Abstract
The invention discloses a fixing device, which comprises a first fixing piece, a first fixing belt, a second fixing piece and a second fixing belt, wherein the first fixing piece is fixed on the first fixing belt; the first fixing piece comprises a first fixing buckle, the first fixing buckle is provided with a first connecting part and a first fixing part, and the first fixing belt is detachably connected to the first connecting part; the second fixing piece comprises a second fixing buckle, the second fixing buckle is provided with a second connecting part and a second fixing part, and the second fixing belt is detachably connected to the second connecting part; the first fixing part further comprises a first magnetic buckle, the first magnetic buckle is arranged on the first fixing part, the second fixing part further comprises a second magnetic buckle, the second magnetic buckle is arranged on the second fixing part, and the first fixing part and the second fixing part are mutually connected through the magnetic attraction effect of the first magnetic buckle and the second magnetic buckle. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to product accessories, in particular to a fixing device and a mask with the fixing device.
Background
Mask products such as respirators, face masks and the like are typically secured to the head of the user by a fixed headband. The fixed headband used on the mask product at present often has the problems of complicated structure, complex fixing steps and the like, so that the mask product is difficult to wear.
The invention aims to provide a fixing device and a mask with the same, and aims to solve the problems that the fixing device in the prior art is complex in structure and difficult to wear.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a fixing device 100 including a first fixing member 110, a first fixing band 120, a second fixing member 130, and a second fixing band 140; the first fixing element 110 comprises a first fixing buckle 111, the first fixing buckle 111 has a first connection portion 1111 and a first fixing portion 1112, and the first fixing strap 120 is detachably connected to the first connection portion 1111; the second fixing member 130 includes a second fixing buckle having a second connecting portion and a second fixing portion, and the second fixing strap 140 is detachably connected to the second connecting portion; the first fixing member 111 further includes a first magnetic buckle 112 disposed on the first fixing portion 1112, the second fixing member 130 further includes a second magnetic buckle disposed on the second fixing portion, and the first fixing member 110 and the second fixing member 130 are connected to each other through a magnetic attraction effect of the first magnetic buckle 112 and the second magnetic buckle.
The fixing device can be applied to products such as masks and the like, has simple structure, adjustable length of the fixing belt and simple fixing steps, and provides convenience for the use of the products.
There may be a plurality of connection modes for the first fixing band and the first connection portion. Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in the embodiment, a male hook and loop fastener 1113 is disposed on the first connection portion 111, a female hook and loop fastener is disposed on the first fixing band 120, and the first fixing band 120 is detachably connected to the first connection portion 1111 through connection between the female hook and loop fastener 1113; the second fixing strap is detachably connected to the second connecting portion in the same manner, and the details are not repeated here.

There may be various connection modes between the first magnetic buckle and the first fixing portion and between the second magnetic buckle and the second fixing portion. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, a first accommodating groove 1117 is formed on the first fixing buckle 111 for accommodating the first magnetic buckle. The first accommodating groove 1117 may be located at any position of the first fixing portion, and the first accommodating groove 1117 of this embodiment is located on a first bottom surface of the first fixing portion, where the first bottom surface is an opposite surface of the first fixing portion that is in contact with the second fixing portion.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the first fixing sleeve 113 further includes a first extension wall 1132, and the first extension wall 1132 extends along one side wall of the first fixing sleeve 113 and is attached to the first bottom surface of the second fixing portion. Likewise, the second harness may also include a second extending wall. This scheme makes the magnetism detain and installs inside the mounting, when avoiding the magnetism to detain and drop easily, still makes the outward appearance of mounting more succinct, pleasing to the eye.

Referring to fig. 5, the installation steps of the fixing device of the present embodiment are as follows: connecting the first fixing band 120 with the male hook-and-loop fastener 1113 of the first fixing buckle through the female hook-and-loop fastener, thereby connecting the first fixing band 120 to the first fixing buckle; pressing the first fixing band 120 by rotating the first card 1114; the first magnetic buckle 112 is clamped in a first accommodating groove (not shown) of the first fixing buckle; then, the assembly member of the first fixing buckle and the first fixing strap 120 passes through the first through hole 1131 of the first fixing sleeve 113, so that the first through hole 1131 is sleeved outside the joint of the first fixing buckle and the first fixing strap 120, thereby completing the connection between the first fixing strap and the first fixing member; connecting the second fixing belt and the second fixing piece in the same way; the first fixing part and the second fixing part can be mutually connected through the magnetic attraction effect between the first magnetic buckle 112 and the second magnetic buckle, so that the fixing device of the embodiment can be used for fixing products on various products such as masks and the like.
A second embodiment of the present invention provides a mask having the fastening device of the first embodiment, wherein the opposite ends of the first fastening tape and the connecting end of the second fastening tape are connected to the opposite sides of the mask, respectively, and the mask is fastened to the head of a user by the connection of the first fastening element and the second fastening element.
Referring to fig. 6, a fixing device according to a third embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that the first fixing buckle 211 includes a first connecting portion, a first fixing hole 2119 is formed in the first connecting portion, and the first fixing hole 2119 penetrates through a plane where the first connecting portion is located; the first end 221 of the first fastening strap 220 is bent toward the first fastening strap 220 after passing through the first fastening hole 2119.
The first end 221 of the first fixing strap of the present invention can be detachably fixed on the first fixing strap by a hook and loop fastening method after passing through the first fixing hole, thereby realizing the detachable connection between the first fixing strap 220 and the first fixing loop 211.
Preferably, the first fixing member further includes a first fixing sleeve, and after the first fixing band is connected to the first connecting member, the first fixing sleeve is disposed at the bending portion of the first fixing band. The present embodiment can adjust the length of the first fixing band by adjusting the length of the first end 221 passing through the first fixing hole 2119, thereby expanding the range of use of the fixing device.

A fixing device is characterized by comprising a first fixing piece, a first fixing belt, a second fixing piece and a second fixing belt; the first fixing piece comprises a first fixing buckle, the first fixing buckle is provided with a first connecting part and a first fixing part, and the first fixing belt is detachably connected to the first connecting part; the second fixing piece comprises a second fixing buckle, the second fixing buckle is provided with a second connecting part and a second fixing part, and the second fixing belt is detachably connected to the second connecting part; the first fixing piece further comprises a first magnetic buckle, the first magnetic buckle is arranged on the first fixing part, the second fixing piece further comprises a second magnetic buckle, the second magnetic buckle is arranged on the second fixing part, and the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are mutually connected through the magnetic attraction effect of the first magnetic buckle and the second magnetic buckle;
the first fixing piece further comprises a first fixing sleeve, and after the first fixing belt is connected to the first connecting part, the first fixing sleeve is sleeved outside the connecting part of the first fixing belt and the first connecting part;
the second fixing piece also comprises a second fixing sleeve, and after the second fixing belt is connected to the second connecting part, the second fixing sleeve is sleeved outside the joint of the second fixing belt and the second connecting part;
the first fixing sleeve further comprises a first extending wall, the first extending wall extends along one side wall of the first fixing sleeve and is attached to the first bottom surface of the first fixing part, and the first magnetic buckle is located between the first bottom surface and the first extending wall;
