A rigid chain push-pull actuator as set forth in claim 2 wherein: the chassis (5) comprises a bottom plate (51) and a left support plate (52) and a right support plate (53) which are arranged on the bottom plate (51), wherein a first mounting hole (521) and a second mounting hole (531) for mounting a bearing and a transmission shaft (6) are respectively formed in the left support plate (52) and the right support plate (53), a first bearing (522) is mounted in the first mounting hole (521), a second bearing (532) is mounted in the second mounting hole (531), a chain wheel (3) is mounted between the left support plate (52) and the right support plate (53), and the chain wheel (3) is connected with the first bearing (522) and the second bearing (532) through the transmission shaft; the first bearing (522) and the second bearing (532) are respectively provided with a first bearing seat (523) and a second bearing seat (533), the first bearing seat (523) and the second bearing seat (533) are respectively matched with a first mounting hole (521) and a second mounting hole (531), a guide notch (511) for a rigid chain (1) to pass through is arranged at the upper part of the bottom plate (51), and the rigid chain (1) is arranged in the guide notch (511).
