In order to prevent damage to the wall outside the window 1 during use, an inner upper support pad 27 is provided on one side of the upper support post 2-1 and an inner lower support pad 28 is provided on one side of the lower support post 2-3.
As shown in fig. 2, the connecting piece comprises two upper connecting rods 5 and two lower connecting rods 6 which are arranged in parallel, and one end of each of the upper connecting rods 5 and one end of each of the lower connecting rods 6 are fixed on the external supporting upright 3-1; the upper connecting rod 5 is uniformly provided with a plurality of upper adjusting holes 5-1 matched with the mounting holes on the upper connecting piece 25, the lower connecting rod 6 is uniformly provided with a plurality of lower adjusting holes 6-1 matched with the mounting holes on the lower connecting piece 26, the upper connecting piece 25 and the upper connecting rod 5 are fixedly connected through an upper fixing bolt 23, and the lower connecting piece 26 and the lower connecting rod 6 are fixedly connected through a lower fixing bolt 24.
The outer support mechanism 3 and the inner support structure 2 are connected into a whole through the upper connecting rod 5 and the lower connecting rod 6, and the distance between the outer support mechanism 3 and the inner support structure 2 can be properly adjusted according to the width of the window 1 by using the upper side adjusting hole 5-1 on the upper connecting rod 5 and the lower side adjusting hole 6-1 on the lower connecting rod 6.
In this embodiment, the fastening means comprises an upper fastening means 8 provided at the upper end of the outer support pole 3-1 and a lower fastening means 9 provided at the lower end of the outer support pole 3-1.
The upper fastening piece 8 and the lower fastening piece 9 are provided to adjust the distance between the external support mechanism 3 and the wall outside the window 1, so that the external support mechanism 3 and the wall outside the window 1 can be fixed more firmly.

the lower fastening piece 9 comprises a lower supporting cushion block 9-5, a lower outer supporting cushion 9-3 and a lower screw rod 9-1 which penetrates through the outer supporting upright rod 3-1 and is matched with the lower outer supporting cushion 9-3, one end, far away from the lower outer supporting cushion 9-3, of the lower screw rod 9-1 is fixedly provided with a lower handle 9-2, and the lower supporting cushion block 9-5 is fixed on the lower outer supporting cushion 9-3 through a lower locking screw 9-4.
When the window is actually used, the upper end of the external supporting upright 3-1 is fixed by the upper fastening piece 8, the upper screw rod 8-1 is required to penetrate through the upper part of the external supporting upright 3-1, and the upper part of the upper external supporting pad 8-3 is fixed on the wall body outside the window 1 by matching with the upper locking nut 3-4 arranged on the upper part of the external supporting upright 3-1; and when the upper fastening piece 8 is used for fixing the upper end of the external supporting upright 3-1, the lower screw rod 9-1 needs to penetrate through the lower part of the external supporting upright 3-1, and the lower part of the upper external supporting pad 8-3 is fixed on the wall body outside the window 1 by matching with the lower locking nut 3-4 arranged on the lower part of the external supporting upright 3-1. The upper outer support pad 8-3 and the lower outer support pad 9-3 provided on the wall outside the window 1 can prevent damage to the wall outside the window 1 during use.
In this embodiment, the top adjusting rod 2-4 and the bottom adjusting rod 2-5 are both T-shaped adjusting rods, the vertical section of the top adjusting rod 2-4 is a screw rod and is fixed in the first groove by a top nut 21, and the horizontal section of the top adjusting rod 2-2 is supported on the ceiling 17; the vertical section of the bottom adjustment bar 2-5 is a screw and is fixed in the second groove by a bottom nut 22, and the horizontal section of the bottom adjustment bar 2-3 is supported on the floor 18.
As shown in fig. 1, the vertical section of the top adjusting rod 2-2 is a screw rod and is matched with the top nut 21, and the vertical section of the bottom adjusting rod 2-3 is a screw rod and is matched with the bottom nut 22, so that the overall height of the internal supporting upright post 2-1 is adjusted, and the internal supporting structure 2 is firmly fixed with the ceiling 17 and the floor 18. The top adjusting rod 2-2 is mounted on the top of the inner support column 2-1 through a top nut 21, and the bottom adjusting rod 2-3 is mounted on the bottom of the inner support column 2-1 through a bottom nut 22; a top support pad 19 is laid between the horizontal section of the top adjustment bar 2-2 and the ceiling 17, and a bottom support pad 20 is laid between the horizontal section of the bottom adjustment bar 2-3 and the floor 18. As shown in fig. 1, the top 19 and bottom 20 support mats are laid to prevent the horizontal sections of the top 2-2 and bottom 2-3 adjustment bars from damaging the walls of the ceiling 17 and floor 18 during use.
In this embodiment, the included angle between the center line of the suspension frame 10 in the length direction and the wall where the window 1 is located is α, and satisfies: alpha is more than or equal to 0 DEG and less than or equal to 180 deg.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, according to the installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 outside the window 1, the included angle α may be correspondingly adjusted, so that the center line of the suspension 10 in the length direction points to the center of the installation position of the air conditioner bracket 7, and the installed sliding wheel 13 is located right above the installation position.
In this embodiment, a plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 are disposed at the top of the air conditioning outdoor unit 4, one ends of the plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 are fixedly connected with the top of the air conditioning outdoor unit 4, and the other ends of the plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 are fixedly connected with the traction steel wire rope 12.
As shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is connected by using the buffer ropes 12-1, and in order to ensure the safety of the installer, a plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 may be connected to the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 indoors, and a plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 may be provided to prevent the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 from shaking when the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is suspended outside the window 1. The number of the buffer ropes 12-1 is preferably four, and four corners at the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 are fixed by the four buffer ropes 12-1, so that stability in the placing process is ensured.
An air conditioner outdoor unit installation method as shown in fig. 1 to 8, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step one, determining the mounting position of an air conditioner outdoor unit: determining the mounting position of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 outside the window 1, and mounting the air conditioner bracket 7 at a corresponding position;
the connecting piece comprises an upper connecting rod 5 and a lower connecting rod 6 which are arranged in parallel, and one end of the upper connecting rod 5 and one end of the lower connecting rod 6 are both fixed on the external supporting vertical rod 3-1;
step two, installing an internal supporting structure and an external supporting mechanism: according to the installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 determined in the first step, the internal support structure 2 is installed indoors on one side of the window 1 close to the installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4;
when the air conditioner bracket 7 is positioned on the outer wall at the right lower side of the window 1, the inner support structure 2 is installed in the room, and the outer support structure 3 is fixedly installed with the upper connecting rod 5 and the lower connecting rod 6 through the indoor operation; fixing an upper connecting rod 5 and a lower connecting rod 6 on the inner supporting structure 2, wherein the projection of the central connecting line of the inner supporting structure 2 and the outer supporting structure 3 on the ground coincides with the projection of the longitudinal central line of the air conditioner bracket 7 on the ground;
the inner support structure 2 comprises a middle support upright 2-2, an upper support upright 2-1 arranged on the upper part of the middle support upright 2-2 and a lower support upright 2-3 arranged on the lower part of the middle support upright 2-2;
in the second step, the external supporting mechanism 3 is fixed to the outside of the window 1 by the upper fastener 8 and the lower fastener 9.
In actual use, the mounting positions of the air conditioner outdoor units 4 are different, when the air conditioner outdoor units 4 are mounted on the left side wall or the right side wall of the window 1, the inner support structure 2 is correspondingly mounted on the left side or the right side of the window 1, and is close to the outdoor mounting position of the air conditioner outdoor units 4, as shown in fig. 5, when the air conditioner outdoor units 4 are mounted on the left side wall of the window 1, the inner support structure 2 is mounted on the left side of the window 1; when the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is installed on the left or right inclined wall adjacent to the outer side of the window 1, the inner support structure 2 is correspondingly installed on the left or right side of the window 1, and is close to the outdoor installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4, as shown in fig. 6, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is installed on the left inclined wall adjacent to the outer side of the window 1, the inner support structure 2 is installed on the left side of the window 1; when the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is mounted on the outer wall of the right lower side of the window 1, as shown in fig. 7, the inner support structure 2 is mounted on the window 1 such that the projection of the center line of the mounted inner support structure 2 and outer support structure 3 on the ground coincides with the projection of the longitudinal center line of the air conditioner bracket 7 on the ground.
As shown in fig. 1, when the inner support structure 2 is installed, the inner support structure 2 is firmly fixed between the roof 17 and the indoor floor 18 by using the top adjusting rod 2-2 and the bottom adjusting rod 2-3, and the inner upper support pad 27 and the inner lower support pad 28 are tightly attached to the wall body inside the window 1. After the fixing of the inner support structure 2 is completed, the upper connecting rod 5 is fixed on the upper connecting piece 25 by using the upper fixing bolt 23, the lower connecting rod 6 is fixed on the lower connecting piece 26 by using the lower fixing bolt 24, the inner support structure 2 and the outer support structure 3 are fixed into a whole, and meanwhile, the distance between the outer support structure 3 and the wall body outside the window 1 is adjusted by adjusting the upper fastening piece 8 and the lower fastening piece 9.
Step three, installing a traction mechanism: the inner guide wheel 15 is arranged on the inner support upright post 2-1, and the outer guide wheel 16 is arranged on the outer support upright post 3-1; a fixed pulley 14 is arranged on the sliding wheel 13; the sliding wheel 13 is installed in the sliding rail 10-2-1 of the suspension frame 10 through indoor operation; one end of the traction wire rope 12 sequentially passes through the inner guide wheel 15, the outer guide wheel 16 and the fixed pulley 14 and then is placed at the inner side of the window 1, and the other end of the traction wire rope 12 is connected to a tractor;
when the sliding wheel 13 is installed in the suspension frame 10, the specific installation position of the sliding wheel 13 can be determined according to the reference linear distance between the vertical line between the central position of the hollow bracket 7 and the ground and the straight line where the through holes on the upper connection bottom plate 3-2 and the lower connection bottom plate 3-3 are positioned in the first step, so that the linear distance between the sliding wheel 13 and the central axis of the connection sleeve 10-5 is equal to the determined reference linear distance, and the installed sliding wheel 13 can be ensured to be positioned right above the installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4.
And in the third step, all operations when the traction mechanism is installed are completed indoors, so that the safety problem caused by outdoor installation is avoided. Both ends of the traction steel wire rope 12 after connection are placed on the inner side of the window 1, so that subsequent installers can conveniently fix the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 indoors, and the risk of outdoor installation is reduced.
Step four, installing a suspension bracket: according to the installation position of the hollow bracket 7 in the first step, determining an included angle between the central line of the suspension bracket 10 in the length direction and the wall where the window 1 is positioned;
when the air conditioner bracket 7 is positioned on the outer wall right below the window 1, the included angle between the central line of the suspension bracket 10 in the length direction and the wall where the window 1 is positioned is alpha, alpha=90°, and the suspension bracket 10 is installed between the upper connection bottom plate 3-2 and the lower connection bottom plate 3-3 by using the connection pin 11;
when the air conditioner bracket 7 is positioned on the left lower outer wall or the right lower outer wall of the window 1, the included angle between the central line of the suspension bracket 10 in the length direction and the wall where the window 1 is positioned is alpha, alpha=0 degrees or alpha=180 degrees, and the suspension bracket 10 is installed between the upper connecting bottom plate 3-2 and the lower connecting bottom plate 3-3 by using the connecting pin shaft 11;
when the air conditioner bracket 7 is positioned on the adjacent inclined wall body outside the window 1, the included angle between the central line of the suspension bracket 10 in the length direction and the wall body where the window 1 is positioned is alpha, and 0 degrees < alpha <90 degrees or 90 degrees < alpha <180 degrees, and the suspension bracket 10 is installed between the upper connecting bottom plate 3-2 and the lower connecting bottom plate 3-3 by using the connecting pin shaft 11;
meanwhile, the sliding wheel 13 is kept to be positioned right above the air conditioner bracket 7;
the top of the air conditioning outdoor unit 4 is provided with a plurality of buffer ropes 12-1, one ends of the plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 are fixedly connected with the top of the air conditioning outdoor unit 4, and the other ends of the plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 are fixedly connected with the traction steel wire ropes 12;
in actual use, the direction of the right side of the window 1 is taken as the positive direction, namely, when the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is installed on the outer wall of the left lower side of the window 1, the included angle alpha between the central line of the length direction of the suspension bracket 10 and the wall body where the window 1 is positioned is 0 degrees, and when the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is installed on the outer wall of the right lower side of the window 1, the included angle alpha between the central line of the length direction of the suspension bracket 10 and the wall body where the window 1 is positioned is 180 degrees.
Step five, connecting an air conditioner outdoor unit: through indoor operation, a plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 are arranged at the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4, one ends of the plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 are fixedly connected with the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4, the other ends of the plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 are fixedly connected with one ends of traction steel wire ropes 12, and the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is suspended and placed outside a window 1;
when the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 is suspended and placed outside the window 1, the plurality of buffer ropes 12-1 are arranged at the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4, so that shaking is avoided in the placing process.
Step six, adjusting and installing the position of the air conditioner outdoor unit: the traction wire rope 12 is pulled or lowered by a tractor on the inner side of the window 1 to move the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 to the air conditioner bracket 7, and the air conditioner outdoor unit is installed by the manned rope ladder 30.

the connecting piece comprises an upper connecting rod (5) and a lower connecting rod (6) which are arranged in parallel, and one end of the upper connecting rod (5) and one end of the lower connecting rod (6) are both fixed on an external supporting vertical rod (3-1);
step two, installing an internal supporting structure and an external supporting mechanism: according to the installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit (4) determined in the first step, an internal supporting structure (2) is installed indoors on one side of the window (1) close to the installation position of the air conditioner outdoor unit (4);
when the air conditioner bracket (7) is positioned on the outer wall at the right lower side of the window (1), the inner supporting structure (2) is arranged indoors, and the outer supporting mechanism (3) is fixedly arranged with the upper connecting rod (5) and the lower connecting rod (6) through indoor operation; fixing the upper connecting rod (5) and the lower connecting rod (6) on the inner supporting structure (2), wherein the projection of the central connecting line of the inner supporting structure (2) and the outer supporting structure (3) on the ground coincides with the projection of the longitudinal central line of the air conditioner bracket (7) on the ground;
the inner support structure (2) comprises a middle support upright post (2-2), an upper support upright post (2-1) arranged at the upper part of the middle support upright post (2-2) and a lower support upright post (2-3) arranged at the lower part of the middle support upright post (2-2);
step three, installing a traction mechanism: the inner guide wheel (15) is arranged on the inner supporting upright post (2-1), and the outer guide wheel (16) is arranged on the outer supporting upright post (3-1); the fixed pulley (14) is arranged on the sliding wheel (13); the sliding wheel (13) is arranged in a sliding rail (10-2-1) of the suspension bracket (10) through indoor operation; one end of the traction steel wire rope (12) sequentially passes through the inner guide wheel (15), the outer guide wheel (16) and the fixed pulley (14) and then is placed at the inner side of the window (1), and the other end of the traction steel wire rope (12) is connected to a traction machine;
step four, installing a suspension bracket: according to the installation position of the hollow bracket (7) in the first step, determining an included angle between the central line of the suspension bracket (10) in the length direction and a wall where the window (1) is positioned;
when the air conditioner bracket (7) is positioned on the outer wall right below the window (1), the included angle between the central line of the suspension bracket (10) in the length direction and the wall where the window (1) is positioned is alpha, alpha=90 degrees, and the suspension bracket (10) is installed between the upper connecting bottom plate (3-2) and the lower connecting bottom plate (3-3) by utilizing the connecting pin shaft (11);
when the air conditioner bracket (7) is positioned on the left lower outer wall or the right lower outer wall of the window (1), the included angle between the central line of the suspension bracket (10) in the length direction and the wall where the window (1) is positioned is alpha, alpha=0 degrees or alpha=180 degrees, and the suspension bracket (10) is installed between the upper connecting bottom plate (3-2) and the lower connecting bottom plate (3-3) by using the connecting pin shaft (11);
when the air conditioner bracket (7) is positioned on the adjacent oblique wall body at the outer side of the window (1), the included angle between the central line of the suspension bracket (10) in the length direction and the wall body where the window (1) is positioned is alpha, and 0 degrees < alpha <90 degrees or 90 degrees < alpha <180 degrees, and the suspension bracket (10) is installed between the upper connecting bottom plate (3-2) and the lower connecting bottom plate (3-3) by utilizing the connecting pin shaft (11);
meanwhile, the sliding wheel (13) is kept to be positioned right above the air conditioner bracket (7);
the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit (4) is provided with a plurality of buffer ropes (12-1), one ends of the buffer ropes (12-1) are fixedly connected with the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit (4), and the other ends of the buffer ropes (12-1) are fixedly connected with the traction steel wire ropes (12);
step five, connecting an air conditioner outdoor unit: through indoor operation, a plurality of buffer ropes (12-1) are arranged at the top of an air conditioner outdoor unit (4), one ends of the plurality of buffer ropes (12-1) are fixedly connected with the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit (4), the other ends of the plurality of buffer ropes (12-1) are fixedly connected with one ends of traction steel wire ropes (12), and the air conditioner outdoor unit (4) is suspended to be placed outside a window (1);
step six, adjusting and installing the position of the air conditioner outdoor unit: the air conditioner outdoor unit (4) is moved to the air conditioner bracket (7) by pulling or lowering a traction steel wire rope (12) on the inner side of the window (1) through a traction machine, and is installed through a manned rope ladder (30).

An air conditioner outdoor unit installation method according to claim 1, wherein: the inner support structure (2) comprises a middle support upright (2-2), an upper support upright (2-1) arranged on the upper part of the middle support upright (2-2) and a lower support upright (2-3) arranged on the lower part of the middle support upright (2-2), the middle support upright (2-2) and the upper support upright (2-1) are fixedly connected through an upper side connecting piece (25), the middle support upright (2-2) and the lower support upright (2-3) are fixedly connected through a lower side connecting piece (26), a first groove is formed in the top of the upper support upright (2-1), a top adjusting rod (2-4) stretches into the first groove to be in butt joint with a ceiling (17), a second groove is formed in the bottom of the lower support upright (2-3), a bottom adjusting rod (2-5) stretches into the second groove to be in contact with a floor (18), and an inner guide wheel (15) is arranged on the side wall of the middle support upright (2-2); mounting holes are formed in the side walls of the upper side connecting piece (25) and the lower side connecting piece (26).
