6. A fastening device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the pressure cylinder comprises an inlet and an outlet, and wherein the axis of the inlet is in the horizontal plane and the axis of the outlet is in the vertical direction.

The fixture of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the pressure cylinder comprises a main conduit and a plurality of auxiliary conduits, each of the auxiliary conduits being in communication with the main conduit, respectively, the inlet being disposed in the main conduit, the outlet being disposed in the auxiliary conduits, respectively, the auxiliary conduits being for a respective one of the pins.
8. The fixture of claim 7 wherein each of said secondary conduits is straight and parallel to each other.
9. The fixture of claim 7 wherein the main conduit is an integrally formed elbow.
10. The fixture of claim 7, wherein the main conduit comprises a first main conduit and a second main conduit, wherein each of the secondary conduits is disposed in the first main conduit, the second main conduit is in communication with the first main conduit, and the inlet is disposed in the second main conduit.
