技术领域
本发明涉及到后备泵技术领域,特别涉及一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵。
背景技术
空分装置指的是化工厂中的各种空气成分的分离装置,具体从空气中分离出氮气、氧气、氩气等气体以及其他一些气体。具体流程为:自空压机来的压缩空气,经分子筛除去水份、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物等杂质后,一部分空气被直接送往精馏塔的上塔,另一部分则进入膨胀机经膨胀制冷后,被送往下塔,精馏塔中,上升蒸汽和下落液体经热量交换后,在上塔的顶部可得到纯度很高的氮气,在上塔底部可得到纯度很高的氧气。
传统的液氮、液氧及液氩大多都是直接放置在低温储罐中保存,当使用时,在对其进行处理,该种操作方式使得液氮、液氧及液氩不能及时的满足使用需求,不能很好的为后备工作提供保障,因此,急需一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵来解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明的目的在于提供一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,可对低温储罐内储存的液氮、液氧或液氩进行压缩之后通过蒸发器进行蒸发升温达到其所需要的液氮、液氧或液氩,可满足使用需求,为后备工作提供保障,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,包括低温储罐、增压气化器和蒸发器,所述低温储罐的上表面设置有对称分布的吊耳,所述低温储罐的上表面的中端还设置有外套安全装置,所述低温储罐的正对面的下端设置有液位计和压力表,所述液位计位于压力表的一侧,所述低温储罐的下表面分布有支撑脚,所述低温储罐的下表面还设置有真空装置,所述低温储罐的一侧端面的上端设置有进液口,所述进液口上安装有进液阀,所述低温储罐的另一侧端面的下端设置有增压液相管口,所述增压液相管口上安装有增压液相阀,所述增压液相管口与过滤器连接,所述过滤器还与增压气化器连接,所述增压气化器与增压回液管连接,所述增压回液管安装在低温储罐的上表面上,所述低温储罐的上表面还设置有增压排液管,所述增压排液管通过输送管道与蒸发器的进料口连接,所述蒸发器划分为加热室和蒸发室,所述加热室位于蒸发室的下方,所述蒸发器的下端设置有冷凝水排水管,所述冷凝水排水管上安装有电磁阀,所述蒸发器的下端还设置有加热蒸汽进口,所述蒸发器的上端设置有排气管。

本发明提出的用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,打开进液阀,液氮、液氧或液氩通过进液口进入低温储罐内储存,之后打开增压液相阀,低温储罐内储存的液氮、液氧或液氩通过增压液相管口流出并经过过滤器过滤后进入增压气化器内压缩到需要的压力,之后打开增压回液阀,通过增压回液管回流至低温储罐内,并打开增压排液阀,经过增压排液管排出,在调压阀的调压作用下,通过输送管道从进料口进入蒸发器内,之后通过加热蒸汽进口通入加热蒸汽,加热室内设置的加热管束对其进行蒸发升温,产生的蒸汽通过排气管排出,并且在蒸发升温过程中所产生的冷凝水通过冷凝水排水管排出,该用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵可对低温储罐内储存的液氮、液氧或液氩进行压缩之后通过蒸发器进行蒸发升温达到其所需要的液氮、液氧或液氩,可满足使用需求,为后备工作提供保障。

工作原理:打开进液阀181,液氮、液氧或液氩通过进液口18进入低温储罐1内储存,之后打开增压液相阀191,低温储罐1内储存的液氮、液氧或液氩通过增压液相管口19流出并经过过滤器4过滤后进入增压气化器2内压缩到需要的压力,之后打开增压回液阀1101,通过增压回液管110回流至低温储罐1内,并打开增压排液阀1111,经过增压排液管111排出,在调压阀51的调压作用下,通过输送管道5从进料口33进入蒸发器3内,之后通过加热蒸汽进口35通入加热蒸汽,加热室31内设置的加热管束311对其进行蒸发升温,产生的蒸汽通过排气管36排出,并且在蒸发升温过程中所产生的冷凝水通过冷凝水排水管34排出,该用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵可对低温储罐1内储存的液氮、液氧或液氩进行压缩之后通过蒸发器进行蒸发升温达到其所需要的液氮、液氧或液氩,可满足使用需求,为后备工作提供保障。
综上所述,本发明提出的用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,打开进液阀181,液氮、液氧或液氩通过进液口18进入低温储罐1内储存,之后打开增压液相阀191,低温储罐1内储存的液氮、液氧或液氩通过增压液相管口19流出并经过过滤器4过滤后进入增压气化器2内压缩到需要的压力,之后打开增压回液阀1101,通过增压回液管110回流至低温储罐1内,并打开增压排液阀1111,经过增压排液管111排出,在调压阀51的调压作用下,通过输送管道5从进料口33进入蒸发器3内,之后通过加热蒸汽进口35通入加热蒸汽,加热室31内设置的加热管束311对其进行蒸发升温,产生的蒸汽通过排气管36排出,并且在蒸发升温过程中所产生的冷凝水通过冷凝水排水管34排出,该用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵可对低温储罐1内储存的液氮、液氧或液氩进行压缩之后通过蒸发器进行蒸发升温达到其所需要的液氮、液氧或液氩,可满足使用需求,为后备工作提供保障。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,包括低温储罐(1)、增压气化器(2)和蒸发器(3),其特征在于:所述低温储罐(1)的上表面设置有对称分布的吊耳(11),所述低温储罐(1)的上表面的中端还设置有外套安全装置(12),所述低温储罐(1)的正对面的下端设置有液位计(13)和压力表(14),所述液位计(13)位于压力表(14)的一侧,所述低温储罐(1)的下表面分布有支撑脚(15),所述低温储罐(1)的下表面还设置有真空装置(16),所述低温储罐(1)的一侧端面的上端设置有进液口(18),所述进液口(18)上安装有进液阀(181),所述低温储罐(1)的另一侧端面的下端设置有增压液相管口(19),所述增压液相管口(19)上安装有增压液相阀(191),所述增压液相管口(19)与过滤器(4)连接,所述过滤器(4)还与增压气化器(2)连接,所述增压气化器(2)与增压回液管(110)连接,所述增压回液管(110)安装在低温储罐(1)的上表面上,所述低温储罐(1)的上表面还设置有增压排液管(111),所述增压排液管(111)通过输送管道(5)与蒸发器(3)的进料口(33)连接,所述蒸发器(3)划分为加热室(31)和蒸发室(32),所述加热室(31)位于蒸发室(32)的下方,所述蒸发器(3)的下端设置有冷凝水排水管(34),所述冷凝水排水管(34)上安装有电磁阀(341),所述蒸发器(3)的下端还设置有加热蒸汽进口(35),所述蒸发器(3)的上端设置有排气管(36)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,其特征在于:所述低温储罐(1)的下表面的中端设置有出液口(17),所述出液口(17)上安装有出液阀(171)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,其特征在于:所述增压回液管(110)上安装有增压回液阀(1101)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,其特征在于:所述增压排液管(111)上安装有增压排液阀(1111)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,其特征在于:所述输送管道(5)上安装有调压阀(51)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于液氮、液氧及液氩的后备泵,其特征在于:所述加热室(31)内设置有加热管束(311)。
