The preparation steps of the bubble towel in this embodiment are the same as those of embodiment 1, and therefore, are not described in detail. The bubble towel manufactured by the embodiment has better use comfort and foaming effect than the existing bubble towel and bath sponge.
Comparative examples 1, 2 and 3, three examples produced bubble towel with the best use effect of the bubble towel produced by the ratio of each component of example 2 after comparing the tensile elasticity, comfort, water absorption and foaming effect and antistatic effect, therefore, the mass ratio of each component: the optimal composition ratio is 25% of the elastic inner liner 11, 10% of the non-woven fabric 12, 40% of the non-woven fabric convex balls 2 and 25% of the bubble towel outer liner 3.
In summary, the bubble towel and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention are characterized in that absorbent cotton or viscose fiber and super cotton-like fiber are mixed, carded, formed into a net, laid and manufactured into non-woven fabric through a spunlace machine to form a novel composite non-woven fabric 12, and the prepared bubble towel keeps the natural property of cotton, is soft and comfortable, has good moisture absorption and quick drying properties, good moisture absorption and improved foaming effect, and is antistatic. Claims (6)

1. A preparation method of a bubble towel comprises a bubble towel lining (1), non-woven fabric convex balls (2) and a bubble towel outer lining (3), wherein the non-woven fabric convex balls (2) are fully distributed on the outer surface of the bubble towel lining (1), the bubble towel is characterized in that the bubble towel lining (1) consists of an elastic lining (11) and non-woven fabrics (12), and the non-woven fabrics (12) are arranged on the outer surface of the bubble towel lining (1);
the outer surface of each non-woven fabric convex ball (2) is covered with a layer of bubble towel outer lining (3), the non-woven fabric convex balls (2) are connected with non-woven fabrics (12), and the non-woven fabrics (12) connected with two adjacent non-woven fabric convex balls (2) are separated;
the mass ratio of each component is as follows: 20 to 30 percent of elastic inner liner (11), 5 to 15 percent of non-woven fabric (12), 35 to 45 percent of non-woven fabric convex balls (2) and 20 to 30 percent of bubble towel outer liner (3);
the bubble towel outer lining (3) is woven by the Posmann fiber;
the preparation method of the bubble towel comprises the following steps:
step 1): extruding and kneading the non-woven fabric (12) into non-woven fabric convex balls (2) by adopting kneading equipment, and sewing the non-woven fabric (12) on two sides of the non-woven fabric convex balls (2) by adopting sewing equipment;
step 2): sewing the non-woven fabric convex balls (2) and the non-woven fabric (12) on the surface of the elastic lining (11) at intervals by adopting sewing equipment;
step 3): the outer surface of the non-woven fabric convex ball (2) and the outer surface of the non-woven fabric (12) are sewed with a bubble towel outer lining (3).
2. The method for preparing bubble towel according to claim 1, wherein the non-woven fabric (12) of step 1) is prepared by the following steps:
step 21): taking 1-60% or 100% of viscose fiber and using super cotton-like fiber;
step 22): mixing viscose fiber and super cotton-like fiber, opening, passing through an opening machine and a cotton mixing machine, carding into a cotton net through a carding machine, pressurizing and thinning the cotton net through the cotton pressing machine, and then moving forwards in a balanced manner through a net curtain, or adopting 100% super cotton-like fiber, carding into a cotton net through the opening machine and the cotton mixing machine, pressing and thinning the cotton net through the cotton pressing machine, and then moving forwards in a balanced manner through the net curtain;
step 23): and (2) enabling the mixed fiber web to pass through a spunlace machine to enable the multilayer mixed cotton web to be entangled into non-woven fabric, then drying the non-woven fabric through a dryer, and winding the non-woven fabric into the special non-woven fabric for the multifunctional super cotton-like wet tissue through a winding machine, or enabling 100% of super cotton-like fiber web to pass through a spunlace machine to enable the cotton web to be entangled into the non-woven fabric, then drying the non-woven fabric through the dryer, and winding the non-woven fabric into the bubble towel non-woven fabric through the winding machine.
3. The method for preparing bubble towel according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of each component is as follows: 20% of the elastic inner liner (11), 15% of the non-woven fabric (12), 45% of the non-woven fabric convex balls (2) and 20% of the bubble towel outer liner (3).
4. The method for preparing bubble towel according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of each component is as follows: 25% of elastic inner liner (11), 10% of non-woven fabric (12), 40% of non-woven fabric convex balls (2) and 25% of bubble towel outer liner (3).
5. The method for preparing bubble towel according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of each component is as follows: 30% of elastic inner liner (11), 5% of non-woven fabric (12), 35% of non-woven fabric convex balls (2) and 30% of bubble towel outer liner (3).
6. The method for preparing bubble towel according to claim 1, wherein the elastic lining (11) is an elastic band woven from latex filaments.
