Abstract
本发明提供一种安装简单,拆修方便的摄像头固定支架。该摄像头固定支架包括安装座以及连接杆,所述连接杆的一端通过球头万向节与所述安装座连接,所述连接杆的另一端设有螺纹连接杆,所述螺纹连接杆的直径小于所述连接杆的直径,所述连接杆与所述螺纹连接杆的连接处形成环形凸肩,所述环形凸肩上设有弹性软垫。本发明使用时,采用螺纹连接杆安装摄像头,当用力将摄像头旋紧,直到摄像头的背部将要贴紧到环形凸肩时,摄像头接触压迫弹性软垫,由弹性软垫对摄像头的背部施力,使摄像头自动卡紧,从而可以快速将摄像头与连接杆连接安装;需要拆修时,反方向旋动摄像头即可将摄像头拆出,无需拆掉整个固定支架,拆修过程更加快捷方便。

本发明涉及一种摄像头固定支架。
背景技术
为了使摄像头可以随用户的意愿随意转换摄像角度,一些摄像头采用活动连接安装座的安装方式,安装座通过球头万向节连接杆与摄像头安装支架连接。但是,这种安装座由于需要承受球头万向节的转动力矩的变化,一般采用盘式底座,环形螺丝与墙壁固定,安装或拆修摄像头都非常麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种安装简单,拆修方便的摄像头固定支架。
根据本发明提供的摄像头固定支架,包括安装座以及连接杆,所述连接杆的一端通过球头万向节与所述安装座连接,所述连接杆的另一端设有螺纹连接杆,所述螺纹连接杆的直径小于所述连接杆的直径,所述连接杆与所述螺纹连接杆的连接处形成环形凸肩,所述环形凸肩上设有弹性软垫。
本发明使用时,采用螺纹连接杆安装摄像头,当用力将摄像头旋紧,直到摄像头的背部将要贴紧到环形凸肩时,摄像头接触压迫弹性软垫,由弹性软垫对摄像头的背部施力,使摄像头自动卡紧,从而可以快速将摄像头与连接杆连接安装;需要拆修时,反方向旋动摄像头即可将摄像头拆出,无需拆掉整个固定支架,拆修过程更加快捷方便。
进一步的,所述弹性软垫设有多个且沿所述环形凸肩呈环形阵列设置。通过均匀间隙布置的多个弹性软垫同时对摄像头背部施力,可以方便的更好的增加摄像头与螺纹连接杆之间的转动摩擦力,保持摄像头的卡紧安装牢固。

下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
如图1、2,本发明的摄像头固定支架,包括安装座1以及连接杆2,连接杆2的一端通过球头万向节3与安装座1连接,连接杆2的另一端设有螺纹连接杆4,螺纹连接杆4的直径小于连接杆2的直径,连接杆2与螺纹连接杆4的连接处形成环形凸肩21,环形凸肩21上设有弹性软垫22。
本发明使用时,采用螺纹连接杆4安装摄像头,当用力将摄像头旋紧,直到摄像头的背部将要贴紧到环形凸肩21时,摄像头接触压迫弹性软垫22,由弹性软垫22对摄像头的背部施力,使摄像头自动卡紧,从而可以快速将摄像头与连接杆2连接安装;需要拆修时,反方向旋动摄像头即可将摄像头拆出,无需拆掉整个固定支架,拆修过程更加快捷方便。
作为优选的实施方式,弹性软垫22设有多个且沿环形凸肩21呈环形阵列设置。通过均匀间隙布置的多个弹性软垫22同时对摄像头背部施力,可以方便的更好的增加摄像头与螺纹连接杆4之间的转动摩擦力,保持摄像头的卡紧安装牢固。

1.一种摄像头固定支架,其特征在于包括安装座以及连接杆,所述连接杆的一端通过球头万向节与所述安装座连接,所述连接杆的另一端设有螺纹连接杆,所述螺纹连接杆的直径小于所述连接杆的直径,所述连接杆与所述螺纹连接杆的连接处形成环形凸肩,所述环形凸肩上设有弹性软垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摄像头固定支架,其特征在于所述弹性软垫设有多个且沿所述环形凸肩呈环形阵列设置2。
