Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a drainage tube and an implanting device thereof, in particular to an external biliary tract drainage tube for preventing duodenal papilla hemorrhage and an implanting device thereof.
Background
Common bile duct stones are common diseases and frequently encountered diseases in China, the stones block common bile ducts to induce complications such as acute cholangitis, obstructive jaundice and acute cholangiogenic pancreatitis, the symptoms such as shivering, fever, abdominal pain and jaundice appear, serious patients even cause shock, and long-term stone stimulation has the risk of bile duct cancer, so that the common bile duct stones are important diseases which harm human health. The existing treatment scheme of the common bile duct calculus comprises the steps of laparotomy biliary tract exploration calculus removal, laparoscopic biliary tract exploration calculus removal, Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) + calculus removal, Percutaneous Transhepatic Cholangiopuncture (PTCD) + fistulous tract expansion + Percutaneous Transcholangioscopy (PTCS) calculus removal, PTCD-approach duodenal papillary balloon dilatation balloon calculus removal and the like.
For elderly patients, patients with many basic diseases, patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction and other patients who are not suitable for general anesthesia biliary tract exploration surgery, ERCP calculus removal and PTCD-approach calculus removal treatment are often adopted, but duodenal papilla bleeding is easy to occur after duodenal papilla incision and balloon dilatation through ERCP and duodenal papilla balloon dilatation through PTCD-approach.
The existing treatment scheme of delayed bleeding after duodenal papilla sacculus incision and dilatation comprises sacculus compression hemostasis under an endoscope, nipple sphincter injection hemostasis under the endoscope, compression hemostasis by placing a metal bracket under the endoscope, hemostasis by clamping a hemostatic clamp under the endoscope and interventional embolization hemostasis. The above treatment regimen suffers from the following disadvantages: 1. balloon compression hemostasis under an endoscope can only be operated under the endoscope, the compression time on the duodenal papilla is short, only a temporary hemostasis effect can be achieved, and the risk of recurrence of duodenal papilla hemorrhage after operation exists; 2. duodenal papilla edema after endoscopic injection for hemostasis easily causes pancreatic duct opening stenosis to induce acute pancreatitis; 3. the under-endoscope hemostatic clamp has a good hemostatic effect on active hemorrhage, but when the papilla has active hemorrhage, blood easily pollutes a duodenoscope lens, so that food under the endoscope is unclear, and accurate clamping hemostasis is difficult to perform; 4. the hemostatic effect of interventional embolism is obvious, but branch organ ischemia is easy to occur after arterial embolism, so that the function of ischemic distending pain is damaged, wherein liver function damage and cholestatic cirrhosis are common complications at early and late stages after interventional embolism.
