie by reasonably selecting the length of the transverse control rod, the longitudinal stop stiffness and the damping coefficient of the anti-snake vibration damper.
As shown in fig. 7, the welding frame 11 is provided with a coupler rotation stop 20 and a transverse control rod rotation stop 47 to limit the swing movement deflection angle of the coupler and the semitrailer, and avoid the folding effect of the bogie and the train body along the longitudinal direction of the train so as to ensure that the derailment coefficient of the train under the railway working condition does not exceed the standard requirement when the train is compressed.
The process of forming a highway-railway intermodal truck is further described below in conjunction with fig. 8.
As shown in step 1 of fig. 8, the road-railway semitrailer 2 is placed in the center of a track, the upper plane of the track is level with the ground, the road-railway semitrailer 2 is placed on the ground plane by the supporting device 24, and the relative height of the automobile wheel axle 22 and the frame 21 is in the position A; the truck bogie 1 is placed in front of the front end beam 211 of the road-rail semitrailer 2, and the side of the slope 12 is directed toward the front end beam 211.
As shown in step 2 of fig. 8, the truck bogie 1 is pushed into the lower plane of the front end beam 211 until the front end beam 211 contacts the longitudinal stopper 45, the front end of the highway and railway semitrailer 2 is lifted during the pushing process, the connecting pin 33 is lifted, and the connecting pin passes through the spherical hinge 34 and the connecting box 32, so that the coupling is completed, and at this time, the rear end beam 213 is inclined downward.
As shown in fig. 8, step 3, another truck 1 is placed behind the rear end beam 213 of the highway-railway semitrailer 2 with the side of the slope 12 of the truck 1 facing the rear end beam 213.
As shown in step 4 of fig. 8, the truck bogie 1 is pushed into the lower plane of the rear end beam 213 until the rear end beam 213 contacts with the longitudinal stopper 45, and the rear end of the highway and railway semitrailer 2 is lifted during the pushing process, and the connecting pin 33 is lifted, and passes through the spherical hinge 34 and the connecting box 32, thereby completing the hitch.
As shown in step 3 of fig. 8, when the truck bogie 1 contacts with the rear end beam 213, the contact point is on the right side of the O point, so as to prevent the excessive moment arm of the contact force, and cause the truck bogie 1 to rotate around the O point, therefore, the inclination angle of the lower portion of the slope 12 is increased, so that the coupler end of the truck bogie 1 cannot be tilted by the truck semi-trailer 2 when the lower surface of the truck bogie contacts with the lower surface of the truck semi-trailer 2 and bears the weight of the truck semi-trailer 2.
As shown in fig. 8, step 4, in the process of sliding the frame 21 of the road-rail dual-purpose semitrailer 2 on the bogie slope 12, the wheel axle air suspension device 25 of the road-rail dual-purpose semitrailer 2 loses load and stretches, and the wheel axle 22 of the vehicle keeps contact with the ground and is in the position B. After the coupling is completed, the control valve of the wheel axle air suspension device 25 with the lifting function is operated to lift the automobile wheel axle 22 to a position C higher than the position A of the highway working condition, and the automobile wheel axle 22 is supported during railway operation so as to keep a safe distance from the rail surface.
As shown in fig. 8, step 4, the coupler buffer device 16 is arranged on the welding frame 11 of the truck bogie 1, and then is connected with the frame 21 of the highway and railway semitrailer 2 through the traction coupling device 3 on the welding frame 11, and a complete railway special truck is formed through the traction coupling device 3, and the connection relationship among the coupler buffer device 16, the truck bogie 1 and the frame 21 is completely different from that of a traditional truck.
As shown in step 4 of fig. 8, after the connection is completed, the frame 21 forms a certain inclination angle with the ground, and as the connection point is a spherical hinge, the frame 21 of the highway and railway dual-purpose semitrailer 2 becomes a two-force rod, so that the longitudinal force is always along the connection line of the connection point, thereby keeping the horizontal and improving the negative influence of the vertical component force generated by the inclination of the frame 21 on the wheel weight; the nodding degree of freedom of the frame 21 and the truck bogie 1 is released, and the connecting pin 33 only bears shearing force and does not bear bending moment.

Claims (8)

1. the connecting section of the traction plate (31) is provided with a mounting hole (311), the connecting box (32) is provided with a connecting pin hole (321), the connecting section of the traction plate (31) is inserted into the connecting box (32) and connected through a connecting pin (33) penetrating through the connecting pin hole (321) and the mounting hole (311), the mounting hole (311) is internally embedded with a spherical hinge (34), the spherical hinge (34) is arranged between the connecting pin (33) and the mounting hole (311), the spherical hinge (34) enables the highway-railway dual-purpose semi-trailer frame to be a two-force rod, the longitudinal direction of the two-force rod is always along the connecting point connecting line, the connecting pin (33) only bears shearing force and does not bear bending moment, the connecting pin (33) sequentially penetrates through the elastic guide sleeve (35), the traction plate (31) and the pin hole of the connecting box (32) from bottom to top to finish the connection of the highway-railway semi-trailer and the truck bogie;
the connecting section end of the traction plate (31) is provided with a wedge-shaped connecting guiding profile in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, the horizontal guiding profile (312) is composed of a section of minor arc and two sections of folding lines, the folding points of the folding lines are traction plate stress shoulders (313), the vertical guiding profile (314) is composed of two symmetrical folding lines and a straight line section, the whole body is in a V shape which is horizontally placed, a chamfer (315) is arranged at the transverse section of the traction plate stress shoulders (313) of the traction plate (31), and the connecting box (32) has a side rolling degree of freedom relative to the traction plate (31).
