Referring to fig. 2 and 4, two cross bars 111 are disposed at the air passing passage 11, and a fixing rod 52 perpendicular to the cross bars 111 is disposed on the water guide plate 5. The fixing rod 52 has one end fixed to the cross bar 111 and the other end fixed to the water guide panel 5. The cross bar 111 and the fixing bar 52 can form a stable support for the water deflector 5, so that the water deflector 5 is firmly installed.
Referring to fig. 4, the water circulation purification unit further includes a flocculant tank 7 and a charge pump 71. The liquid inlet end of the liquid adding pump 71 is communicated with the flocculating agent tank 7, and the liquid outlet end is communicated with the water spraying tank 4. The flocculating agent can be introduced into the water spraying tank 4 through the flocculating agent and the liquid adding pump 71. When water containing the flocculating agent flows on the water guide plate 5, the water can be fully and uniformly mixed. After the water flows into the water collecting tank 6, the pollutants in the water body are generated into flocculent precipitates and separated out. The flocculent precipitate in the water collecting tank 6 is filtered by adopting a filter screen at regular time, and then the pollutants can be treated.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in order to prevent the reuse water pump 615 from being blocked due to a large amount of flocculation and sedimentation entering the pipeline, a filter tank 61 is arranged in the water collection tank 6. The filter tank 61 is rectangular box-shaped, and is attached to the side wall of the water collecting tank 6, and the liquid inlet end of the reuse water pump 615 is communicated with the filter tank 61. The water entering the reuse water pump 615 is filtered by the filter tank 61, and impurities entering the reuse water pump 615 are greatly reduced.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the bottom plate of the filter box 61 is a detachably disposed filter plate 612. Strip-shaped clamping grooves 611 are formed in the two inner side walls of the filter box 61, and clamping ribs 613 matched with the clamping grooves 611 in a clamping and embedding mode are arranged on the two sides of the filter plate 612. When the filter plate 612 is mounted, the engaging ribs 613 are aligned with the engaging grooves 611, and the filter plate 612 can be mounted in place by sliding in the horizontal direction. The clamping plate 614 is rotatably arranged on the side plate of the filter box 61 through a pin, and after the filter plate 612 is installed in place, the clamping plate 614 is rotated to block the end part of the clamping groove 611, so that the filter plate 612 is not easy to loosen and separate, and the installation fastness of the filter plate 612 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the air suction unit is disposed at the air passage 11 and outside the paint spray booth body 1. The air suction unit comprises a gas collecting hood 3 covering the air passage 11, an air suction pipe 31 communicated with the gas collecting hood 3 and an air suction fan 32 arranged in the air suction pipe 31. When the suction fan 32 works, negative pressure is generated to lead out the polluted air in the paint spray booth body 1 from the suction pipe 31. Meanwhile, the air pressing unit is matched, so that directional air flow is formed in the paint spray booth body 1, the polluted air can flow to the air passing channel 11 directionally, and the polluted air is purified by the water circulation purification unit.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, the exhaust gas guided out by the air suction unit is introduced into the aerosol absorption purification unit. The aerosol absorption purification unit comprises a rectangular box body 8, one side of the box body 8 is communicated with an air inlet pipe 86 for air inlet, and the other opposite side is communicated with an air outlet pipe 87 for discharging treated air. A vertical partition plate 85 is provided in the box body 8, and the partition plate 85 partitions the inner space of the box body 8 into a first adsorption region located on the side of the air inlet pipe 86 and a second adsorption region located on the side of the air outlet pipe 87.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, two organic cotton filter plates 83 are disposed in parallel in the first adsorption zone, and the organic cotton filter plates 83 are disposed in parallel to the partition plate 85. The organic cotton filter plate 83 is composed of a rectangular plate frame, a grating covering the plate frame and organic adsorption cotton filled and clamped in the grating. The exhaust gas entering the box 8 through the inlet pipe 86 is purified by the two organic cotton filter plates 83 in sequence, and the moisture and the fine liquid droplet-shaped pollutants are adsorbed and trapped. Two activated carbon adsorption plates 84 are arranged in the second adsorption area in parallel, the activated carbon adsorption plates 84 are arranged along the horizontal direction, and two through grooves 851 are formed in the partition plate 85 and used for communicating the first adsorption area with the second adsorption area. The two through grooves 851 are respectively located between the top walls of the upper activated carbon adsorption plate 84 and the box body 8 and between the bottom walls of the lower activated carbon adsorption plate 84 and the box body 8, so that the air subjected to adsorption treatment in the first adsorption region is divided into two paths, the two paths respectively penetrate through the lower activated carbon adsorption plate 84 from bottom to top, and the two paths penetrate through the upper activated carbon adsorption plate 84 from top to bottom and are purified. The activated carbon adsorption plate 84 is embedded with activated carbon adsorption particles, which can effectively remove colored substances, fine liquid drops, malodorous substances and the like in the air. After the treatment of aerial fog absorption purification unit, the air that derives from in the spray booth body 1 is further purified.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, both the organic cotton filter plate 83 and the activated carbon adsorption plate 84 are detachably disposed in the box 8, and in order to facilitate replacement/cleaning of the organic cotton filter plate 83 and the activated carbon adsorption plate 84, a box door 81 which can be opened by rotation is disposed on a side surface of the box 8.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, each organic cotton filter plate 83 is mounted by two U-shaped mounting plates 82 with opposite openings, and the U-shaped mounting plates 82 for fixing the organic cotton filter plates 83 are respectively arranged on the inner top wall and the inner bottom wall of the box body 8 along the width direction of the box body 8. Every activated carbon adsorption plate 84 is installed through the relative U type mounting panel 82 inlay card of two openings equally, and the U type mounting panel 82 of fixed activated carbon adsorption plate 84 sets up along the width direction of box 8, and sets up in baffle 85, and the piece sets up in the inside wall of box 8.
Referring to fig. 1, the photo-oxidation purification unit includes a photo-oxidation catalytic waste gas purifier 9 communicated with an outlet pipe 87 on a tank 8. The high-energy high-ozone UV ultraviolet light beam generated in the photo-oxidation catalytic waste gas purifier 9 decomposes oxygen molecules in the air to generate free oxygen, namely active oxygen, and the free oxygen carries out unbalance of positive and negative electrons so that the free oxygen needs to be combined with the oxygen molecules to generate ozone. The ozone has strong oxidizing effect on organic matters and has instant effect of removing malodorous gas and other irritant odor in the waste gas. Meanwhile, the photo-oxidation catalytic waste gas purifier 9 can generate high-energy C-wave light beams and ozone to carry out a synergistic decomposition oxidation reaction on the malodorous gas, so that the malodorous gas substances are degraded and converted into low-molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and then are discharged outdoors through an exhaust pipeline. In addition, the high-energy UV light beam generated by the photo-oxidation catalytic waste gas purifier 9 cracks the molecular bonds of bacteria in the malodorous gas, Destroys Nucleic Acid (DNA) of the bacteria, and then carries out oxidation reaction through ozone, thereby thoroughly achieving the purposes of deodorizing and killing the bacteria.
The working principle is as follows:
through pressing the wind unit and induced drafting the unit and cooperateing, constantly introduce fresh air in to spray booth body 1 on the one hand, dilute contaminated air, on the other hand makes the contaminated air directional flow to lead out from air passage 11 of the 1 lateral wall of spray booth body. When the polluted air passes through the air passage 11, the polluted air is settled and purified by the water circulation purification unit, and the air purified by the water circulation purification unit is guided into the aerosol adsorption unit and is sequentially adsorbed and purified by the organic cotton filter plate 83 and the activated carbon adsorption plate 84. The air which is not completely purified is then introduced into the photo-oxidative catalytic exhaust gas purifier 9 to be completely purified. Therefore, a better construction environment can be kept in the paint spray booth, the content of discharged gas pollutants is extremely low and meets the requirement of environmental protection, and compared with the paint spray booth in the prior art, the problems that the secondary pollution is easily caused by moisture in the paint spray booth and water containing pollutants due to water spray purification are difficult to occur are solved.

the side wall of the paint spray booth body (1) is provided with an air passage (11), and the water circulation purification unit comprises a water collection tank (6) arranged at the air passage (11), a water spraying tank (4) arranged right above the water collection tank (6), and a water guide plate (5) fixedly arranged between the water collection tank (6) and the water spraying tank (4); a reuse water pump (615) is communicated between the water collecting tank (6) and the water spraying tank (4) through a pipeline; a water spraying pipe (41) communicated with the water spraying tank (4) is arranged at the bottom of the water spraying tank (4), and a plurality of water spraying holes (411) are formed in the water spraying pipe (41); the bottom end of the water guide plate (5) is suspended over the water collection tank (6); the water guide plate (5) is an arc-shaped plate protruding towards the inner side of the paint spray booth body (1), and at least one convex rib (51) is arranged on the water guide plate (5) along the horizontal direction; a filter tank (61) positioned in the water collecting tank (6) is arranged on the side wall of the water collecting tank (6), and the top wall of the filter tank (61) is flush with the opening of the water collecting tank (6); the bottom plate of the filter box (61) is a filter plate (612) which is detachably arranged; the reuse water pump (615) is communicated with the filter tank (61) through a pipeline;
the air suction unit is arranged at the air passage (11) and positioned on the outer side of the side wall of the paint spray booth body (1) so as to guide air in the paint spray booth into the aerosol adsorption and purification unit; the aerosol adsorption purification unit comprises a box body (8), and a partition plate (85) is arranged in the box body (8); the box body (8) is divided into a first adsorption area and a second adsorption area by the partition plate (85); at least one organic cotton filter plate (83) is arranged in the first adsorption zone along the vertical direction, and at least one activated carbon adsorption plate (84) is arranged in the second adsorption zone along the horizontal direction; the side wall of the box body (8) far away from the second adsorption area is communicated with an air inlet pipe (86), and the side wall of the box body (8) far away from the first adsorption area is provided with an air outlet pipe (87); a through groove (851) communicated with the first adsorption area and the second adsorption area is arranged on the partition plate (85), and the communicated parts of the through groove (851) and the air outlet pipe (87) and the box body (8) are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the activated carbon adsorption plate (84); the two organic cotton filter plates (83) are arranged in parallel, and the two activated carbon adsorption plates (84) are arranged in parallel; the organic cotton filter plate (83) and the activated carbon adsorption plate (84) can be detachably arranged in the box body (8);
