The technical scheme of the invention is further described below by the specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides a massage apparatus including a double turnover mechanism 4 and a wrapping material wrapped outside the double turnover mechanism 4. The double-tilting mechanism 4 includes an upper tilting plate 401, a side plate 402, a base 403, a first rotating assembly 404, and a second rotating assembly 405. The wrapping material is wrapped on the outer side of the upper roll-over plate 401 to form an upper massage part 1 which can be used for massaging the knee or calf part, the wrapping material is wrapped on the outer side of the side plate 402 to form a connecting plate 2 which is mainly used for connecting, and the wrapping material is wrapped on the outer side of the base 403 to form a lower massage part 3 which is mainly used for massaging the foot. Therefore, the upper roll-over plate 401 mainly serves as a supporting member of the upper massage part 1 of the massage apparatus; the side plates 402 mainly serve as support members for the connection plates 2 of the massage device; the base 403 mainly serves as a supporting member for the lower massage part 3 of the massage apparatus; the upper end of the side plate 402 is rotatably connected with the upper turning plate 401 through the first rotating assembly 404; the lower end of the side plate 402 is connected to the base 403 through the second rotating member 405.
Specifically, the conventional massage apparatus has only the connection plate 2 and the lower massage part 3 rotatably connected, cannot be adjusted for any position among a plurality of parts such as feet, lower legs, knees, etc., and the sitting posture of a person is limited by the massage apparatus, and experience is poor. The double turnover mechanism 4 provided in this embodiment is favorable to letting the upper massage portion 1, the connecting plate 2 and the lower massage portion 3 all rotate, can be used for massaging the knee when the upper massage portion 1 rotates to first angle, can be used for massaging the shank when the upper massage portion 1 rotates to the second angle, and the double turnover mechanism 4 is also favorable to adjusting the angle between the upper massage portion 1, the connecting plate 2 and the lower massage portion 3 according to the position of sitting of the human body to improve user experience.
In this embodiment, the first rotating assembly 404 includes a first rotating block 4041, a second rotating block 4042, a bolt 4043, a nut, a washer, and a first spring 4044. Preferably, the number of the clamping grooves is at least two, and may be two, three, four, five or more, and the clamping grooves are uniformly arranged around the rotation shaft of the first rotating block 4041.
Specifically, under the action of the first spring 4044, the clamping groove in the first rotating block 4041 is clamped with the boss in the second rotating block 4042, thereby fixing the angle between the upper turning plate 401 and the side plate 402. When an external force is applied to make the first rotating block and the second rotating block 4042 coaxially rotate, the boss is clamped with different clamping grooves, so that the upper turnover plate 401 and the side plate 402 can be fixed at different angles.
Further, the card slot includes: a first bevel 40411 and a second bevel 40412. The included angle between the first inclined surface 40411 and the horizontal plane is smaller than 45 degrees; the second inclined surface 40412 forms an angle with the horizontal plane of more than 45 degrees. In particular, such an arrangement can ensure that only one-way rotation can occur between the upper flipping plate 401 and the side plate 402, and rotation cannot occur, which is advantageous in preventing erroneous rotation between the upper flipping plate 401 and the lower flipping plate.
In this embodiment, the second rotating assembly 405 includes a first rotating block 4051 and an insertion mechanism. The first rotating block 4051 is fixedly connected with the base 403, and a plurality of insertion holes 40511 are formed in the first rotating block 4051 and around the axis of the first rotating block 4051. The insertion mechanism is fixedly connected with the side plate 402, and when the side plate 402 and the base 403 rotate to different angles, the insertion mechanism is inserted into different insertion holes 40511.
Specifically, the fixing of the angle between the side plate 402 and the base 403 can be achieved by inserting the insertion mechanism into a different receptacle 40511. Simple structure and high reliability.
Preferably, the insertion mechanism includes a second rotating block 4052, a latch 4053, a cocking lever 4054, a second spring 4055, and a pulling assembly. The second rotating block 4052 is coaxially and rotatably connected with the first rotating block 4051, and a through hole is formed in the second rotating block 4042; one end of the plug 4053 is inserted into the through hole and is slidably connected with the through hole; the first end of the warping rod 4054 is hinged with the other end of the bolt 4053, and the middle part of the warping rod 4054 is rotatably connected with a fixedly arranged supporting shaft; the second spring 4055 is located between the second end of the tilting bar 4054 and the side plate 402, and the second spring 4055 is used for driving the latch 4053 to be inserted into the insertion hole 40511 by pressing elastic force to the tilting bar 4054; a pulling assembly is coupled to the second end of the tilt rod 4054 for applying a pulling force to the tilt rod 4054 to drive the latch 4053 out of the receptacle 40511. The pulling assembly includes, among other things, an upper limit plate 4056, a lower limit plate 4057, a button 4058, and a pull wire 4059. A sliding hole is formed in the middle of the upper limiting plate 4056; a chute is arranged in the middle of the lower limit plate 4057; the button 4058 is located between the upper limit plate 4056 and the lower limit plate 4057, the upper portion of the button 4058 is slidably connected with the sliding hole, and the lower portion of the button 4058 is slidably connected with the sliding groove; one end of the pull wire 4059 is fixedly connected with the button 4058, and the other end of the pull wire 4059 is fixedly connected with the second end of the warping rod 4054. The upper part of the connecting plate 2 is provided with a yielding groove 201, the button 4058 is positioned in the yielding groove 201, and the button 4058 can be operated by extending a hand into the yielding groove 201.
Specifically, pushing the button 4058 from below to above pulls the wire 4059, thereby pulling the second end of the tilt lever 4054 and disengaging the latch 4053 from the receptacle 40511. The connection plate 2 and the lower massage part 3 are rotated to a proper angle, the button 4058 is released, the button 4058 is reset under the action of the second spring 4055 and the latch 4053 is inserted into the corresponding insertion hole 40511, thereby achieving positioning of the side plate 402 and the base 403.
