Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of organic fluorescent pigments, and particularly relates to an organic fluorescent pigment color protective film and a using method thereof.
Background
Organic fluorescent toners yellow, toners red, toners orange pigments have a strong absorption at 280 and 450nm, so that they are frequently used as blue light absorbers in the field of blue light protection. When used as pigments in the fields of clothing and shoe materials, they have the opportunity to absorb the uv and blue light of sunlight and gradually lose their original color due to the inevitable long-term exposure to the sunlight environment during wearing. In general, when manufacturing fluorescent color ribbons for clothing and footwear, an anti-aging agent and a blue light absorber are added to the formulation and mixed with fluorescent pigments to prevent the pigments from fading. However, since the amount of the pigment is not excessive (blooming is likely to occur when the amount is excessive), the amount of the pigment actually coated around the pigment after dispersion is small, and the effect of preventing discoloration is very limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of a protective film for preventing the color of organic fluorescent pigment from changing and a using method thereof.
The organic fluorescent pigment color protective film composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 87-99.7% of optical transparent resin, 0.1-2% of light stabilizer, 0.1-1% of antioxidant and 0.1-10% of light absorber.
The preferable organic fluorescent pigment color protective film composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 88.7-93.6% of optical transparent resin, 1-1.5% of light stabilizer, 0.4-0.8% of antioxidant and 5-9% of light absorber.
The optimal organic fluorescent pigment color protective film composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 90.2 percent of optical transparent resin, 1.2 percent of light stabilizer, 0.6 percent of antioxidant and 8 percent of light absorber.
The optical transparent resin is Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) or colorless transparent organic silicon resin.
The light stabilizer is bis (2,2,6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate, polysuccinic acid (4-hydroxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidyl ethanol) ester or 4-benzoyloxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethylpiperidine.
The antioxidant is 4,4' -thiobis (6-tert-butyl-m-cresol), tetra [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid ] pentaerythritol ester, dilauryl thiodipropionate or distearyl thiodipropionate.
The light absorbent is selected from absorbents with the absorption wavelength range of 250-500 nm and the maximum absorption wavelength range of 400-500 nm. The light absorbent is GeigengLQ 01, GeigengBL 1227 or Oldham TM 46.
The application method of the organic fluorescent pigment color-changing protective film comprises the following steps: and (2) uniformly mixing the organic fluorescent pigment color protection film composition, dissolving the mixture by using a solvent benzene, toluene, xylene or chloroform, wherein the mass ratio of the composition to the solvent is 1: 3-5: 4, uniformly stirring and dissolving, coating the mixture on an organic fluorescent pigment color tape, drying and curing in vacuum, and curing to obtain the organic fluorescent pigment color protection film.
The invention has the advantages that: the organic fluorescent pigment color protective film composition contains the light absorber, can effectively absorb ultraviolet and blue light with specific wavelength which generates color changing effect on the color of the organic fluorescent pigment, and protects the organic fluorescent pigment from color changing under the action of sunlight. Secondly, the organic fluorescent pigment color protective film composition is convenient to use, and the protective film composition is coated on an organic fluorescent color belt after being mixed, stirred and dissolved uniformly, and is dried and cured in vacuum, so that the process is simple and the cost is low.

Example 1
The fluorescent pigment color protective film composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: basf TPU S85A 9.4.4 g, bis (2,2,6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate 0.05g, 4,4' -thiobis (6-tert-butyl-m-cresol) 0.15g, and commercially available jiegeng lq010.4g.
Example 2
The fluorescent pigment color protective film composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: basf TPU 1185a 10U 9.0g, bis (2,2,6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate 0.05g, 4,4' -thiobis (6-tert-butyl-m-cresol) 0.15g, and commercially available jiegenging lq010.8g.
Example 3
The fluorescent pigment color protective film composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: dow Corning 12577 transparent silicone resin 9.2g, poly succinic acid (4-hydroxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidine ethanol) ester 0.05g, four [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid ] pentaerythritol ester 0.15g, Oldham's TM460.8g.
Example 4
The fluorescent pigment color protective film composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: mitsubishi yang IRD-70 PMMA 9.1g, 4-benzoyloxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethylpiperidine 0.05g, dilauryl thiodipropionate 0.15g, commercially available JergenM BL12270.8g.
Example 5
The fluorescent pigment color protective film composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: bayer TPU 3690AU 9.1g, polysuccinic acid (4-hydroxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidineethanol) 0.05g, distearyl thiodipropionate 0.15g and commercially available Jende Ying LQ010.8g.
Example 6
The fluorescent pigment color protective film composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 9.1g of Mitsui chemical 40LX EVA, 0.05g of polysuccinic acid (4-hydroxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidineethanol), 0.15g of distearyl thiodipropionate and 7g of Oubard TM460.7 g.
The protective film compositions of the above examples were mixed, dissolved in benzene, toluene, xylene or chloroform as solvents with stirring to be completely uniform, applied to red, yellow and pink organic fluorescent tapes by a wire bar coater, and vacuum-dried for 12 hours to cure, and the thickness of the cured protective film was about 50 μm. After the test of yellowing resistance, the color fastness is tested according to the national standard GB/T250-. The color fastness was found to be 3,5, 5, 5, 5, 4, respectively.
Compared with the prior art, the protective film composition provided by the invention has the advantages that the color fastness of the organic fluorescent pigment color band prepared by the technology is greatly improved, and the color fastness of the fluorescent color band is kept constant under the sunlight condition.
