本发明提供一种新型高光泽环保纸用染料及其制备方法,涉及纸用染料技术领域。本发明新型高光泽环保纸用染料由以下原料制成:改性淀粉、纳米二氧化钛、聚乙烯醇树脂、珠光颜料、羧甲基纤维素、黄原胶、增稠剂、消泡剂、去离子水。本发明新型高光泽环保纸用染料健康环保,可长期稳定保存,不含甲醛、不含挥发性有机物、化学性质稳定、安全可靠、方便实用,有利于人体健康;该染料用于纸张表面印刷,纸质表面美观、光滑细腻、手感好、自然挺拔,染色后的纸张使用一段时间后不容易褪色,稳定性好,纸张的珠光效果好,光泽度高,色彩保真性好。

背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重审美与品位,高档食品和化妆品包装纸需求越来越多,这使得传统的包装纸不能满足人们的需要,纸张的质量和色泽越来越被人们所看重,
染料是一种涂覆在纸张表面并能形成牢固附着薄膜的工程材料。造纸染料是涂布加工包装纸的重要组成部分,且不易脱落、变色。不但能起到装饰效果,使得纸张美观漂亮,还能够对纸张起到良好的保护作用,提高纸张的印刷适性,并赋予纸张一定防潮、耐水、抗菌等特殊功用。染料通常溶于水中,一部份的染料需要媒染剂使染料能黏着于纤维上。染料的颜色和它与组织间的亲和力是由染料本身的分子结构决定的,产生颜色的发色基团和与组织间产生亲和力的助色基团共同决定了染色剂的染色性质。目前,大多数染料工艺复杂,技术难度过高,成本较高,生产过程副产品过多,而且大多含有较多有机物,容易释放有机挥发物,会对人体产生伤害。
因此,研制一种新型高光泽环保纸用染料尤为重要。

针对现有技术不足,本发明提供一种新型高光泽环保纸用染料及其制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种新型高光泽环保纸用染料,所述新型高光泽环保纸用染料由以下重量百分比的原料制成:改性淀粉15-25%、纳米二氧化钛12-22%、聚乙烯醇树脂8-17%、珠光颜料10-18%、羧甲基纤维素3-7%、黄原胶3-7%、增稠剂1-2%、消泡剂1-2%,余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述新型高光泽环保纸用染料由以下重量份的原料制成:改性淀粉20%、纳米二氧化钛17%、聚乙烯醇树脂13%、珠光颜料14%、羧甲基纤维素5%、黄原胶5%、增稠剂1.5%、消泡剂1.5%,余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述改性淀粉的改性方法为:称取淀粉,加入去离子水制备质量分数为20-25%的淀粉溶液,置于探头式超声仪中超声10-15min,抽滤,将抽滤物置于35-40℃恒温鼓风干燥箱中干燥,待干燥完全后,研磨,得到改性淀粉,其中,超声仪的温度为40-45℃。
优选的,所述淀粉为土豆淀粉、玉米淀粉、红薯淀粉、小麦淀粉中的一种。
优选的,所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为20-50nm。
优选的,所述消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯、二甲基硅油、苯乙酸月桂醇酯、苯乙醇油酸酯中的一种。
优选的,所述增稠剂为疏水改性碱溶胀型丙烯酸乳液、缔合型聚氨酯乳液中的一种。

S1、按照重量百分比称取各个原料;
S2、将珠光颜料、羧甲基纤维素混合搅拌8-12min,得到混合物A;
S3、将改性淀粉、纳米二氧化钛、聚乙烯醇树脂、黄原胶、增稠剂、消泡剂、去离子水混合,搅拌18-25min,得到混合物B;
S4、将步骤S2制备的混合物A与步骤S3制备的混合物B混合,搅拌15-30min,即可。

本发明新型高光泽环保纸用染料健康环保,可长期稳定保存,不含甲醛、不含挥发性有机物、化学性质稳定、安全可靠、方便实用,有利于人体健康;该染料用于纸张表面印刷,纸质表面美观、光滑细腻、手感好、自然挺拔,染色后的纸张使用一段时间后不容易褪色,稳定性好,纸张的珠光效果好,光泽度高,色彩保真性好;
本发明新型高光泽环保纸用染料原料采用改性淀粉、纳米二氧化钛,配合聚乙烯醇树脂、珠光颜料、羧甲基纤维素、黄原胶、增稠剂、消泡剂等,改性淀粉、纳米二氧化钛的应用在染料使用时,安全无污染,涂覆纸张时可以有效减少原纸表面纤维的裸露,填补纸面孔洞,还可以提高了染料的环保性能,一方面保护的人体健康,另一方面减少了细菌对纸张的侵蚀,延长了使用寿命;羧甲基纤维素能够增强纸的强度,表面强度高,不掉粉,提高了涂布成型纸的成品率;

纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为50nm;消泡剂为二甲基硅油;增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯乳液;

其中,改性淀粉的改性方法为:称取淀粉,加入去离子水制备质量分数为23%的淀粉溶液,置于探头式超声仪中超声12min,抽滤,将抽滤物置于38℃恒温鼓风干燥箱中干燥,待干燥完全后,研磨,得到改性淀粉,其中,超声仪的温度为43℃,淀粉为红薯淀粉;
纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为30nm;消泡剂为苯乙酸月桂醇酯;增稠剂为疏水改性碱溶胀型丙烯酸乳液;

其中,改性淀粉的改性方法为:称取淀粉,加入去离子水制备质量分数为22%的淀粉溶液,置于探头式超声仪中超声12min,抽滤,将抽滤物置于37℃恒温鼓风干燥箱中干燥,待干燥完全后,研磨,得到改性淀粉,其中,超声仪的温度为42℃,淀粉为小麦淀粉;
纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为30nm;消泡剂为苯乙醇油酸酯;增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯乳液;

其中,改性淀粉的改性方法为:称取淀粉,加入去离子水制备质量分数为25%的淀粉溶液,置于探头式超声仪中超声15min,抽滤,将抽滤物置于36℃恒温鼓风干燥箱中干燥,待干燥完全后,研磨,得到改性淀粉,其中,超声仪的温度为44℃,淀粉为土豆淀粉;
纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径为40nm;消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯;增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯乳液;
本实施例新型高光泽环保纸用染料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照重量百分比称取各个原料;
S2、将珠光颜料、羧甲基纤维素混合搅拌11min,得到混合物A;
S3、将改性淀粉、纳米二氧化钛、聚乙烯醇树脂、黄原胶、增稠剂、消泡剂、去离子水混合,搅拌20min,得到混合物B;
S4、将步骤S2制备的混合物A与步骤S3制备的混合物B混合,搅拌20min,即可。
