Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of weeding, and particularly relates to a multifunctional mower which is particularly suitable for occasions needing mowing and chip suction.
Background
With the progress of social civilization and the improvement of living standard, people have higher and higher requirements on the living environment, and a plurality of types of lawn mowers exist in the market at present, but the lawn mowers can only finish the common and common mowing work.

Preferably, the multi-function mower further comprises a hand push armrest portion; the hand-push armrest part comprises a handle and a control switch;
the lower end of the handle is fixedly connected with the mower shell; the control switch is installed on the handle and used for respectively controlling the starting and stopping of the mowing motor and the lifting mechanism.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the multi-function mower of the present invention includes a main body portion, a grass cutting portion, and a chip suction portion.
The main body part comprises a travelling wheel 1, a mowing shell 2 and a mowing motor 3. The mower motor 3 is arranged outside the mower housing 2. The traveling wheel 1 consists of a tire and a hub, and has an outer diameter of 19.5cm (+ -0.5) and an inner diameter of 2cm (+ -0.5 cm). The mowing section is provided inside the mower housing 2 and includes a cutter 61 and a lifting mechanism for the cutter 61. The chip suction part is arranged inside the mower shell 2 and comprises fan blades 8. The same mowing motor 3 drives the cutting knife 61 to mow and drives the fan blades 8 to remove scraps through a transmission device. Preferably, a rechargeable battery is installed in the mower housing 2, and the output power drives the mowing motor 3 to rotate. In operation, the mowing motor 3 drives the cutterhead transmission shaft 63 to rotate, and simultaneously drives the cutting knife 61 to rotate to cut off weeds. In the mowing process, the cutting knife occasionally encounters broken stones and soil piles, so that the abrasion of the cutting knife is aggravated, the cutting knife needs to have certain hardness, the blade is made of alloy steel, the mowing area and the mowing efficiency are guaranteed, the length of the cutting knife is 340mm, and the thickness of the cutting knife is 5 mm.
As shown in fig. 3, the lifting mechanism includes a lifting base 71, a lifting top base 72, a cross bar 73, and a lifting driver. On different lawns, the height of the grass is different, and in different places, people have different requirements on the length of the lawn grass, and the height of the cutting knife is changed by adopting a lifting mechanism. The lifting base 71 is connected to the mower housing 2 and is constrained to have a degree of freedom in the vertical direction; the lifting top seat 72 is connected below the cutterhead gear 64; the cross rod 73 is two rods with proper length, the middle of each rod is penetrated through by a hinge, so that the two rods can rotate around a central point, the upper end of each rod is hinged with the lifting base 71, and the lower end of each rod is hinged with the lifting top seat 72; the lifting driver is used for driving the change of the crossing angle of the crossing rod 73 so as to drive the lifting of the cutter head gear 64 and the cutter 61.
The chip suction part also comprises a grass collecting bag which is connected to the upper area of the fan blades 8 through a transmission pipeline. Preferably, the grass collecting bag and the mower shell 2 are detachably connected by a buckle, can be pulled out instantly when being plugged, are convenient to disassemble and assemble, can be conveniently replaced after the grass collecting bag is full of grass, and the collected grass scraps can be used as a potted natural fertilizer.
As shown in fig. 4, the transmission device of the mowing motor 3 comprises a coupling 31, a first shaft 32, a first gear 33, a second gear 34, a second shaft 35, a third gear 36 and a third shaft 37.
The mowing motor 3 is connected with the first shaft 32 through the coupler 31, the first shaft 32 is connected with the center of the first gear 33, one side of the first gear 33 is meshed with the second gear 34, and the center of the second gear 34 is connected with the second shaft 35; the second shaft 35 and the cutterhead gear 64 are in meshed transmission so as to drive the cutting knife 61 to cut grass in a rotating mode.
The other side of the first gear 33 is meshed with the third gear 36, and the center of the third gear 36 is connected with the third shaft 37; the third shaft 37 is connected to the center of the fan blade 8 to drive the fan blade 8 to rotate and suck the scraps. The size of the fan blade 8 determines the dust suction capacity, and the shape of the fan blade is designed to be opposite to the bending direction of the fan blade in order to have the dust suction capacity. The blades 8 are driven by the third shaft 37 to rotate to form partial vacuum, and grass clippings are sucked into the grass collecting bag under the external atmospheric pressure.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the power is switched on, the control switch 5 is turned on, the mowing motor 3 starts to rotate, power is output to the first shaft 32 through the coupler 31, meanwhile, the power is transmitted to the cutting knife disc gear 34 through the first gear 33 on the first shaft 32 to drive the cutting knife 61 to rotate, and is also transmitted to the third gear 36 to drive the fan blade 8 to rotate, when the fan blade 8 rotates, air is pumped out to form local vacuum, grass scraps are pressed into the grass collecting bag under the pressure of external atmospheric pressure, and the purpose of mowing and collecting the grass scraps simultaneously is achieved. Meanwhile, when the lawn is required to be at different heights in different use occasions, the height of the lifting mechanism can be adjusted to change the height of the cutter head, so that the height of the cutter is adjusted to cut the lawn at different heights.

the mowing motor (3) is connected with the first shaft (32) through the coupler (31), the first shaft (32) is connected with the center of the first gear (33), one side of the first gear (33) is meshed with the second gear (34), and the other side of the first gear (33) is meshed with the third gear (36);
the center of the second gear (34) is connected with the second shaft (35), and the second shaft (35) and the cutter head gear (64) are in meshed transmission with each other to drive the cutter (61) to rotationally cut grass;
