The beneficial effects of this embodiment are: the packaging film materials provided by the film frame are divided into strips by a slitting knife mechanism, enter a longitudinal packaging mechanism and a transverse packaging mechanism respectively for longitudinal and transverse packaging to form packaging bags, are matched with a feeding mechanism to continuously convey liquid or jam materials into the packaging bags, continuously and circularly pull the packaging bags downwards by a pulling mechanism, and then slit and send the packaging bags out by a corner cutting mechanism to obtain complete packaging bag products, so that a full-automatic production line for feeding, bag making, filling, bag sealing and slitting is formed; and the working efficiency can be remarkably improved by arranging a plurality of production lines for mass production.

1. A multi-column liquid jam packaging machine, comprising a machine case, and characterized in that the machine case further comprises: the device comprises a feeding mechanism arranged on the upper side of a case, a longitudinal packaging mechanism arranged on the lower side of the feeding mechanism, a transverse packaging mechanism arranged on the lower side of the longitudinal packaging mechanism, a slitting cutter mechanism arranged on the rear side of the longitudinal packaging mechanism, a film feeding frame arranged on the back side of the case, a pulling mechanism arranged on the transverse packaging mechanism and a round angle cutting mechanism arranged on the lower side of the transverse packaging mechanism;
The transverse packaging mechanism comprises: the transverse sealing hot-pressing die is driven by a second cylinder, and the transverse sealing die frame is driven by a third cylinder;
The back of the transverse sealing hot-pressing die is provided with a first transverse sealing plate, and the back of the transverse sealing die frame is provided with a second transverse sealing plate; the back of the first transverse sealing plate is connected with the second cylinder, two ends of the second transverse sealing plate are fixedly connected with a transverse sealing guide rod, the other end of the transverse sealing guide rod is fixedly connected with a third transverse sealing plate, and the third transverse sealing plate is connected with the third cylinder; a transverse sealing fixing plate is arranged between the first transverse sealing plate and the third transverse sealing plate, and the second air cylinder and the third air cylinder are respectively arranged on two sides of the transverse sealing fixing plate; the transverse sealing guide rod is provided with a first bearing in a sliding sleeve manner, and the first bearing is fixedly arranged on the side sealing plate;

A multi-column liquid jam packaging machine as in claim 2 wherein the longitudinal packaging mechanism includes: the vertical sealing former is sleeved on the discharging pipe in a clearance way, a former outer sleeve is arranged below the vertical sealing former, a vertical sealing opening is arranged on the former outer sleeve, and the vertical sealing hot-pressing die is matched with the vertical sealing opening and driven by a first air cylinder.

A multi-row liquid jam packing machine as claimed in claim 3 wherein the former housing is provided with a longitudinal sealing fixing plate on the back surface thereof, the first cylinder is provided on the back surface thereof, the shaft end of the first cylinder is connected with a guiding fixing plate, and the longitudinal sealing hot pressing die and the guiding fixing plate are connected through a longitudinal sealing guide rod.

A multi-row liquid jam packing machine as in claim 4 wherein the pulling mechanism includes: the lifting columns are vertically arranged on the outer side faces of the side sealing plates through second bearings, are arranged below the side sealing plates and are connected with two side sealing plate transverse sealing nut fixing plates, lifting screws are arranged on the transverse sealing nut fixing plates, driving motors are arranged at the upper ends of the lifting screws, and driving fixing plates are arranged at the lower ends of the lifting screws.
6. A multi-row liquid jam packaging machine as in claim 1 wherein the slitter mechanism comprises: the circular cutter is used for installing and fixing a supporting frame of the circular cutter, a roller arranged above the circular cutter and a motor for driving the roller.
7. A multi-row liquid jam packer as in claim 1 wherein the corner cutting mechanism includes: the bag feeding device is provided with a round corner cutting die arranged below the bag feeding device, a discharging chute arranged below the round corner cutting die and lifting devices arranged on two sides of the bag feeding device.
