Background
The railing is the protective equipment commonly used on boats and ships, and the railing is fixed to be set up the topside on the deck of boats and ships, and its effect is first the deck face is wet and smooth to prevent to fall down, secondly prevents that the people from falling off the sea on boats and ships. The outdoor railing forms a closure along the whole outboard, and the personal safety is effectively protected. But the railing is overall smoother and not high (typically 1 meter) in height, just to ensure the lowest safety of the person, and it is simpler whether the person turns from inside to outside or from outside to inside. When a ship sails in the ocean, the ship may be influenced by external factors, in addition to natural factors such as sea waves and storms. Particularly in some sea areas where pirates are not present frequently, the speed of a common cargo ship is low, and the ship does not have self-defense weapons and crew does not have combat experience. The pirates are trained and equipped with weapons, once the pirates become targets, the pirates are very easy to turn into the ship from the side railings, and if the pirates meet the emergency, the crew can only arrest and sit to be killed. Therefore, there is a need for a balustrade that is resistant to piracy.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present embodiments better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions of the present embodiments are further described below by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings or orientations or positional relationships conventionally laid out when the product is used, and are only for convenience of description of the present invention, and do not indicate or imply that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the anti-pirate rail according to the present invention includes a rail body 100, a sleeve bracket 1, a pillar 2, a crosspiece 3, and a fixing member 4, wherein the rail body 100 is disposed on a side 200 of a ship, and the sleeve bracket 1 is connected to the rail body 100. In this embodiment, the sleeve bracket 1 is detachably connected to the balustrade body 100 and can rotate relative to the balustrade body 100, and in other embodiments, the sleeve bracket 1 can also be welded to the balustrade body 100. A limiting and fixing device (not shown) is further disposed on the balustrade body 100, and the limiting and fixing device is used for limiting and fixing the sleeve bracket 1. When the anti-pirate railing does not need to be used, the sleeve support 1 is positioned at a non-working position, does not occupy the open space, and does not influence the overall appearance of the railing. When needs use prevent pirate's railing, can rotate sleeve pipe support 1 to the inboard earlier, it is fixed through spacing fixing device, the quick installation of all the other subassemblies of being convenient for deals with emergency. And the installation process is on the deck, also makes crew's operation safer. After the installation is finished, the sleeve support is turned over to the outboard side along with other components and is fixed by the limiting and fixing device, and therefore pirates invading the ship can be coped with.
Specifically, the strut 2 may be inserted into the cannula holder 1. The top end of the post 2 is provided with a plurality of fixing elements 4, in this embodiment apertured rings, for mounting of a barbed wire assembly. Thus, the barbed wire components on the pillar 2 and the barbed wire components on the crosspiece 3 jointly form a whole anti-pirate railing, which can effectively prevent the invasion of pirates.
The following further describes the application method of the anti-pirate rail.
When the ship sails normally, the sleeve support is in a non-working state, the sleeve support and the railing body are located at the same position basically, and other components are stored nearby for use.
When the pirates are about to invade and the ship is in an emergency state, a crew can quickly finish assembling the support column 2, the crosspiece 3 and the fixing part 4 on the deck, turn the sleeve support 1 to the inboard side, and then insert the support column 2 into the sleeve support 1 and fix the support column. Finally, the blade barbed wire 6 is installed at the fixed part 4, the blade barbed wire 6 is fastened with the fixed part 4 by using the wire rope 5, and the blade barbed wire is uniformly spread by using an iron hook, so that the protection area is enlarged. The installation of each subassembly is all accomplished at the inboard on deck, can guarantee personnel's security firstly, can guarantee that whole process can have many people to participate in secondly, improves the efficiency of equipment, strives for necessary time for protecting pirates.
After the installation is finished, the sleeve support 1 is turned over to the outboard side, adjusted to a proper angle and then limited and fixed by a limiting and fixing device.
When the sleeve support is required to be disassembled, the limiting fixing device is only required to be loosened, the sleeve support 1 is rotated to the inboard side, the steel wire rope is loosened, the blade barbed wire 6 can be disassembled after the blade barbed wire 6 is folded by the iron hook, then the support 2 and the crosspiece 3 are correspondingly disassembled, and finally the sleeve support 1 is restored to the non-working state.
