step two, a customer removes a cleaning brush head from a box body, attaches the cleaning brush head to the surface of an automobile, opens a cleaning switch, simultaneously opens a first air outlet valve of a gas storage bottle in the box body, a liquid outlet valve of the gas storage bottle and a sewage inlet valve of a vacuum bottle, allows compressed gas in the gas storage bottle to enter the gas storage bottle, enables cleaning liquid in the gas storage bottle to pass through a pipeline to the cleaning brush head to clean the surface of the automobile, enables negative pressure of the vacuum bottle to form a negative pressure area through a flexible suction pipe on the brush head body, synchronously absorbs sewage generated on the surface of the automobile during automobile cleaning to the vacuum bottle, moves the cleaning brush head until the surface of the whole automobile is cleaned, then closes the cleaning switch, and places the cleaning brush head back on the box body; if the air purging needs to be carried out on the automobile, an air purging switch is opened, and the intelligent controller opens a second air outlet valve to realize the air purging of the surface of the automobile;
step three, a client sends a cleaning end instruction through a mobile phone APP, and a car washer automatically enters a cabinet body; meanwhile, an induction type water tap in the cabinet body is opened for a qualified customer, a user uses a mobile phone to sweep a two-dimensional code in a display screen on the cabinet body, and the induction type water tap provides a cleaning agent and water for washing hands for the customer through shared network identification;
step four, the air compensating nozzle in the cabinet body is inserted into the air compensating valve of the air storage bottle, the air is supplemented to the air storage bottle through the air compressor, and the air compensating nozzle is disconnected from the air compensating valve on the air storage bottle after the air supplement is completed;
step five, a liquid supplementing nozzle in the cabinet body is inserted into a liquid supplementing valve of the liquid storage bottle, a tap water source and a cleaning agent are connected into the liquid supplementing nozzle through a pipeline by an automatic proportioning device, cleaning water is automatically supplemented to the liquid storage bottle by tap water pressure, and the liquid supplementing nozzle is separated from the liquid supplementing valve after the supplement is completed;
step six, a pressurizing nozzle in the cabinet body is inserted into a pressure release valve of the vacuum bottle, and the vacuum bottle loses negative pressure; then the sewage discharging nozzle is inserted into a sewage discharging valve of the vacuum bottle, and sewage in the vacuum bottle is blown to a sewage collector through a pipeline by the pressure of the pressure release valve; after the sewage is discharged, the pressurizing nozzle is separated from the pressure release valve, and the sewage discharging nozzle is separated from the sewage discharging valve; then the emptying mouth is in butt joint with the emptying valve of the vacuum bottle, and the emptying mouth is separated from the emptying valve after the vacuum bottle is vacuumized;
seventh, the built-in air compressor of the cabinet body carries out high-pressure blowing cleaning on the cleaning box and the cleaning brush head stored in the cabinet body through the pipeline and the spray head, and then an ultraviolet disinfection device is opened to disinfect the car washer;
and step eight, after the program is finished, the APP displays that the car washer is in a usable state.
The integrated box of the car washing system can be arranged in parking lots of government, enterprises and public institutions or in parking lots of commercial areas and expressway service areas, and can be put into operation by only common civil power supply and water supply. After the car washer automatically returns to the integrated box, the integrated box is used for carrying out the finishing services of charging, inflating, filling liquid, vacuumizing, discharging sewage, refining, cleaning, disinfecting and the like. The car washing system can form a car washing mode that the car does not move in a fixed area and synchronously collects water and dirt by moving the car washing device.

Claims (7)

1. A method for washing a vehicle based on a vehicle washing system, characterized in that;
the car washing system comprises a car washer (16) and an integrated box (20) for accommodating the car washer (16); wherein:
a driving device for driving the travelling wheels (37) and an intelligent controller (17) with a signal receiver are arranged on the car washer (16); the intelligent controller (17) is electrically connected with the driving device, the contact type induction switch, the air compensating valve (26), the first air outlet valve (27), the second air outlet valve (28), the liquid compensating valve (29), the liquid outlet valve (30), the sewage inlet valve (31), the sewage draining valve (32), the emptying valve (33) and the pressure relief valve (34) respectively;
the car washer (16) comprises: a box body (22) with a pull rod (21) at the upper end, a gas storage bottle (23), a liquid storage bottle (24) and a vacuum bottle (25) which are arranged in the box body (22), and a cleaning brush head (15) with a handle (9); the air storage bottle (23) is provided with an air supplementing valve (26), a first air outlet valve (27) and a second air outlet valve (28), the liquid storage bottle (24) is provided with a liquid supplementing valve (29) and a liquid outlet valve (30), and the vacuum bottle (25) is provided with a sewage inlet valve (31), a sewage draining valve (32), an emptying valve (33) and a pressure relief valve (34); the cleaning brush head (15) comprises a brush head body (2) with a gas-liquid channel (1) and flexible suction pipes (7) which are uniformly distributed at the cleaning end of the brush head body (2) along the outer edge of the brush head body (2) in a ring shape; a gas-liquid pipe (10) connected with the gas-liquid channel (1) is arranged in the handle (9), a liquid suction cavity (12) connected with each flexible suction pipe (7) is arranged in the brush head body (2), and an air suction pipe (13) communicated with the liquid suction cavity (12) is arranged on the handle (9); the first air outlet valve (27) is communicated with the liquid storage bottle (24); the second air outlet valve (28) and the liquid outlet valve (30) are respectively communicated with the gas-liquid pipe (10) through a gas-liquid conveying pipe (35); the sewage inlet valve (31) is communicated with the air suction pipe (13) through an air conveying pipeline (36);
the integrated tank (20) comprises a tank body (19) provided with a cavity (18) for accommodating the car washer (16), a gas supplementing nozzle which is arranged in the tank body (19), is correspondingly matched with the gas supplementing valve (26) and is connected with the air compressor (44), a pollution discharging nozzle which is arranged in the integrated tank (20), is correspondingly matched with the pollution discharging valve (32) and is connected with the sewage storage, a gas exhausting nozzle which is arranged in the integrated tank (20), is correspondingly matched with the gas exhausting valve (33) and is connected with the vacuumizing equipment, a liquid supplementing nozzle which is arranged in the integrated tank (20), is correspondingly matched with the liquid supplementing valve (29) and is connected with the water source, a spray nozzle (39) which is arranged in the tank body (19) and is used for cleaning the car washer (16) and is connected with the air compressor (44), an ultraviolet disinfection device (40) which is arranged in the tank body (19) and is used for disinfecting the car washer (16), and a control system (41) which is arranged on the tank body (19) and is provided with a display screen;
the car washing method comprises the following steps:
step one, a client downloads a mobile phone APP connected with a control system (41) in a communication mode, registers as a mobile phone APP user, and selects and confirms available car washes (16) and car washing stations according to APP display after starting and logging in the mobile phone APP; the control system (41) receives a request sent by a client mobile phone, sends an instruction to the corresponding car washer (16), and the car washer (16) automatically walks to the side of a car to be washed according to a car washing station positioned by a client;
step two, a customer removes a cleaning brush head (15) from a box body (22), attaches the cleaning brush head (15) to the surface of an automobile, opens a cleaning switch, simultaneously opens a first air outlet valve (27) of a gas storage bottle (23) in the box body (22), a liquid outlet valve (30) of a liquid storage bottle (24) and a sewage inlet valve (31) of a vacuum bottle (25), compresses gas in the gas storage bottle (23) to enter the liquid storage bottle (24), enables cleaning liquid in the liquid storage bottle (24) to pass through a pipeline to the cleaning brush head (15) to clean the surface of the automobile, enables negative pressure of the vacuum bottle (25) to form a negative pressure area through a flexible straw on the brush head body, synchronously absorbs sewage generated on the surface of the automobile during automobile cleaning to the vacuum bottle (25), moves the cleaning brush head (15) until the surface of the whole automobile is cleaned, then closes the cleaning switch, and places the cleaning brush head (15) back on the box body (22); if the air purging needs to be carried out on the automobile, an air purging switch is opened, and the intelligent controller opens a second air outlet valve (28) to realize the air purging on the surface of the automobile;
step three, a client sends a cleaning end instruction through a mobile phone APP, and a car washer (16) automatically enters a cabinet body (19); meanwhile, an induction type water tap (42) in the cabinet body (19) is opened for a qualified customer, a user scans a two-dimensional code in a display screen on the cabinet body (19) by using a mobile phone, and the two-dimensional code is identified through a shared network, and the induction type water tap (42) provides a cleaning agent and water for washing hands for the customer;
step four, the air supplementing nozzle in the cabinet body (19) is inserted into the air supplementing valve (26) of the air storage bottle (23), air is supplemented to the air storage bottle (23) through the air compressor, and the air supplementing nozzle is disconnected from the air supplementing valve (26) on the air storage bottle (23) after the air supplementing is completed;
step five, a liquid supplementing nozzle in the cabinet body (19) is inserted into a liquid supplementing valve (29) of the liquid storage bottle (24), a tap water source and a cleaning agent are connected into the liquid supplementing nozzle through a pipeline by an automatic proportioner, tap water pressure is used for automatically supplementing cleaning water to the liquid storage bottle (24), and the liquid supplementing nozzle is separated from the liquid supplementing valve (29) after the supplement is completed;
step six, a pressurizing nozzle in the cabinet body (19) is inserted into a pressure release valve (34) of the vacuum bottle (25), and the vacuum bottle (25) loses negative pressure; then the sewage discharging nozzle is inserted into a sewage discharging valve (32) of the vacuum bottle (25), and sewage in the vacuum bottle (25) is blown to a sewage collector through a pipeline by the pressure of a pressure release valve (34); after the sewage is discharged, the pressurizing nozzle is separated from the pressure release valve (34), and the sewage draining nozzle is separated from the sewage draining valve (32); the emptying mouth is in butt joint with an emptying valve (33) of the vacuum bottle (25), and the emptying mouth is separated from the emptying valve (33) after the vacuum bottle (25) is vacuumized;
step seven, an air compressor (44) arranged in the cabinet body (19) performs high-pressure blowing cleaning on a cleaning box and a cleaning brush head (15) stored in the cabinet body (19) through a pipeline and a spray head, and then an ultraviolet disinfection device (40) is opened to disinfect a car washer (16);
and step eight, after the program is finished, the APP displays that the car washer is in a usable state.

3. The method of washing a vehicle based on a vehicle washing system of claim 1, wherein: an induction type faucet (42) is arranged in the cabinet body (19).
4. The method of washing a vehicle based on a vehicle washing system of claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the box body (22) is provided with a travelling wheel (37).
5. The method of washing a vehicle based on a vehicle washing system of claim 1, wherein: the upper part of the box body (22) is provided with a clamping groove (38) for clamping the handle (9).

The method of washing a vehicle based on a vehicle washing system of claim 1, wherein: the air supplementing valve (26), the first air outlet valve (27), the second air outlet valve (28), the liquid supplementing valve (29), the liquid outlet valve (30), the sewage inlet valve (31), the sewage draining valve (32), the emptying valve (33) and the pressure relief valve (34) are all electromagnetic valves.
7. The method of washing a vehicle based on a vehicle washing system of claim 1, wherein: the cleaning end of the brush head body (2) is provided with a contact type induction switch.
