Abstract

本发明公开了一种多层创面敷贴，包括医用纤维布层，医用纤维布层上附着有玻璃纤维层、胶层，还包括隔离层和附着于隔离层一面的敷料层，隔离层另一面通过静电膜层吸附于玻璃纤维层上。本发明能有效避免撕下创面敷贴时对伤口造成的机械性损伤，具有成本低、生产方便的优点。

一种多层创面敷贴
技术领域
本发明涉及医用敷贴领域领域，具体是一种多层创面敷贴。
背景技术
创面敷贴用于覆盖创伤部位，以起到隔离伤口的目的。现有的创面敷贴一般为多层结构，多层结构中通过敷料层直接与伤口接触，并且通过敷料层周围的压敏胶与伤口周围皮肤粘结。现有的创面敷贴其敷料层多为医用纱布，在更换时存在易对伤口造成机械性损伤的问题。而产生机械性损伤的主要原因是医用纱布与伤口易黏结，由于压敏胶的粘力作用，在撕下创面敷贴时需要用力，敷料层与其他层作为整体结构受力被撕下时会损伤正在愈合的伤口。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多层创面敷贴，以解决现有技术创面敷贴存在的会对伤口造成机械性损伤的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：包括医用纤维布层，医用纤维布层上附着有玻璃纤维层，以及环绕在玻璃纤维层周围的胶层，还包括隔离层、敷料层，敷料层附着于隔离层一面，隔离层另一面附着有静电膜层，且隔离层通过静电膜层吸附于玻璃纤维层上。
所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述医用纤维布层为无纺布制成。
所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述胶层为医用压敏胶。
所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述隔离层采用PE膜。
所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述敷料层为弹性纱布层。
所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述弹性纱布层由棉纤维和PPT纤维混纺得到。
所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述敷料层呈多段连续的S形层叠置于隔离层，敷料层最下层端部连接于隔离层。
所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述医用纤维布层和玻璃纤维层经热压工艺压合为层结构，敷料层最下层端部通过热压工艺连接于隔离层。
本发明中，将医用纤维布层与隔离层之间通过静电膜层、玻璃纤维层吸附连接。需要撕下创面敷贴时，首先可对创面敷贴加热，使静电膜层吸附力减小，然后再撕去胶层粘结部分，由于静电膜层吸附力减小，隔离层与静电膜层之间易脱离，隔离层、敷料层不会作为整体结构随医用纤维布层、静电膜层被撕去，因此不会因为撕取时用力对愈合的伤口造成机械性损伤。
本发明中，采用棉纤维和PPT纤维混纺得到敷料层，由于PPT纤维使敷料层存在一定的弹性。同时敷料层为多段连续S形层叠结构，在撕去医用纤维布层、静电膜层后，可通过隔离层一层一层揭去敷料层，进一步防止敷料层与伤口黏结时对伤口造成机械性损伤。
与现有技术相比，本发明改进了传统的采用纱布作为敷料层的创面敷贴结构，能有效避免撕下创面敷贴时对伤口造成的机械性损伤。并且本发明与采用水凝胶作为敷料层的创面敷贴相比，具有成本低、生产方便的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种多层创面敷贴，包括医用纤维布层1，医用纤维布层1上附着有玻璃纤维层2，以及环绕在玻璃纤维层2周围的胶层3，还包括隔离层4、敷料层5，敷料层5附着于隔离层4一面，隔离层4另一面附着有静电膜层6，且隔离层4通过静电膜层6吸附于玻璃纤维层2上。
本发明中，医用纤维布层1为无纺布制成。胶层3为医用压敏胶。隔离层4采用PE膜。敷料层5为弹性纱布层，弹性纱布层由棉纤维和PPT纤维混纺得到。
本发明中，敷料层5呈多段连续的S形层叠置于隔离层，敷料层5最下层端部连接于隔离层4。
本发明中，医用纤维布层1和玻璃纤维层2经热压工艺压合为层结构，敷料层5最下层端部通过热压工艺连接于隔离层4。

Claims (4)

1.一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：包括医用纤维布层，医用纤维布层上附着有玻璃纤维层，以及环绕在玻璃纤维层周围的胶层，还包括隔离层、敷料层，敷料层附着于隔离层一面，隔离层另一面附着有静电膜层，且隔离层通过静电膜层吸附于玻璃纤维层上；所述敷料层为弹性纱布层，所述弹性纱布层由棉纤维和PPT纤维混纺得到；所述敷料层呈多段连续的S形层叠置于隔离层，敷料层最下层端部连接于隔离层；所述医用纤维布层和玻璃纤维层经热压工艺压合为层结构，敷料层最下层端部通过热压工艺连接于隔离层，需要撕下创面敷贴时，对创面敷贴加热，使静电膜层吸附力减小，在撕去医用纤维布层、静电膜层后，通过隔离层一层一层揭去敷料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述医用纤维布层为无纺布制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述胶层为医用压敏胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层创面敷贴，其特征在于：所述隔离层采用PE膜。
