It should be noted that, the introduction content of the function corresponding to the configuration information in the manual template may be expressed by text, picture and/or symbol; while the "introduction of the function corresponding to all the configuration information of the vehicle of the specific model" is meant to include all the configuration information that may exist, not just the configuration information for the vehicle of the highest configuration, because some configuration information is fixed (e.g., the vehicle body size) and some configuration information is selected in a plurality of ways (e.g., the paint color, the hub size, etc.) for the vehicle, the manual template includes not only the introduction of the function corresponding to the fixed configuration information but also the introduction of all the selected contents of the function corresponding to the selectable configuration information. In the user manual described in the present invention, the content of each chapter is generally described as a function of the vehicle, and for example, functions such as "air conditioner on", "lamp on", and "vehicle on" may be used as the content of each chapter. The corresponding content is extracted from the manual template according to the bill of materials to generate the user manual, so that the function introduction content in the user manual of each vehicle is only the function possessed by the vehicle, the individuation degree of the user manual is improved, occupation of the user manual to the storage space of the client is facilitated, and the user can quickly inquire about the related content only by searching according to the function when hopeing to know the related function of the vehicle, so that the experience degree of the user is improved.
Step S105: the user manual is sent to the client associated with the identification number of the vehicle. The "transmission" in the present invention may be to transmit the user manual to the client via the network, or may be to transmit the user manual to a specific storage device, and then to transmit the user manual to the client via the specific storage device. For example, the user manual may be stored in the car machine before delivery to the user, or the user manual may be transmitted to the user's mobile terminal via a wireless network according to the user's request. The user manual is stored on the corresponding client, so that the waste of paper resources is reduced, and the user can conveniently inquire.
Step S106: and extracting corresponding contextual models from a pre-created contextual model template according to the bill of materials to create a contextual model list, wherein the contextual model template comprises all contextual models of vehicles with specific models, and the contextual model list comprises various contextual models of the vehicles and association relations between each contextual model and introduction contents of various functions in a user manual. The "association relationship" refers to which functions the contextual model is associated with, for example: the scenario mode of "automatic driving mode" is necessarily associated with the related introduction of "auxiliary driving function". And setting a contextual model list so that a user can quickly inquire about related functions in different contextual models according to the association relation.
Step S107: the profile list is sent to a client associated with an identification number of the vehicle. Contextual models are different running states of a vehicle, for example, a user often needs to use different functions of the vehicle when using the vehicle for one-person travel and two-person travel and carrying a child for travel; as another example, the functions of a vehicle that needs to be shut down may be different when the user leaves the vehicle briefly and needs to park the vehicle in place for a longer period of time. Because each contextual model in the contextual model list is associated with the relative function in the contextual model, the user can search the function in the contextual model according to different travel conditions when traveling, the convenience of the user in searching the function of the vehicle is further improved, and the user experience is also improved.
Step S108: after the vehicle delivers the non-user, an updated user manual is generated based on the user's service subscription information. The service subscription information is associated with an identification number of the user's vehicle and includes at least one item of newly added optional configuration information, and the updated user manual includes introduction to the function corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information. After the vehicle is delivered to the user, the user may upgrade the current configuration of the vehicle, that is, order some functions of the vehicle that were not installed before, for example, the vehicle is delivered to the user without installing the HUD, and when the user orders this optional configuration information, add the related material information of the HUD to the original bill of materials; in another example, the vehicle is not fitted with a seasonal comfort suit when delivered to the user, and when the user orders this optional configuration information, the seasonal comfort suit may heat and/or ventilate specific locations within the vehicle, such as the steering wheel, the seat, and the seat, by adding material information associated with the seasonal comfort suit to the bill of materials of the user's vehicle, so that comfortable service may be provided to the user and passengers during any season. Since the previous user manual does not contain the introduction content of the functions corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information, after the user upgrades the functions of the vehicle, the user manual needs to be generated into an updated user manual according to the service ordering information of the user, so that the consistency of the user manual and the functions of the vehicle can be ensured, and the user can query all the functions of the vehicle by using the user manual.
Step S109: the updated user manual is sent to the client associated with the identification number of the vehicle.
Step S110: and extracting a corresponding contextual model from the pre-created contextual model template according to the updated bill of materials to create an updated contextual model list. The update condition of the bill of materials is different, and the updated content in the updated contextual model list is also different. In some cases, the updated profile list only includes profiles in the original profile list, but the association relationship between the profiles and the introduction contents of the functions in the user manual is updated, that is, the "association relationship" in the updated profile list is the association relationship between the profiles and the introduction contents of the functions in the updated user manual. It should be noted that, the method for generating the vehicle user manual provided by the present invention may include part of the steps in the above embodiment. When a certain step is included in the embodiments, it is necessarily possible to achieve the function of the step and have a corresponding technical effect. Various methods for generating a manual for a vehicle user are described below.

Further, in any of the above embodiments, the "definition of the bill of materials of the vehicle" in step S101 has different manners. In some alternative embodiments, the step of "defining a bill of materials for a vehicle" includes: and acquiring a user order, defining a bill of materials of the vehicle according to the user order, wherein the user order comprises the model number of the vehicle and the personalized information of the vehicle, and the personalized information is designated by a user. The bill of materials of the vehicle is defined according to the user order, the individuation of the vehicle can be improved to the greatest extent, the vehicle meets the requirements of the user, and the experience of the user is further improved. In other alternative embodiments, the step of defining the bill of materials for the vehicle includes: and acquiring a production plan, defining a bill of materials of the vehicle according to the production plan, wherein the production plan comprises the model number of the vehicle and personalized information of the vehicle, and the personalized information is determined according to the production plan. The bill of materials of the vehicles are defined according to the production plan, so that the vehicles with different configuration levels have corresponding user manuals, and the bill of materials of the vehicles with the same configuration level are the same because the vehicles with the same configuration level are usually provided with a plurality of vehicles with the same model when the vehicles are generated according to the production plan, so that the user manuals of the vehicles with the same configuration level are the same, which is beneficial to reducing the times of generating the user manuals, thereby improving the efficiency of generating the user manuals.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of generating ranking order information of a profile in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, since the vehicles of the same model may be purchased by users with different ages, sexes and profile usage habits, in order to further improve the experience of the users, the present embodiment provides a method for generating a user manual, which is based on any one of the embodiments including a profile list, and includes the following steps:
step A101: user information associated with an identification number of a vehicle is acquired. The user information comprises information such as a driver user account, age, gender, historical contextual model use condition and the like. When the vehicle is authorized for use by the owner of the vehicle, the user information of those authorized users may be associated with the identification number of the vehicle.
Step A102: and adjusting the arrangement order of the contextual models in the contextual model list according to the user information to generate arrangement order information, and associating the arrangement order information with the user information. The ranking order is typically to prioritize the profile that the user prefers.
Step A103: the ranking information is sent to a client associated with the identification number of the vehicle.
In the embodiment, the arrangement sequence of the contextual models in the contextual model list is adjusted according to the user information, so that when each user queries by using the contextual model list, the contextual model list can preferentially display the contextual models preferred by the user so as to facilitate the user to query, and the experience of the user is improved. In addition, when the vehicle is authorized to other users by the vehicle owner, the contextual model list can also adjust the arrangement sequence of the contextual models in the contextual model list according to the user information of the authorized person.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of generating an updated user manual according to service subscription information of a user in an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, further, in any of the above embodiments, the step of generating an updated user manual according to the service subscription information of the user in step S108 includes:
step S1081: service subscription information of a user is acquired. The service order information is associated with an identification number of the user's vehicle and includes at least one item of newly added optional configuration information, for example, the vehicle is not provided with the HUD when being delivered to the user, and when the user orders the optional configuration, the related material information of the HUD is added to the original bill of materials; in another example, the vehicle is not fitted with a seasonal comfort kit when delivered to the user, and when the user orders this alternative configuration, the seasonal comfort kit may heat and/or ventilate specific locations within the vehicle, such as steering wheel, seat ventilation and heating, to provide comfort to the user and passengers during any season by adding material information related to the seasonal comfort kit to the bill of materials of the user's vehicle. Of course, other functions may be subscribed to by the user, and the subscribed functions may be one or more.
Step S1082: and adding personalized information corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information to the bill of materials according to the service subscription information to generate an updated bill of materials. The updated bill of materials remains essentially a bill of materials, except that the updated bill of materials has added thereto the bill of materials for the function corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information ordered by the user, as compared to the bill of materials of the vehicle just delivered to the user.
Step S1083: and generating an updated user manual according to the updated bill of materials. Since the updated bill of materials includes the material information of the function corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information, the corresponding generated updated user manual also includes the introduction content of the function corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information.
Since the subscription service information is associated with the identification number of the user's vehicle, the updated user manual that is finally obtained is also associated with the identification number of the user's vehicle, and the client is also associated with the identification number of the vehicle, so that the updated user manual can be transmitted to the corresponding client to enable the user to inquire about all functions of the vehicle.
Based on the technical problems described above, the embodiments of the present invention provide a method for querying a user manual, which is executed by a client and includes the following steps: acquiring and storing a user manual associated with an identification number of a vehicle, wherein the identification number of the vehicle is associated with the client, and the user manual is generated by extracting corresponding contents from a manual template according to the bill of materials, wherein the manual template is formed by editing a specific model of vehicle in advance and comprises introduction contents of functions corresponding to all configuration information of the specific model of vehicle, the user manual is associated with the identification number of the vehicle and comprises introduction contents of functions corresponding to various configuration information of the vehicle, and the content of each chapter in the user manual is the introduction contents of one function of the vehicle; and calling corresponding contents in the user manual according to the inquiry instruction of the user and displaying the contents. The following describes the query method of the user manual provided in this embodiment clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a method for acquiring a manual of a vehicle user according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the query method executed by the client includes the following steps:
step S201: and acquiring and storing a user manual associated with the identification number of the vehicle, wherein the identification number of the vehicle is associated with the client, and the user manual is generated by extracting corresponding contents from a manual template according to a bill of materials, wherein the manual template is an introduction content which is edited in advance for a vehicle of a specific model and comprises functions corresponding to all configuration information of the vehicle of the specific model, the user manual is associated with the identification number of the vehicle and comprises introduction contents of functions corresponding to various configuration information of the vehicle, and the content of each chapter in the user manual is the introduction content of one function of the vehicle. The bill of materials includes basic information and personalized information, wherein, basic information is the fixed configuration information of the vehicle of the same model, personalized information is the optional configuration information of the vehicle of the same model. In general, a vehicle manufacturer needs to produce vehicles of different models, and most of the functions of the same model are the same, and in the present invention, the same configuration of the same model is referred to as a fixed configuration, and other functions such as a vehicle color, a hub style, a HUD, a driving assist system, or in order to enhance the comfort of the vehicle are referred to as optional configuration information. The bill of materials of the vehicle is defined so as to produce vehicles with different models and different configurations of the same model, thereby meeting the demands of more vehicle purchasers.
Step S202: and acquiring and storing a contextual model list, wherein the contextual model list is created by extracting corresponding contextual models from a pre-created contextual model template according to a bill of materials, the contextual model template comprises all contextual models of vehicles with specific models, and the contextual model list comprises all contextual models of the vehicles and association relations between all the contextual models and introduction contents of all functions in a user manual. Step S205: and acquiring an updated user manual, wherein the updated user manual comprises introduction contents of functions corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information.
After the vehicle is delivered to the user, the user may upgrade the current configuration of the vehicle, that is, order some functions which have not been installed before, and because the previous user manual does not contain the introduction content of the functions corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information, the user cannot query the functions of the services, so the service order information is generated according to the ordered optional configuration information and sent to the server, so that the server updates the user manual to obtain the updated user manual, the consistency of the user manual and the functions of the vehicle can be ensured, and the user can query all the functions of the vehicle by using the user manual.
Step S206: and acquiring an updated contextual model list, and extracting corresponding contextual models from a pre-created contextual model template according to the updated bill of materials to create the updated contextual model list. The update condition of the bill of materials is different, and the updated content in the updated contextual model list is also different. In some cases, the updated profile list only includes profiles in the original profile list, but the association relationship between the profiles and the introduction contents of the functions in the user manual is updated, that is, the "association relationship" in the updated profile list is the association relationship between the profiles and the introduction contents of the functions in the updated user manual. In other cases, the updated contextual model list includes, in addition to the contextual models in the original contextual model list, the newly added contextual model and the association relationship between the newly added contextual model and the introduction content of each function in the updated user manual. The contextual model list is updated so that the contextual model can be more accurately utilized for querying.
Step S207: and according to the inquiry instruction of the user, the corresponding content in the user manual is fetched and displayed.
It should be noted that, the step S207 may be located at any position after the step S201, and the operation may be repeated, that is, the user may query according to the content that the user needs to query at any time no matter whether the user manual is updated or not.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the steps may be combined, for example, the step S201 and the step S202 may be combined into one step, the step S203 and the step S204 may be combined into one step, and the step S205 and the step S206 may be combined into one step. It should be noted that, the query method of the vehicle user manual provided by the present invention may include part of the steps in the above embodiment. Step B102: the arrangement order information associated with the vehicle identification number is acquired, the arrangement order information is generated by adjusting the arrangement order of the contextual models in the contextual model list according to the user information, and the arrangement order information is associated with the user information. The ranking order is typically to prioritize the profile that the user prefers.
Step B103: identifying user information and displaying the contextual models in the contextual model list according to the arrangement sequence in the arrangement sequence information associated with the user information.
In the embodiment, the arrangement sequence of the contextual models in the contextual model list is adjusted according to the user information, so that when each user queries by using the contextual model list, the contextual model list can preferentially display the contextual models preferred by the user so as to facilitate the user to query, and the experience of the user is improved. 1. A method of generating a manual for a vehicle user, the method comprising the steps of:
acquiring a bill of materials associated with an identification number of a vehicle, wherein the bill of materials records various configuration information of the associated vehicle;
extracting corresponding content from a manual template according to the bill of materials to generate a user manual, wherein the manual template is edited in advance for a vehicle of a specific model and comprises introduction contents of functions corresponding to all configuration information of the vehicle of the specific model, the user manual is associated with an identification number of the vehicle and comprises introduction contents of functions corresponding to various configuration information of the vehicle, and the content of each chapter in the user manual is introduction contents of one function of the vehicle;
transmitting the user manual to a client associated with an identification number of the vehicle, and
the generating method further comprises the following steps:
extracting corresponding contextual models from a pre-created contextual model template according to the bill of materials to create a contextual model list, wherein the contextual model template comprises all contextual models of the specific model of vehicle, and the contextual model list comprises various contextual models of the vehicle and association relations between each contextual model and introduction contents of various functions in the user manual;
The profile list is sent to a client associated with an identification number of the vehicle,
wherein the profiles are different running states of the vehicle, and how many of the categories of the profiles in the profile list are related to the configuration of the vehicle.
2. The generation method according to claim 1, characterized in that the generation method further comprises:
defining a bill of materials of the vehicle, wherein the bill of materials comprises basic information and personalized information, the basic information is fixed configuration information of the vehicle with the same model, and the personalized information is optional configuration information of the vehicle with the same model;
and associating the bill of materials with the identification number of the vehicle.
3. The method of generating of claim 2, wherein the step of defining a bill of materials for the vehicle includes:
acquiring a user order;
and defining a bill of materials of the vehicle according to the user order, wherein the user order comprises the model of the vehicle and personalized information of the vehicle, and the personalized information is specified by a user.
4. The method of generating of claim 2, wherein the step of defining a bill of materials for the vehicle includes:
Acquiring a production plan;
and defining a bill of materials of the vehicle according to the production plan, wherein the production plan comprises the model number of the vehicle and personalized information of the vehicle, and the personalized information is determined according to the production plan.
5. The generation method according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the generation method further comprises:
after the vehicle is delivered to a user, generating an updated user manual according to service ordering information of the user, wherein the service ordering information is associated with an identification number of the vehicle of the user and comprises at least one item of newly added optional configuration information, and the updated user manual comprises introduction contents of functions corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information;
the updated user manual is sent to a client associated with an identification number of the vehicle.
6. The generation method according to claim 5, wherein the step of generating the updated user manual based on the service subscription information of the user comprises:
acquiring service subscription information of the user;
adding personalized information corresponding to the newly added optional configuration information to the bill of materials according to the service subscription information to generate an updated bill of materials;
And extracting corresponding content from the manual template according to the updated bill of materials to generate an updated user manual.
7. The generation method according to claim 1, characterized in that the generation method further comprises:
acquiring user information associated with an identification number of the vehicle;
adjusting the arrangement sequence of the contextual models in the contextual model list according to the user information to generate arrangement sequence information, and associating the arrangement sequence information with the user information;
and sending the arrangement sequence information to a client associated with the identification number of the vehicle.
8. The generation method according to claim 7, characterized in that the generation method further comprises:
extracting a corresponding contextual model from a pre-created contextual model template according to the updated bill of materials to create an updated contextual model list;
and sending the updated contextual model list to a client associated with the identification of the vehicle.
9. An acquisition method of a vehicle user manual, characterized in that the acquisition method is performed by a client and comprises the steps of:

receiving a contextual model list, wherein the contextual model list is created by extracting corresponding contextual models from a pre-created contextual model template according to the bill of materials, the contextual model template comprises all contextual models of the specific model of vehicle, the contextual model list comprises various contextual models of the vehicle and the association relation between each contextual model and introduction contents of various functions in the user manual,

transmitting user information associated with the identification number of the vehicle to a server;

18. The client of claim 17, wherein the client is a car or a mobile terminal.
19. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the program is executable by a processor to implement the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 8.
20. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, the program being executable by a processor to perform the steps of the method according to any of claims 9 to 15.
